I had the same problem yesterday when I went to get duplicates for selling piece-meal, collecting, etc. but fortunately I got all four the day before. (lucky me I hope that same worker is clumsy with the Clone Wars shipment )

It IS a minor difference; it's JUST the fin. The paint is completely different on the helmet itself. 1. Did you happen to notice that the boxes in the background did NOT show the figs? Neither did the V-19 show a silhouette on the box. 2. Indeed, and I agree! 3. It's significantly darker which says that the pilot is NOT a commander. Sure, it looks a little like the Phase 1 commander, but the pilot has paint only on the helmet. The Commander has very significant arm paint, four dots indicating rank, and a thinner but longer stripe on his helmet. 4. Yes; your analogy is quite currect in the marketability. But bear in mind that the Trade Federation(that's Nute Gunray's deal) makes their stuff in brown and tan, mostly. Brown MTTs, brown HAGs, brown troop carriers, brown vulture droids, brown droidekas, etc. Tan AATs, tan droids, etc. The CIS is a combination of all the independant systems brought together in the Geonosis Spire by Count Dooku. By Episode 3, they had really worked closely, combined technology, used other system's blueprints, etc. So that's why you see all the cruisers and ships with the CIS symbol and in a blueish color. 5. Unfortunately, what you stated is not a fact; rather, an opinion. That's a fact. Yeah; I can't wait to see them and hear more of this mysterious bonus surprise set! It seems TLC is doing quite a few of em'; the Castle Advent Calendar is invitably the bonus set mentioned in a press release; I hope this bonus SW set is NOT Clone Wars! I don't think there is such a Phase.

What preliminary pics? The preliminary pics were so blurry you could barely make out the yellow on his helmet! Just so you know the Toyfair is about as final as pics get. Also, I know Cody and Rex are in the clone count; that's why I think one, maybe two clones in the gunship. Well, it sort of has a smallish wideish fin but it's nothing like the minifig. Well, at least one pilot in the larty will make my day; I'm tired of vehicles getting piloted by the white jobs! The pilot barely resembles a Commander. The yellow is significantly brighter than the 327th Star Corps and it has two telltale red GAR insignias on his helmet. Why is it inevitable to you? I just want to hear an opinion. I feel TLC will stick to what sticks out in the movies. For example, a gunship with real noseart , a vehicle that falls down a steep cliff and makes a big crash, a vehicle that is seen swarming through space, and a vehicle that... Does... Thing. The Magnaguard Starfighter just hasn't caught on yet... Well, who's complaining? You crapship haters? I don't mind; the more transportation for my troops, the better! Also, Vader's right. Need I say any more?

Well, just yesterday my brother found all four of the Indy sets(and got them all) in a Wal-mart and found all four Speed Racer sets in a Target(and got three).

I reckon Tarfful's gonna blow his top! So, since they didn't mention Rex and Cody in the AT-TE and the RGS descriptions, that means the RGS might get some pilots! I'd love to get more pilots... No, you see, he wanted the item descriptions to be put into the first page of this post. All I did was put them with the pics. The reason was, I assume, that since the thread said 'Pics in first post' he'd want the descriptions to be there too.

Could it be the flawlessly designed ball turret with the stormtrooper manning it? Also, I like the commandos lined up in the fifth gunship, and I like the fourth gunship for what it is! Maybe because it's the biggest or because it's got the nicest windshield and nicest hull, but the fourth one is just awesome to me.

Indeed; they aren't only Russians. I'd forgotten that, but for the sake of sanity, let's assume they're all Russians. Also, the lines on the sides of the Soviet soldier's uniforms gives me the impression they are rather fat. And Belloq's head on a fat body looks... Strange. Bruce Wayne's head makes it look less fat, though. Not to ask too much of you, but could we see a pic of the Colonel's head on the soldier's body?

You mean in the scene that looks like it's on Triple Zero? I think those are Tri-Droids.

Nope, it's actually the button change. If you look at the button which is currently below my screen which says (and I scroll down to see it) 'Add Reply'. If you click it it will remain a button, unlike before, when it changed into light grey type.

Ahh, thanks! I'm definitely changing them; they may be bearers of the Red Star but they don't need red lining inside their vehicles.

It all depends where your intent is to sell them. If it's Bricklink, like Sinner and tau said, use the Guide. If you're auctioning them on EBay for instance, I'd suggest 99 cents.

Great review; I will definitely get this, if not only for the hair but the ants, melee weapons, and new faces and torsos!

Well said yourself, ! What BB said reminds us that different countries get different lines at different times. Like he said, the Aussies got SR the first, then we got it, then before all of this and actually quite a while ago, European countries got the Castle line. So I won't be surprised if Europe gets the Star Wars line first; we've already got two first. I went to my local NY Wal-Mart and Target and found nothing. However, Trooper Davin Felth is patient, and will wait 'till he can get to a TRU!

I promise I WILL get this set as long as it is in Toy's 'R' Us. Promise.
