    I heard someone say that the laser in the melting room in the trailer looks like a laser pointer....could be wrong though as I haven't checked yet to see if that is true

    I agree on the Green Lantern statement....he will be in the movie and he is on the poster...so why can't we get him...also he would fill out the Justice league roster... The thing is the Flash is in the movie too (just saw him in the trailer they posted on the facebook page) meaning they knew what they had coming down the line when they made the movie. I thought this was what was happening with Green Lantern. I kind of guessed we weren't getting him when I realized that was the movie minifigure though and not based on the comic :(

    I never expected Bricks (and certainly not minifigures) so I guess cups are better than cheap toys. The idea is growing on me more to be honest...my wife saw them and said "I guess we have to get two unikitties for the girls"

    Not sure how I feel about the cups..they're nice and they probably decided to do them instead of some cheap toy like the Batman figures. But still it doesn't seem right some how...wonder how my daughters will feel about these. I'll show them when they get up tomorrow and see how they feel about them. I almost would have liked to see books of some kind.

    I had to order Lord Business' lair online from walmart as all the stores in the area do not carry it.. I also have to wait until Jan. 15th for it to ship site to store :( Bought the Batman set with the Flash to tide me over...

    If it makes you feel better I've never gotten a magazine with a polybag :) I'm not sure why they made changes from the toy to the film as they look like those would have been easy to do for the toy as well.

    Do we get different magazines in the US? I don't have any different pictures of Metal Beard on those pages. The only picture that looks slightly different is on page 5 and it is only because it is from the movie and has an extra chain and different pieces on the front of the treasure chest.

    If you got to the character page here http://www.lego.com/en-us/movie/explore/characters/benny you can see how I think the helmet will be released...it looks like it has a "crack" sculpted tot he helmet...its not really cracked though...this is different than the actual crack in the movie image. It looks like Benny has a crack but it will be sturdy enough so it does not break. Still wish Benny didn't come with such expensive sets..I'd rather get more mid range priced sets than one large one.

    I just can't see them releasing an entire wave of a line withe every set being over $50 that seems odd....though I suppose this whole line has been odd

    I agree with your comments about the Emmet faces. I prefer this one overall. So which one is more common? I have the melting room but no other sets with Emmet (though I know he is in many other sets). The CMF looks like a completely different face too.

    That would still seem out of the blue to release that in February.......I'm still thinking there are other sets in the second wave that we don't know about...it just seems odd they they are all fairly high priced sets.

    No arrow here either...hopefully get one in store this weekend though...the mini build looks fun...my duaghters will love making micromanagers to fight Emmet and Wyldstyle oops missed your download as I was posting at the time..thanks

    hmmmm..it does seem odd that these are all expensive sets... I wonder if we are missing something here...some smaller sets would be nice...and I wonder which set comes with Angry Kitty....

    But we will get the instructions online for the Double Decker Couch too with this :) and I still think the Metabeard from Metalbeards duel looks a lot cooler than this one.....not saying this set isn't nice though.

    Not to keen on the smaller Metal beard...and other than Uni Kitty vrient the figures are available everywhere else....nice ship but a little out of my price range (and space) to get...but there will be building instructions for the Double Decker Couch :D

    I was thinking the same thing about Gail and Wyldestyle......Gail's character description on the site could fit that it says she doesn't notice emmit but what if Emmit did something to stand out or something like that

    Cool that they have them on the minifigure site......I can check them off for my collection...they are not labeled as series 12 either
