It would be really nice to have a new helmet piece for the Battle Dwarf but unfortunately I do not see it happen and most likely we will get it with the old one.

I would be glad to see a decent Harpy coming in Series 17.

Absolutely agree, I had the same thoughts for the first sight. It looks like a nice ranger but not a rogue to me.

As a Castle fan apart from the Ice Queen I do not like them at all. It is a big disappointment that Imp is a costume guy. Rogue is nice and I will buy it for sure but it could have been much better with a different colour and with a better hood. The Mariachi is very nice but it is not fo me.

A mastiff would be really wonderful.

I bought my pack of Medusas when the series was on general sale at every toy stores so I collected them on normal rate. Fortunately the tail piece was so big that it was easy to find them in the box even without touching the bags :-) The Minotaur and the Ocean King come nowhere near the Medusa :-)

Very nice MOC, I am a dedicated fan of Greek Mythology. And of course this lovely minifig is one of my favourite that's why I was unable to stop hunting until I collected ten pieces of it.

Yes I agree with you on the Gladiator (I feel the Barbarian and Spartan completely different), even if I think that some might feel the Executioner even harsher. Anyway I would be absolutely glad to have it :-)

I would buy at least 10-20 pieces of that (like I did it with the Medusa, the Goblin and the Gargoyle) if the 'Scary knight' happen to look like these lovely undead warriors on the picture you inserted.

Without any doubt my favorite ones of the CMF series are the Medusa, the Goblin and the Gargoyle, and I have a decent army of them.

Totally agree, I am out of this theme so I will save a lot of money I can spend on some older Castle and LOTR stuff on the Bricklink.

A possible new Castle line needs to have fantasy elements to make me happy. I would glady see a dark gothic fantasy theme coming but the best should be to see something close to Heroes of Might and Magic becoming Lego reality with a couple of totally different factons and creatures. It should be interesting to have smaller sets that could be put together to build a bigger Castle or Town of the different factions of them just like the building upgrades in the PC game. Like that by collecting all the sets of a faction you could build their Castle.

Thanks for the info, I didn't know that. That means that the collectible minifigs are more expensive in the US than here in Europe.

I agree with you on your opinion of the LOTR and Hobbit line as Unexpected Gathering and Orthanc are toweringly the best sets of them all, but - i might be too strict - I do not find the Helm's Deep set to be anything more than an average or decent set. It's minifig selection is very nice but I can not say the same of the building structure. I have a feeling that the main reason for it's popluarity is the fact that it was an iconic scene of the movie (and to a little lesser extent of the book).
