  1. I think it has something to do with the noses. Really though, I've looked at these sets on Brickset, and they just didn't really appeal to me as much as the rest. I'm not sure why, maybe it's something to do with the construction, I don't know. Or maybe it was the noses... ~Peace
  2. Well what do you know, you can vote for multiple options. That's good, because I do all the four things on the top of the list. After I build a set, I, er, 'test out' the play features. Then, after it's all well and tested, I put it on display. Of course all display space but my Castle area is one big mess, so that ties in with number 4. I do MOC with my Lego, MOCing is great stuff, and lotsa fun. And the rest of my Lego is a big mess, half of it is stored unsorted in a big box, the other half is sorted into ice-cream containers (empty of course),a dn the other half (hows that for maths... ) is on display or strewn across a table. ~Peace
  3. L7 Dragons Keep; Ragnir's Accommodation Adym leant back in his chair, quickly mulling over what Lord Dragonator had said, gathering all his knowledge and ideas that he would need. Not wanting to sound hesitant, he then replied: Well, it is most certainly something new for me. I have a few theories that will need testing, I'll need some time to plan and design it, and then there's the actual building of it... However, I will get it done. You can trust me, Lord Dragonator, and I am honoured to be working for you. I should start right away, I need to get these ideas down on paper. Is there anywhere I can stay, possibly a room with a table for planning, and a bed? I should mention now the only place I have to stay is in the Crown Kingdom, and that's no good for a traveller like me. If I am to stay here and do what you ask, I will need a place to stay, room for planning, and also somewhere to store my Dwarven Mechanical Cart. Adym hoped he wasn't asking too much of Lord Dragonator, but he really didn't see any other way to put it. These were all things he needed, and he didn't want to abandon his prized work and trusted transport device that he'd worked on for so long, his modified Dwarven Mine Defender, which he'd dubbed the DMC. If he had no where to stay, plan and store his equipment, he really couldn't do this.
  4. Hehe, great job Hinckley! That's fantastic! Lookin' forward to seeing your other ones! ~Peace
  5. This is very helpful indeed, thanks Hinck! ~Peace
  6. Don't close it before I cut in! There's kind of the same thing going on (only quite different) between dragonator and I (though he doesn't know it yet ). There'll be a really cool set that I'd love to get, and I'll go see dragonator and behold, he'll have the set on display. But this doesn't annoy or sadden me, it's really quite great. I can see all the details and if it lives up to my expectations and whatnot, I can see if it's worth buying, and I can play with it without paying anything! I can get his opinions on the set as well. Then if I get the set, I'm usually too absorbed in the building to be jealous or annoyed, I go to my own happy place. Then after the build I can admire my very own set, and proudly put it on display. So, come next week, dragonator's Troll Attackship better be prepared... ~Peace
  7. Struth! Look at all dem stairs! Really though, that looks great, it's so massive, and the roof is very cleverly done! Great job! ~Peace
  8. That made me giggle. Neat scene you got here, Brickster! I spy a precariously balanced log up there, it would sure be a shame if that were to fall and crush those soldier... :skull: ~Peace
  9. I love how it opens up, very cool! The model is sweet, the colours look great and I like the spikes on the chin, makes it look all the more intimidating. I hope to see more from you! ~Peace
  10. Happy birthday guys! Hope you both have a great day, with the familiar rattle of ABS in your presents! ~Peace
  11. Yeah, they're not bad, but I reckon Castle's better, and I'm short on cash. Besides, display-wise, I choose Castle over Bionicle. My Bionicle just lie in storage, so with a bunch more received, I have no room for them, thus selling them is the best possible solution for me. Also, the only Bionicle MOC I made recieved little feedback, so no more of that fer me. Ah heck, one last action pose. This... is... BIONICLE! ~Peace
  12. Ahahah! Yay, medieval! Great comic Doctor Sinister, perfect for Castle Month! ~Peace
  13. Two days with no posts? This is madness! What happened? ~Peace
  14. Nice collection you got there! As for the weaponless Orcs trolls, they could always we rowers on the boat, or (this is what I've done) give them maces and Viking axes. Not sure about the Dwarves... pickaxes can be weapons, right? Now an update from me, it seems my initial count was a few off. Crownies 3 Crownies aren't shown, they're manning the catapults in the Castle. And the Princess and Queen (even though the Queen isn't 'officially' the new Castle line) are having some drinks up on the Castle top. Skellies ~Peace
  15. Heheh, same here. My Crownies ain't that bad though. If only my Troll army were that big... ~Peace
