  1. I want every piece, and decoration heh i know im asking too much.
  2. Yes in the "legal" sense you posted the 1st proper set. At the time i didnt think to try to link it through brickshelf. I tried doing it another way and it wouldnt let me do so. With reguards to your posting of 7101 Lightsabre Duel i did find the proper hair piece and hood for Darth Maul and Qui Gon. http://www.ldraw.org/wiki/index.php/Category:Repositories has some parts that are not yet official ldraw releases but most of them work fine.
  3. I know all about lego withdrawl i sold my entire collection over the summer for about $2700 dollars. Not only do i regret having to do it but the money i got from it went way too fast all i have now is LDD and MLCAD
  4. Maybe the problem might be alot of people are so used to LDD they might not be as familiar with LDRAW/MLCAD . I myself spent my 1st few digital lego years using that program now that ive gotten into LDD ive almost forgot how to use the former lol . But id like to keep using both so in that spirit id like to post to get the ball rolling. 7200 Final Duel I Errors : Replaced Emporers Head with Vaders Head I tried linking the file but it wouldnt let me.
  5. It has been brought up and its for decorating a R2-D2 head least thats what it looks like to me.
  6. Great work great show .
  7. http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=89520
  8. Thanks i didnt realize you could just download them from Lego
  9. Is anyone working on or have a completed LXF file of set 7097 Troll Mountain Fortress. I went through and made all the other sets from the fantasy theme line but the site i got the instructions from didnt have the 2nd book for 7097.
  10. Your definatly not alone id love more customizable minifigs. Not just the heads but the torsos hips and legs as well. I seem to spend alot of time making characters as well. Not sure if that would work for LDD since its an official lego product but maybe it would be possible for the MLCAD/LDRAW program. I have some minifig torsos in that program that someone made and lets just say makes the female minifigs more female looking.
  11. Not sure if anyone else noticed yet but they did add a dozen or so face decorations for minifigure heads. I found them when decorating the back of the figs head. Most of them are similar to those on the front side but different facial expression. But at least its more than we had before
  12. I know where the preferences are just wont let me check the box maybe my computer just isnt up to par
  13. I am not able to access the "outline on bricks" checkbox or the advance shading options any ideas why..?
  14. So far my only disappointment is they didnt even add 1 head or torso decal granted there is alot for the heads but c'mon give us some more torso decorations.
  15. Why do the good ones have to go so young ? RIP
  16. Today i bring you Spiderman
  17. Guess being Labor Day here in the states i got all day to add more stuff ive been experimenting with ... Covered up the bottoms of the feet to give the appearance of bare feet. Think i mightve found a good start for face decals here is Bane updated from eariler
  18. I love using MLCAD but i wish it was more like LDD or maybe i wish LDD was more like MLCAD shame we cant have both in one really great program .
  19. Yes very nice work love the Killer Crock and Harley
  20. Thanks ive been trying to think of other ideas to do. The process that im using to make them is a little painstaking. Using the arrow generator in the mlcad program i make tiny arrows usually used for printing instructions . So you can adjust the length and width of the arrow and the indicator line and after inserting it into the drawing you delete the arrow head and your left with a line you can use to draw just about anything. And if you keep all of it on the same Z axis you end up with a decal of sorts you can save for later use. This works great for flat objects like torsos but im still working out the kinks to make decals for the head. And all this is just for making stuff on mlcad and not for trying to make decals for real legos though it could probably work. There are much easier ways to do that which your all already aware of. Anyways enough rambling heres my next couple of things i threw togeather Nightwing and Bane from Batman Lego fame i still want to try to make the acual faces that go to these figs but for now i had to improvise.
  21. Normally id stick a topic like this in the Lego Digital Designer forum but since its minifig customization i felt it would go better here. I had to sell all my legos sadly so ive been filling the void with doing what i can on the computer using Lego Digital Designer and LDRAW/MLCAD progam. LDRAW/MLCAD has alot of torsos but i was wishing for a way to make more customized ones. So after tinkering around i managed to use one of the miniprograms that comes along with it and produced this... Ill explain how i did it once i can best sum up the words to where it makes sense to everyone. And ill be posting new creations in the days and weeks to come
  22. Would be hard to makes sets but a Lego Tron game would rock
  23. Hope i dont have to hold my breath too long in anticipation i might pass out
  24. Heres my question just for kicks i wonder how big an acual minifig scale Death Star would be ? LOL
  25. Minifigs and bricks seem to form a symbiotic relationship cant truly enjoy one without the other in most cases. But with awesome sites like brickforge and brickarms out there is hard to deny the power of the minifig. Sadly due to tough times i was forced to sell my collection i may buy more down the road but for now im content with programs like LDD and LDRAW/MLCAD to fill the void and hopefully once LU comes out there will be more minifig fun madness to be had.
