The Series 13 CMFs are in Cambridge Toy Shop now. They have had them since the 22nd I think.

Mother: New duvet cover, some chocolate to share with us all, Daizel and Pascoe, Endeavor Season 1 and 'Murder, She Wrote' series 6. Me: Barbara Streisand CD, Phil Collins CD, Andrew Lloyd Webber CD, Le Creusea teabag pot, vouchers and some other trinkets. Son: Mos Eisley Cantina, X-Men Vs. Sentinel, Kashyyyk Troopers, Jedi Interceptor, Wheel Bike, Infernal Affairs trilogy, Schindler's List, Benji the Hunted and 'Veggie Tales: Heroes of the Bible'.

Watched Frozen. Not a fan, but the rest of the family enjoyed it.

Toys 'R' Us Cambridge have a few new City sets.

Great MOC! I was a bit underwhelmed by the 2015 model, so I like this version. Are those tan 4x8 slopes on the sides?

I mostly build on the floor.

I went today. I took my son and two of his friends, and we all thought it was better than GWBS. Early on we met Tom Poulson. Great to see all of the birds he made! We had our photo taken with the Brick Show and later on we met Mark Stafford and Pete Reid. Must put the Mammoth Stomper on My Xmas List! The kids spent lots of money in the fantastic (but expensive) shops. My son spent £40 and just got some minifigures and parts! He seems happy though. The Minecraft display looked lovely as a whole; very colourful and creative and plenty of minifigs. The boys were very happy to get Mark Stafford's autograph and see some of his MOCs. Also, lovely quote from Mark on his Justin Beiber Cuusoo project: "When it was deleted, my faith in humanity was restored!" Overall, definitely better than GWBS. Looking forward to going again next year!

Million Dollar Baby- Terrific film. Eastwood's direction is perfect and the ending is gut - wrenching. 9/10 Slumdog Millionaire- Pretty good. Poorly paced in some parts, but still an interesting and often heartbreaking look into life in the slums. 8/10
