Ours had six #11s (Petunia) and no #12s (Porky).
I believe a lot of people have been getting screwed over with box assortments like this. There will be quite a few disappointed collectors out there.
You would have to believe that a savvy company like TLG would have incorporated the possibility of this series being a runaway success into their planning.
I'd honestly be shocked if they didn't. You're taking two of the greatest things in the world and bringing them together.
I would bet money they have designs already hammered out for the next wave of Simpsons minifigs.
I will be gutted if we don't get more of these. There are so many great characters not yet made. The potential for this series is enormous. I want a Smithers for my Burns, dammit! And a Mr Plow set.
I didn't even think to go to the Lego Store. I bought mine from the WH Smith in Liverpool One. Spend £15 on toys and get £5 off. Buying seven at a time meant they worked out at £1.78 each.
Are you being serious? These have been a huge hit here (UK). I had my full set displayed in work and everyone wanted to get some. I wouldn't be remotely surprised if this ended up being the biggest seller of any Lego minifigure series so far.
You can get special wash bags too, for lingerie and delicates and the like. They have a fine mesh so should be even better than a pillowcase. I bought one but haven't used it yet.
Apu was the last one I needed too. Definitely seems like he's shortpacked in this series.
In the end I found him from his squishie cup, I was expecting it to have obviously sloping sides, but it actually just feels like a regular 1x1 cylinder.
