    OoC: I Will be gone all of today and a good portion of tomorrow. Actaeon looks to the other heroes. He knows has not been in Heroica long enough to remember any of the people or events the women mentioned, but perhaps Siercon or Kiray would.

    Yes indeed! Actaeon has been getting knocked out a little too often recently. This should help some.

    Actaeon smiles at the mage and nods. Actaeon whispers back, "I was knocked out twice in battle. I would say defense is my biggest weakness, so I'd prefer to take it. I'd be happy to give you my share of the gold, though."     Actaeon quickly recovers from the shock, "Thank you for rescuing us. That was not a battle we would have likely won."

    "Smart thinking, Siercon. No idea why no one else thought of that before now," Actaeon says, very relieved.

    OoC: I feel stupid, but I couldn't find the answer anywhere. What does a chaotic bomb do?

    Actaeon wakes with fire in his eyes, determined to finish the battle. "Thank you, Deneri," he says, with genuine gratitude. Actaeon turns to the rest of the party, "We're ready for this. We're almost all well again, we have to finish this battle. You know the drill, hard hitters (Deneri, Darius, and perhaps one more) take him out, the rest of us... I don't know." Actaeon pauses, realizing that his allies may have something to input, "What do we do? If we trigger that special and we all die, but we have to fight him to kill him."

    Okay, NOW can we get Deneri to use the Phoenix essence?

    Actaeon is so unlucky. The only party member to be knocked out, and now the second time to be knocked out. Not to mention wasting deadly poison, a potion, some lucky juice, and constantly being hated by at least one party member at all times. Okay, the last part may be his own fault. :P

    OoC: well then. Remember, Denerii has a phoenix essence. If someone could get her to use that on me, that'd be great. Also this is the second time this quest. Man, I need to get more health.

    Actaeon stares hatefully at the germ, I hope you die by the fire of this dragon, you piece of crap, he thinks. "Everyone is already taking her advice, little demon, I don't need to tell people to do something they're already doing. Mallelio, thank you for your help, I would like you to try again," he says as he targets the dragon's hide from the back row.

    "Screw you, you little ungrateful demon!" Actaeon shouts, "Nobody heals someone else for selfish reasons!"

    "Or how about you use a potion on me, since you promised you'd pay me back."

    OoC: You never answered my question from round one: "Shouldn't I be doing double with the Rito bow, since the dragon is flying?". Obviously, I didn't do any damage this round, but it would still effect the battle. Actaeon curses as he takes a blow. As he recovers, he says, "Hey Germ, you owe me a potion from earlier when I healed you. I need it back now!" To everyone else, Actaeon says, "Same order, let's hit him again!" I'll be drinking a potion. After I get it back, that is. Also, what does Diana's statement mean? She says it might not be smart to take out the wings, then immediately says is better than taking out the tail? I'm kind of confused.

    OoC: Shouldn't I be doing double with the Rito bow, since the dragon is flying? Actaeon looks at Siecron, he looks from him to the shadow, I knew it! Something did change! "Alright, let's finish this! Same order, let's do it again!" he says, targeting Velquoriel's Tail from the back row with his rito bow, "Diana, buff Denerii or me, either one is good. Mellelio, heal the weakest member."

    OoC: Okay, Flipz, are you taking away my poison by 10? Also, is there any way that since eating the dragon scale was literally the second last thing to happen that battle, it be carried into this battle? It makes very little sense in RP to have that disappear after literally no fighting. Also, where are Kreika's stats? Actaeon looks at Sirone's corpse. It wasn't supposed to be you, he thinks, regretfully, Darius was supposed to die. He looks at Diana, "I'm glad you're safe," he says, referring to the fact that it was Sirone who had died and not her. Swallowing, he tries to ease the tension slightly by saying, "Nice shot," with a weak grin. Turning his attention to the battle ahead, he says, "Let's get this over with so we can return to our homes in safety. This has taken long enough and plenty of damage has been done. Let's end it." Actaeon jumps to the back row and targets the dragon's tail with his bow. Battle Order Denerii Kreika Darius Siecron Kiray Diana Actaeon Germ Warlen Mallelio "Alright, heavy hitters (Siecron, Denerii, and Kiray [maybe Kreika, depending on his stats]) on Enraged Velquoriel, as for everyone else, it's not worth risking his special. Pick one that works well for you, just make sure that every part of the dragon is targeted!"

    Wait, so if I consume something the VERY last move in a battle, and SECOND last move over everyone, I lose that? Please no? Wouldn't the effects (realistically) be there a few seconds later? I used venom as well and never even shot. Wouldn't my venom still be on my arrows?

    The big reason for me to read quests is so that when I eventually host one, I can make sure that something similar hasn't already been done.

    Perfect! Now only 8 people are trying to kill her! Speaking of which, are you going to RP her before fighting resumes?

    Actaeon glares at Seircon. Suddenly, he realizes something, "Something changed, Siercon," he says, staring at him, trying to figure it out. "Something changed. You went from a rational and compassionate being, to a rash, hateful monster, and I can't see what it was that caused it." Moving on, though still clearly puzzled by his previous thought, Actaeon says, "As it has been clearly esablished many times before, the house of Shadeaux," he says the house's name with pleasured irony, as Siercon himself had just mispronounced it, "Is corrupt and unreliable. So yes, I do think that our party, as a group, mind you, not me by myself, is qualified to judge these men. As for being greater than an emperor, I never said anything remotely similar to that. Though I find it interesting that you did."

    Agreed. Actaeon can't even eat a freaking dragon scale... Well, in 104, everyone is pretty much angry at someone, so I guess that might be kind of accurate.

    On which party? Actaeon curses in frustration, "I'm trying to, but I can't even consume this stupid dragon scale!" Actaeon consumes a dragon scale (seriously, how does this take two turns to do? )
