  1. The spiral pole must be a play feature coming from the top to take advantage of the sets height. A lift? No lifts in Minecraft.... a mystery. The area inside under the snow biome however has another level of height so I am thinking the pole comes down from the 'icehouse' up on top. There must be a good sized space inside the mountain. The mine runs along the inside from the front to the 'left; where the cave spider is, maybe the tracks do to. There is a play feature knob/wheel on the bottom left that might do something inside as well. It has a little fence there inside which you can see behind the big slime. As for the light brick I am thinking behind the torch maybe light comes through a brick with a technic pin hole? This would also double for a light source for the a glowing lava pool? I am itching to see the back/interior.
  2. Baby wolf. Love it. Looking forward to seeing the back of this beauty.
  3. So price wise I am think over $250 USD. 3.36kg and D2C. I am itching to see the back. It would be great if it looked good from all angles rather than the 'shop front' style that LEGO has used in the past for a lot if sets. I don't like ugly techpin visible open backs. Fingers crossed.
  4. Well looks like only one more pic so there goes the three more missing images idea. Looking very nice and from this angle also very big.
  5. We got shield! :) https://m.facebook.com/LEGOMinecraft/photos/a.299460193452063.72516.250707394994010/1436491909748880/?type=3&source=48
  6. Yeap your right. Cave spider, already seen. Oh well rule that out then.
  7. On the right side of the silhouette image. What is this? Looks like a tail or limb of something..
  8. Given that there has to be 3 more images of actual mountain there will be more fun. :) - there was a big 'tail/leg' in the silhouette - baby wolf Plus we haven't even seen the back side with the big 'fireman's pole play feature'.
  9. Yeah this latest picture has turned up the excitement level for me. Shields are shall we say a fair bit exciting. Plus clocks, plus dedicated stair piece.... :)
  10. So much niceness in this latest picture..... - clock - shield - charged creeper - another blank head for armour rack - new style chimney - a longer minecart? - a dedicated stair piece! (finally a more sturdy roof) :) Also I was hoping for a snowy peak. :)
  11. Angry Wolf is nice. Red glow inside mountain is interesting. Mine track on outside is a good idea. Pulling this kind of set off is going to be tricky. Agreed that the mine was a bit crap. This has potential from the jigsaw pieces so far.... Play features and aesthestic design will be key points to offset suspected hefty price. That amd unique characters and mobs... Well the crazy game contines....
  12. Yeah it is teasers but I think enough is enough. I want to see it. Weird was maybe not the exact word I was looking for. It just seems a little over the top. I am not one for patience. ;)
  13. New mould for the wings would have added a fair bit to the bat. The brown mixed with the black is a little odd but I think they needed to do it to make sure the bats eyes stood out. I think all black on a small build would make details hard to make out. The eyes are a very nice piece.
  14. Sections of box art piece by piece. This is getting wierd. Ooh I missed the bat. Now all is good. Love the bat.
  15. The have no mercy these LEGO Minecraft devils! Black sheep... so... high.... Must..... see......... more.....
  16. Cheers.
  17. I am thinking open on all sides maybe like Death Star 10188 playset. Different areas on 2 or more levels that you can move through with a lot of play features. One of the best ways of combining play, height of set, accessability and weight reduction. It would have to be the flagship of Minecraft sets.
  18. Well that new angle shows that 'head' is actually a nougat coloured brick. So we can rule out the bald head idea from the first photo. Thought it wad a bit to easy.... The third minifig is still a mystery....
  19. I am thinking that is a head as well. I am ruling out a villager. My reasoning: - As they have done skin packs it is easy to add another Minecraft minifig. - The legs in the picture are not mini-legs for a villager and they also look grey which is not in the LEGO Minecraft world yet. - If it was just one other minifig I think it would have to be special and possibly unique as this is a big and likely expensive set. - There are pieces for a bed here as well so maybe a dwelling for a character as well. This could be for Steve or Alex of course as an NPC needs no bed....
  20. I am surpised at the 4 skin packs. They have only shown 2 so far. Maybe Minecraft Story ones...?
  21. 4! Sweet Mary, that is solid gold. :)
  22. I am agreement here. Nether Train would be very nice. The Mine track is cool. But I want more. :)
  23. Very exciting as I am keen on this theme continuing. More skin packs also would be very exciting. But what is your source?
  24. Well I am going modular but with a 'flat' world use a modular system of 32x32 baseplates. (32x32 fits on shelves to be stored). So I will be trying to build a playable world for the kids (and me) to go travelling around in. I think I need more bricks however.
  25. The stacked levels is an appealing idea. However now I have changed my plans (again) and am going for a more open landscape/world, probably means more bricks, which means more money.... But I do like the stacked/cube/levels approach though and am keen to see other peoples efforts. :)
