Karie's Cosplay Mafia: Day Two
Khscarymovie4 replied to Kintobor's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Some reason would be nice as it could help give the town some sort of read on you. I think wanting a day 1 lynch with so little people is odd so I do want to hear an opinion for it. And it seems the two no voters are back at it today with already more thoughts then they had yesterday! -
Very great read! I always think splitting things into eras is a fun little idea. I can't say much about the classic and vintage eras as I was never apart of those. I know that they look fun and simple especially compared to today's models. I would love to buy more from these eras to get a better on them. I got into Lego around Millennium/Renaissance era. I don't know if I would call the Millennium era bad bit I think Lego got a bit lazy with some of the themes, particularly Lego's original themes like space and castle. It was not all bad though, the Johnny Thunder sets were fantastic, and I think Dragon Fortress was one of the best sets of the decade. I think Lego made some big improvements in the licensed themes. Star Wars expanded and gave us some amazing sets like the Imperial Star Destroyer and Cloud City. Harry Potter was all around fantastic, and the Spiderman sets were very unique for the time and still look fun. This is an impotent era for Lego though however you think about as it almost put the company into bankruptcy, hopefully we never come close to that again. The Renaissance is a fantastic era and probably my 2nd favorite, The Batman theme and Indiana Jones sets are still some of my favorites and this was around the time Lego made sets aimed more for adults but they were rare. Also impotent to note that during this time Lego started making video games which I think really helped the company in terms of sales and all that. The Modern era I think is the best. Sets have way more pieces then sets that were in their price range years ago were. The builds are more complex and fun, and the minifigures keep getting better and better with new molds coming out every year. This era has sets aimed more towards adults coming out every year unlike the past where the were few and far between. I definitely think this era was the one Lego realized they had and pretty big adult market. I think Lego keep getting better and better so I can only imagine how good the next era will be. Maybe we can do another topic in 10 years. Also nice to note that Eurobricks was created in the Millennium era. It has seen a lot.

Karie's Cosplay Mafia: Day Two
Khscarymovie4 replied to Kintobor's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Oh my! What a truly gruesome way to die! Don't worry dear Daphne, you will be avenged. I guess first off I would like some response from our eleven friend Taulriel who not only never voted but only made one appearance. I would also like to hear from our wizard Newt who also failed to vote despite being here. I know elves and wizards are not that friendly of creatures but it's a party, time to mingle. Not voting is also not helpful, hard to get a read on a mumble of the words. Second off this happened very near the end of the day but I would like to continue to ask my questions as I still find the post odd. So Mr. Hand Of The King. I still would like to ask you why did you think a day 1 lynch was so important with so little people? I also have to ask why did you wait tell only 4 hours left in the game to push for a lynch when you could have done so hours before? I still don't think I will accept your wine today. H2O steals the show. Any one want some? Made from the deepest rivers in the glorious forest on Canada. -

A mighty occasion for sure! How was that bite? I don't want to take a bite out of anything unless I know its perfect. I do have to ask though, do you really think a lynch right now is best for the town? A lot of times I think it's a very conflicting topic, but here with so little people (and some not people) I would find it nothing more then eliminating more of our already short herd. Unless of course we do find a scum which is a rare happening for day one when were going off so little. Just my thoughts but I would like to also ask why you brought this up now? At the time you said this statement we had about 4 hours tell sundown, did you really expect to have a lynch in this time? And why not bring up this topic hours before when you were posting photos of a certain Mr. not attending this party? I do agree with your thoughts on the non voters though. Not voting is not the most townie move, something would be better then nothing. Unvote: Raphael (Sir Stig) That was a joke vote and I now have a little bit of a suspicion towards some of our cosplayers. I am worried about some of our cosplayer who fail to vote, as its not helpful to the town. I also I think Tyrion's latest post always raises some questions from me that I asked above. I will Vote: Tyrion Lannister (Trekkie99) -

How very hurtful. If only you knew what I could do to the ground below you. It seems we have had a good amount of time that has past sense we have been allowed to vote. Some have not done so and as I think the last adventure similar to this that I read in a book or something proved, it is always good to keep in eye on the quiet ones. So I would like to see a vote from our fellows of @KotZ, @Hinckley, and @Sandy. -

Mob business? Were supposed to kill the mafia not create more of the problem. I might have to vote for you just so I don't have to kiss you. Vote: Raphael (Sir Stig) -

Twister, Spin The Bottle, Lets Spend Day One Arguing Whether It's Smarter To Lynch Randomly Or Not. Man this party sure does have lots of games going on. I knew your were a tricky one! Though I would certainly hope you would as well put research into who you decide to pretend to be for the next week or so. Nothing ruins a party more then someone out of character. -
Karie's Cosplay Mafia: Day One

I brought my lovely outfit, that was given to me from an old wizard who forged it based off the 3rd eclipse of the 478th year that happen to land in June in the volcanic islands of the river Kwai. Is this a bribe you tricky trickier? Or is it a poison for us? I don't like it and will prefer to stick with my lovely water made from my own hands. Maybe its all a setup for a ninja's kiss of death. Can ninjas do that? Either way I'm not sure how I would feel if I had to kiss the big turtle over there. -

No thanks! I don't expect to take anything from you now that it seems we have to worry about ninjas. Anyone want to play some twister? I am quite good at that game. That's the one where you make twisters to see who can create the coolest one right? -

LEGO Ideas Discussion
Khscarymovie4 replied to The Real Indiana Jones's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I don't care much for the dino skeletons, but I am happy for the creators. I am also somewhat glad because it lets me saves money, and with so many incredible Lego Ideas sets recently that's somewhat needed for my wallet. I am really hoping for the Piano to become a set though, that would be one hell of a unique set. I can only imagine what it would cost though. -
Where should the next People at the ____ take place?
Khscarymovie4 replied to legoman19892's topic in LEGO Town
Man that would be incredible if they did that! A 1920's version would be very interesting. The only thing is it may not be exactly what kids want. I know I would support sets like that if they were released though. -
Has this theme or set been confirmed? I'm still a bit confused weather or not there is proof of this happening.

The Forest 3 Mafia Sign-Up Thread
Khscarymovie4 replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Argg! A mafia game so early after the last one? What a treat! 1: Yes 2: Hopefully more then that 3: Absolutely. The last one was very fun. -
Wow. Great job Patrick. I honestly never thought a PR could have been recruited so you had me in belief that you were 99% town. This was a very fun game, I know that during the middlish I was going over so much in my head it sort of started to hurt, but hey that's the fun. I wish I would have fought harder against my lynch but I though that my death would have confirmed Joseph. That janitor sure did come out of nowhere, I was very confused when I first read the next day. Thank you for hosting this great game Bob! It was very different in other mafia games I have played, not just the anonymity, but with everyone having a role and a lot of the roles being new to me. I would not mind doing another anonymous game in the future. Unless anyone did not know there was no deadboard, but there appears to be a scumboard. I would very much like to read that.

I am an American, but I don't think I have ever felt like an outsider on this site because its called Eurobricks. I just assumed it started as a Lego group for mostly European Lego fans and they thought it sounded cool. I also thought the blue brick with the yellow starts was a reference to the EU flag. The name has stayed the same for so many years (I think it's like 14 years now) so why on earth change it? It would just confuse people.

LEGO Disney Minifigures & D2Cs - Rumors and Discussion
Khscarymovie4 replied to Robert8's topic in LEGO Licensed
5/18 On my predictions. Could have been worse. I do not like the fact that the Steamboat Mickey and Minnie appear here. They are so many different variants that they could have chosen from. Maybe they will appear in the new D2C? Goofy and Pluto are still absent but Scrooge Mcduck and the little ducklings are well appreciated. Lots of nice figures here. Frozone, Elsa, Jack Skeleton, Hercules. I just wish they were more from my list above. Hopefully they are present in the D2C, guess there's always series 3 if not.- 961 replies

Marvel Superheroes 2019 - Rumours, Speculation & Discussion
Khscarymovie4 replied to Anonknee Muss's topic in LEGO Licensed
Wow! these sets are great! I don't hat the Endgame sets as much as everyone else, but I do thin these are better. Definitely the best Marvel wave of the year. Molten Man Battle - Minifigures are very good here I am very surprised to see Mysterio in ever set but hey, he is probably the best minifigure of the theme this year. Stealth Spiderman is also great. The firefighter is fine but could have been replaced by someone like Ned or Flash. I am quite surprised by Molton Man too. He is quite terrifying for a Lego build. The street signs and the car are fantastic details! Hydro Man Attack - I'm glad they included MJ, but she looks really off here. The shirt and hair do not look like the character. Peter on the other hand is looking great, Hydro Man is very cool too. The build here is excellent. The boat fits the scene well. The bridge reminds me a lot of the Venice Chase set from Indiana Jones, but its defiantly an improvement of the set. The building looks very nice as well. Stark Jet And The Drone Attack (got lazy with the names I see) - These minifigures are weak. Weird how they included the only repeat Spiderman in the big set. Nick Fury is nice, Mysterio is great but comes in the two cheaper sets, and Happy is just... really REALLY inaccurate. Weird how this set manages to have one of the best and worst minifgures of the year. I think the build looks good. Enough room for the characters and a nice colour to it all. I do dislike the window stickers. Overall very good. I was planning on getting whatever one had Mysterio in it, but it turns out he is in all the sets! -
Unlike a lot of us, I quite liked the original submission. But the upgraded Lego one is very nice. I'm glad they included both Mickey and Minnie and I think that it will make a great display piece. Hopefully the black and white doesn't scare people away.

DC Superheroes 2019 - Rumours, Speculation & Discussion
Khscarymovie4 replied to Anonknee Muss's topic in LEGO Licensed
Two Face's face is looking good. Glad to see my favorite Batman villain getting some recognition in Lego as he is always stepped over in favor of more variants of other villains. The Riddler's torso and hat are also great. I'm glad Lego are still being able to make all these version of the character even after 13 years. His face is terrible though. I don't think of a bearded man when I think of the Riddler. Hopefully these sets have some nice unique builds as personally I think DC have been lacking in that aspect recently.
