  1. Here are over 27 photos on Brickset from the official FB posting. http://brickset.com/...se-Headquarters These photos help to answer many FAQs: * Luis has a two sided head, as it appears almost all the minifigures do. * There are many Vigo paintings throughout so sorry to those who refused to see it when me and several other people made it our business to point it out and you still had doubts. * The Ecto-1 doesn't fit unless you move the furniture, as the designer has stated in these forums. Otherwise it sits halfway in and halfway out, which is still a good look and ultimately reminiscent of the iconic scene after receiving their first call. * The Ecto-1 can drive over the jumper studs if need be to fit the car. The furniture will have to be moved in the back anyway. * The containment unit is under the staircase at the left-most of the building from the open interior image. * To get the set to fit the car without moving the furniture you'll have to basically buy a set without minifigures and just almost replicate the bricks and use the square baseplate. You'll also be able to give the house more, if not too much room. * Except for the outside I do not see much pink slime. * The interior is not very similar to the rejected Ideas project by Sergio. * Sergio's design allowed for the Ecto-1 by reserving 20x8 pixels, so that can also be used to judge how much room you'd need to store the Ecto-1. Looking at the set and counting the pixels it looks like it is possible but will be a very tight fit to fit the Ecto-1 (unmodified so mine won't fit) into the Firehouse without moving any furniture or modding the design (all else fails only the toolbox looks like it'd need moved) I almost think there is no modding needed truthfully aside from what is there and that this could be one heck of a set.
  2. While not directly related to Scooby Doo, it is a monster-related special offer in the style of "A Nightmare Before Christmas" in that it mixes Halloween with Christmas. 2016 Lego Calendar features the Zombie Chef on the cover and will be a December store exclusive (not online) - http://stores.lego.com/en-us/stores/us/news/calendar--gwp?shareurl=http%3a%2f%2fstores.lego.com%2fen-us%2fstores%2fus%2forlando%3fid%3d0B08C1AE-C525-4D4F-8C2C-A38817DBB744
  3. Or it could be like Character Building and Warner Bros... WB gave them exclusive rights to make Scooby Doo building sets years back. Now TLC has those rights. Same with TMNT, Spongebob, and Spiderman. They all three have been passed around between Lego form and Megabloks form.
  4. UPDATE: It does appear "Scooby Doo: Knight Time Terror" has only appeared throughout the UK and Canada. While evidence of it has surfaced online, I am guessing that WB/TLC plan to release this to the USA on a DVD or Bluray format only. There are still the other movies mentioned in the press release on TLC's web site so hopefully this surfaces in the USA.
  5. The fact that they even stretched to make a HQ and refused to select any set from this last IDEAS review means anythings possible.
  6. Not part of the Scooby Doo universe.
  7. Club Update: All is not lost as Scooby Doo appears in the Nov-December 2015 issue for the Red Brick (US) edition, page 34 with a special guest character!
  8. I have confidence in TLC they will open the side of the HQ just like the IDEAS versions and exactly like every other non-LEGO toy version of the HQ. It's been a standard with any other toy building designed like that. The Simpsons House, hate me as you will, is TLCs version of a dollhouse. Almost every dollhouse I seen opens from the top and slides open if they're enclosed. Otherwise they also can be played with from the side. Trust TLC to continue using established toy mechanics.
  9. Hi sorry. I do that to prevent 5 people asking the same question. That's annoying too.
  10. SCOOBY DOO OCTOBER MINI-BUILD REVEALED!!! SPOILER ALERT!!! & MORE UPDATES!!! For those of you following the advent calendar found at lego.com/scoobydoo/explore, the 31st day is available to view. You should have collected the bricks by now (I have no clue what happens when you do not :( ) and on the 31st day you are given another villain unmasked BUT a new mini build instructions we have never seen before! I won't actually spoil what it is but head over and click 31 (it may not work right until you click on 31) but it is working as of 9:30pm EST here in the USA! I think I found the stickers given out at the Mystery Hunt in the stores (search on ebay for "lego scooby promo"). I know just from looking at photos from the Mystery Tour the "Collect a Clue" booklet is some of the activities you can find from the Advent calendar if you downloaded all of them (yes I have and yes I'll post them if people want them). They're mazes, puzzles, wallpapers, masks, connect the dots, coloring sheets, and are really cool for collectors. But if you have a copy of "Collect a Clue" booklet and can scan the front and back covers and anything that's not an activity page that'll be great. A trailer for the 22-minute animated special has been found! No word if this has ever been shown in the US but it has been through Boomerang UK and possibly a couple more countries in Europe:
  11. Look inside the window. There is a sticker with a man with horns that resembles the demonic form of Vigo, to a degree, from Ghostbusters II. Of course, given that pink slime was used in Ghostbusters II (you see it in the first seen seeping through the cracks, which is likely what the small amount coming beside the Firehouse set is emulating). Here is Vigo in demonic form as he appeared in the film: link: http://ghostbusters.wikia.com/wiki/File:VigoTowardstheEnd.png
  12. The Hi-Res pic posted later back. You can also see the photo, not as huge though, at the Lego Shop link for this product above.
  13. Cool... Now who's Jamie and why should we trust him or her?
  14. Yes! This is the photo I was talking about earlier in this post. So long as TLC stuck to this hopefully we cannot complain about the comtainment unit being put somewhere else since no basement exists for this set.
  15. Hi-res of the minifigures in a lineup:
  16. According to TheBrickFan.com: And for fun... the designer in front of the NY Firehouse!
  17. LEGO SCOOBY DOO KNIGHT TIME TERROR BOOMERANG UK 22-MINUTE SPECIAL: Finally evidence to its existence exists in the form of a trailer. It's close to the beginning and a very small snippet. I know from fans over in Europe this has aired but I am not seeing many reviews or anything else about it. Still missing: Lego Scooby Doo "Nice Ride" short video.
  18. CONFIRMED: A slimed toaster AND the Ecto-1 will fit inside! Just in case it gets taken down, that is the French product listing for this set found on the S@H site. Here is the description (in French): Which roughly translates to this in English thanks to Google Translate:
  19. It wouldn't surprise me if it happened tonight given past social media reveals. If not, very soon.
  20. Does anyone have the stickers given out during the Mystery Hunt this week at LEGO stores in the USA? Are they the same as what came in the Mystery Tour?
  21. I should also note that I only seen Scooby Doo featured on the front page of the Lego homepage about once. I don't look at the site everyday but enough to know the theme hasn't been heavily promoted and pretty much passed over CMF14 for promoting their new Halloween site. I've even seen other CMF monsters and a few MF figures used on that site and throughout Legolands promotions for Bricktober and other Halloween events. In fact I have not seen any promotion by Bricktober for Scooby Doo. The fireworks shows in Europe are either Halloween or Ninjago. Add to the fact the special is only being promoted on the UK far as I can see and Scooby fanatics not Lego fans are the ones posting these, this is pretty much a dead theme. We can hope the animated straight to dvd specials planned for a couple of years revives the theme. But its looking like TLC wants to rely on media more than toys to promote the Scooby line. I'm sure WB has been a reason why this theme hasn't been promoted so much in the US.
  22. Yes, just2good revealed that about a month or so ago in this forum. If you want him unslimed you'll have to buy him in the Dimensions pack. Congratulations to just2good for getting every rumor right, down to the price and release date. Glad to hear it is January not July, although it does coincide with the Dimensions GB sets.
  23. They are still listed here in the USA as "For Sale" so not sold out here in the USA. http://shop.lego.com/en-US/ScoobyDoo-byTheme
  24. Im in America. The theme is still listed and all sets are for sale on our S@h page. My TRU was stocked - might change around Halloween.
  25. Flawed logic because we already have 2 micro versions of the Mystery Machine - the Dimensions version and the 28-piece version given out at the Scooby Doo Mystery Tour. Staying on topic, Walter Peck sounds a lot more right. I wonder if we're going to get anything else? Also, the July release date isn't so far-fetched if it is the real date. Look at it this way: 1. July is close to Halloween which assumes TLC would release this to give Halloween fans something extra special besides what small seasonal set they'll release. 2. July is the time the all-female movie comes out. Yes this obviously isn't their HQ but... 3 of the original living Ghostbusters make their cameos as well as Dana Barret. Since these original cast members are being used to get Ghostbusters fans interested in this film (which has been muddled with hate since it was announced) makes sense to sell the HQ when everyone is thinking "Ghostbusters" anyway. 3. January is only 2ish months away. How many times has TLC released a set without at least 4 months promotion, especially one this big? If it does come out in January it's definitely a last-minute thing given the set is not officially recognized by TLC yet and third-party retailers and insiders have leaked it.
