  1. Thanks for hosting! Had a fun time playing and exited to see what happens.
  2. From waht I have gathered from what has been said, it would be a game where people would sign into brand new accounts specifically created for the game. I would definitely be apart of that game if we ever have one.
  3. Oh boy, I sure do hope these sets are real. The names sound great, especially the Hogwarts tower.
  4. Good thing I didn't place any money on my prediction. Not really impressed with the nominations. I liked Black Panther and Bohemian Rhapsody but I don't think their best picture worthy. I have not seen the other movies but I plan too soon.
  5. What a crazy day, I certainly hope the town is on the right track here. I would like to note that I never said there I am absolutely certain that there was a mole outside of the wagon. I said that there is a great possiblity, as it seems logical that scum would want to spread out their votes like they always do. I still hold this thought to be true, which is why have kept my eye on Moore and Diane (hi babe). Truthfully neither have done anything as suspicious as your post which I put below mine. Your stance against what seems like a very logical idea as to where scum might be is why we find you the most suitable today. It really seems like in attempt to get town to ignore the outside votes. Your post afterwards did not help much. Especially the one where you said "if I were scum" which is never a useful phrase in this situation. Trust me, if you come up scum, which I hope you do. Then the first thing I will point my eye towards will be the outsider votes. Hope all goes well in during the lunch break. Good luck everyone.
  6. It's been a crazy day full of claims, werid votes and other things. Sadly dispite the apparent town block that has formed, we are no closer to disposing the moles then when we started. I think a lynch is needed today, and sense nothing Zip has said has changed my mind about him, I will Vote: Zip (mostlytechnic) Wait, why should it not count? I suspect we ought to look into the people who are running this whole unit. It seems there powerful influence can dismiss them from the law.
  7. Well when a town PR votes for someone after claiming to be in contact with the investigator, it makes your vote look like you found a scum. Also just as a clarification. Jluck was not found to be scum as of yet right? You are achieving one thing, confusion. Ok, so jluck is not a confirmed scum yet. Got it. Though as useful as PR's are, suspicions are not proof of anything, and therefore saying there suspicions is not as helpful to the town as you might think. What are your thoughts on on Zip? Do you agree with the investigators suspicions? Truthfully I have never encountered one. But on the CTU database it says that a strongman is a Mafia member who can kill someone under any circumstance unless the target is a commuter or hider. Even if the strongman is blocked they can still kill, or if the strongman's target is protected they target can still die. Quite scary if one of those are about. I don't like defending people, but when you are a PR who is in contact with the investigator and proceed to vote without reasoning. It makes it look like you found a scummy. If there is a commuter, then I could see a strongman being a possibility. Not confirmed but it would make sense, as it would help even out the game. Wait why? I mean we have a full 20 minutes (full day) left to vote. I see no reason for an extension.
  8. I know that we're all in the dark about other people's alliances and what not. But a scum doing this would be very risky, the town blocker would immediately know that a scum has revealed himself, scum know this too. Thus almost certain instant death for scum. Though a scum has claimed blocker in a game once. Only difference then was the scum were down to one person left and the person was already on the lynch boat. It's possible that this is a false claim but under the circumstances I doubt it is.
  9. Just saw Aquaman today. I know lots of people liked it, but I thought it was a disaster. I did like some of the action, and Jason Momoa was pretty good. Everything else is a complete mess. The plot is very boring and predictable, I was never ever engaged with what was happening on screen. Anytime the film tried to be emotional, it fell flat and was hilarious. Though I liked some of the visuals, there was just way too much. I felt like I was watching a video game instead of a movie, and that's not something I should say about a big budget film like this. The acting was on the level of a middle school play, even from good actors! No one sounded like they believed what they were saying, everyone talked like they were in a movie or play. There is lots of talking in the movie, so for the most part the acting was very, VERY distracting. I usually don't discuss music in movies but here I will because it's terrible. It sounds like stock music. The music with lyrics is even worse. Pitbull - Africa, need I say more? Oh yeah there's a romance in the movie, of course it was set up with the same amount of thought as a child cares about the importantce of filing taxes. No thought, none. Its just there cause it needs to be. Honestly I thought we would have moved on from this cliche by now. I give this film a 2/10. Sorry to go on a rant there.
  10. Oh, well I guess my suspicions that I was starting to get about you were wrong. Sorry about that Benson, can I make it up to you with a VP offer? Wait, are you the doctor? It's a long tail of I did not read the post above mine. Sorry about that, I had a thought and wanted to get that thought out that quick. Though my other thoughts still stand, especially my thoughts surrounding you.
  11. Good hour everyone. Oh wait, not a good hour at all. Thanks 4 town dead, and all the scum still living. To continue on from yesterday, I still have my suspicions about Zip. His thought about no scum being off the bandwagon makes no sense. Moore had some good points about not game related thoughts, but in game I'm not sure if I find him less scummy. I'm starting to find Benson scummy. His post last hour near the end, kept reminding people that no lynched were no good, and that him and zip were tied. Sounded a lot like a desperate scum to me.
  12. At the current moment it seems the Moore Lynch won't happen. I suppose some of that had to do with his last post, which to me does not change my view on him too much. Though I am inclinedlined to discuss the issue he brought up in the postal mail. If it makes anyone feel any better I don't get too many pm that often either. So far nothing has sparked my suspicions about the Benson lynch, and even though that is close to a real lynch I can't vote foot it. I am inclined nto vote for Xip who I have stated some reasons before on this hour. Unvote: Agent Moore (Kwatchi) Vote: Zip (mostlytechnic) Why in particular honey? You had good reasons for placing the vote, and I know Moore gave along rant right above. But I would like too know what in particular about his actions made you unvote?
  13. Uh oh. Seems like we have a three way vote going on here. If I am not mistaken, at the current moment the vote is Legomonorailfan - 3 votes (Bob, Asphalt, Kintobor) Kwatchi - 2 votes (fhomess, jluck) Mostlytechnic - 2 votes (legomonorailfan, Zepher) Personally I don't find Benson to have sparked my interest as much as he has others. I'm more suspicious of the other two characters on this mess of a story we have ourselfs in. Zip's comments about all the scum being on the lynch made little since, and could definitely be scum trying to save a buddy. When my lovely wife mentioned how out of all the people who stayed off the bandwagon, Moore was the one she found the most suspicious. Moore then quickly defended himself against what was a quick comment. Like others have I find this really too defensive and scum like (Sort of similar to something I did in brickwood I think). There is also the fact that he was an outsider on the bandwagon and like I said, I wouldn't be surprised if a scum hid there as lots like to do. I could vote for either Moore or Zip, no real preference. At the moment the two are tied, I will go with Moore as I think his defense is a little more (pun) scummy then Zip's comment about the outliers. Not by much though. I could go either ways today. Vote: Agent Moore (Kwatchi) Ok I also want to point out how both Kaster @Lady K and Dr. James @Tariq j been very quiet today. Just wanted to point that out so they don't slip under the radar too much. Especially James after her comment about the investigator yesterday. Vote for me in another voting system for an even better future! I'm still offering you the.V.P position.
  14. But obviously there wasn't zero reasons for scum to vote anywhere else as the person who was being lynched was town. Like I think I said before, when a bandwagon forms on a townie. Voting for someone else, just to basically say "I told you so" the next day could give you a town vibe to some players. I could definitely see scum voting for someone different, from that perspective. Also saying "If I was scum, I wouldn't.." makes you look even more scummier. I seriously doubt there are no moles on the wagon, and most people here already know this. So you calling attention to that makes you no less scummier then anyone esle really.Your also not really putting yourself in too much danger when you call out the bandwagon vote either as their are like 9 other people, just saying nothing you have done shows that you are definitely not scum. If anything your reactions to the discussion have made me highly suspicious of you. All the ones who voted elsewhere have been mentioned before. 2 are dead and 3 still breathe. None of the three that voted no with the bandwagon had anything odd about them tell I looked at the votes last night to find some outliers. Today I would say Moore is the most suspicious from the little group we have here. Mostly because I find his post above a little too defensive, for what was basically just a comment saying how he was the most suspicious out of a certain group. Say what you want about yesterday, but I don't find being focused around the Lewis situation to be a bad thing. Is it the only thing we should talk about? No, but it did produce some interesting things to take not off. Most notably who didn't vote, and who did. His erratic behavior should no derail any good discussion's that take place surrounding it. Is it just me, or do both Moore and Zip seem to want and steer the topic away from the vote and lynch again Lewis. I think both are on the top of my personal suspicion list at the moment. Sadly, I will not be selecting either as my running mate. Bob, you look like you know alot about politics! Want to be the Vice-president?
  15. I said I found it curious, and somewhat suspicious. I never said that this was definite sign you were scum. Infact right after I called it suspicious I said that I scum revenge killing is not a usually thing, thus your vote being in actuality indication of something was unlikely. I just wanted to point that out. This seems like putting word in my mouth if you ask me. Especially the second paragraph. You know just as well as I do that scum love to spread out their votes. Especially if they know that whoever is being voted on is a townie. They know it may make them look better in the morning. There are scum on the wagon, no doubt. But to completely ignore the outsider votes is a bad thing, as I have a suspicion that there is a scum there somewhere. Might just be all the mess about politics and moles in my head, but this sort of sounds like someone trying to distance discussion about outsider votes. Interesting.
  16. Well that's a shame. I do not understand why Officer Lewis reacted the way he did. Reminds me of the last game where on day 2 the person who was close to being lynched just gave up. Day 2, that an odd day it has become. Sad about Barry, he seemed like a good man, and a potential running mate if I might add. Ok so here is yesterday's vote count. Scum love to spread out their votes, so based off that logic I'm willing to say that their were definitely scum on the Lewis wagon. I also would not be surprised if some scum voted for Lewis before he gave up, which I think is from kintobor down. Also it's logical to think that a scum or two spread their filth elsewhere. If it is true that one of the scum voted before the wagon rolled then that would narrow it down to me, Alfred, and Jason. I'm CTU so you can trust me (lol). Me personally I will be keeping in eye on the other two. The votes after Lewis gave up most definitely hide a scum but I think narrowing down the other votes leads to more. The votes not against Lewis came from Lewis, Bob, Diane, Moore, and Barry. Well we know that both Lewis and Barry were town so that leads the other three. Again I will keep both eyes on these people, ad there activities I find insightful. What Dr. James said yesterday was very odd indeed, it's even more curious that one of the ones who voted for James is now dead. Somewhat suspicious if you ask me. On the other hand surely a scum would not be so careless and revenge kill when they are already in hot water. To me it looks a little too scummy, where I'm starting to wonder if it's townie mistake. Curious to see what you think of all this mess.
  17. Well it seems the hour is almost up, and it's time for lunch. I sure do hope we all arive unscathed after a meal. You all should know.I don't have not picked a VP to run with me yet. You all are sure a mighty fine.group to pick from.
  18. In all the games I have palyed, it has not. I'm not sure if it's the best idea either as if their all town that could really hurt us. I still don't know why Lewis gave up. I don't know if scum would allow something like that to happen. Which is why I'm not sure on lynching Lewis. What does everyone else think about this?
  19. Um, ok? I honestly don't know what to make of this.
  20. No I don't agree with your accusation as I have already said. I find it "grasping at straws" because I don't find anything too off in his comments a yet you seem to be sure he a liar and a scum. I used to think that way about the night kill, reasons being I had no experience with anything other than a vig so I started to think that was the third party. I'm just saying that I have thought the same things once before and wanted to point that out. Yep your right, I'm a third party. Stopped me right in my tracks you did. Guess it's time to walk to the guillotine. Games over. But seriously I want to move on from this subject as I, and I'm sure almost everyone involved took it as nothing more than a joke. Analysing a day 1 joke is very unproductive to the town. Oh wait I mean CTU. Whoo, good thing I corrected myself or I might have revealed I'm the vig! I also have no problem answering the pm you sent me here. I was basically asked why I did not vote for Benson despite the fact that I want a lynch and he has more votes. Well my response there and here is that doing so even when I have found nothing suspicious about what he said this far, would be nothing more than a shameful bandwagon. I was also asked if I am collaborating with my schedule buddies to build a bandwagon. No.
  21. Hello everyone. The new year has been here for over a week, so it's time to start looking at the future. Thought this would be a fun topic to make to predict and discuss the Box Office of the year. I think it will be fun too look back on and pat ourselves on the back for being right, or laugh at all the ones we got wrong (I had A Wrinkle In Time on my list last year, so a big facepalm for that). Just a note but my list is worldwide and not just domestic. 10: Jumanji 3 9: Captain Marvel 8: Shazam 7: Detective Pikachu 6: Spiderman: Far From Home 5: The Lion King 4: Star Wars: Episode IX 3: Toy Story 4 2: Frozen 2 1: Average Endgame
  22. Why are we getting so worked up about the mass claiming? Did we really think that's a good way to find scum? I have to disagree Officer mass claiming is not helpful when done in this way. That said it is not really unhelpful either, it's just fun banter. I don't like defending people I don't trust, but to be fair too dear Mr. Benson, I have had the exact same thoughts in regards too Vigs and third party players. So I know that another townie having similar thoughts are possible. I honestly feel like your grasping at straws with your accusation, nothing you say makes me any more suspicious to the person you are so confidently voting for. Also why are you so confident about everything this early in the game? It seems your were confident about Officer Skinner and now your confident about Benson. Just wanted to point this out. I find your last bit very interesting. At first I thought that the kill was probably a random experienced player (usually is), but now sense it seems Skinner was in contact with tons of people I think it is possible that's a reason she was taken out. For the record I was not in contact with Skinner. Judging from what others said it seems she was most suspicious of Kaster, Lewis, Bob, and... Oh well me! May be worth taking note. I can't speak for the others, but too me his accusations sound far fetched and possibly just here to seem like he is helping the town. I don't like it. Also he seems to be so confident so early in the game which no one should be. The above quote is from me somewhere in this post. Lewis if anyone is clutching I think it is you, so interesting for you to use say something like that. What? Why are we still looking I to the silly town claims from yesterday? Also obviously no one has contradicted Lewis as there is nothing to contradicte him with. It's not like he said he is a blocker, he said he was vanilla which is a very common role. Also assuming anything this early is not very smart, especially assuming an investigation result. Lots of.people "JOKE" claimed yesterday, what stood out so much about Lewis that would make you assume the investigator investigatied him. This makes no sense to me. Ok, anyone else you find suspicious and thus vote for? Ok I'm going to make a vote. I suspect Lewis and Dr. James the most. Lewis for being so confident and making odd claims, and Dr. James for her last post, which is just scummy. Judging from the last few post others agree that Dr. James's post is odd. I am inclined to vote for either but for now I will Vote Officer Lewis (jamesn) I want a lynch today and he already has a vote.
  23. A similar situation as to Agent Moore I can't be long. I will try to share more thoughts latter but for.now I will say I'm not too thrilled about our last standing officers vote. I honestly have no idea why the mass.claim from yesterday is still being talked about. We'll be back latter after I make more flyers.
  24. This sounds terrible. I even like the Avengers cast, but have any of them done something on this grand a scale? I have watched every Oscar event since 2014, but this year I am thinking of just skipping. So much drama for a 4 hour Pat yourself on the back celebration of Hollywood. Wish we could back to the 1930's where they gave the awards, speeches were given and shows over. All in around 30 minutes, no ridiculous time wasting fluff. Anyway I am still watch the films they nominate. I love making predictions so I thought I would make some Best Picture nominations. 10th most likely: Widows 9th most likely: Annihilation 8th most likely: Hereditary 7th most likely: BlacKkKlansman 6th most likely: First Man 5th most likely: Green Book 4th most likely: A Star Is Born 3rd most likely: Roma 2nd most likely: The Favourite 1st most likely: If Beale Street Could Talk Would be interested too see your guy's thoughts.
  25. I'm not forcing you to apologise. I'm just stating that you being confident of a scum find on hour 1 is very odd. Honestly this reason doesn't make a lick of sense to me.I thought we were all playing around claiming town or CTU, I mean obviously no one is going to claim something else. I find it quite odd you took this so seriously. I would have to agree our young GO team member to an extent. I mean on day 1 you know so little that pm is rarely a priority because you can't trust anybody. The only people who know if they are contacting town are the scum, meaning the fear of accidentally giving out thoughts to a scummo is not there. I just find it a little odd that a town member is that willing to start pm with potential dangers so early on in the game.
