D2C Designers requesting feedback for 2012 models
Ras 74 replied to CopMike's topic in General LEGO Discussion
1. No 2. No 3. Remake Statue of Liberty, 4. A. Star Wars Advent Calender with one new minifig behind each window. A set like this would be pretty expensive, but would still sell like crazy! B. UCS AT-AT (2000-2500 pieces), C. Mos Eisley Cantina with Max Rebo band and varios aliens, D. Cloud City with a remake of the Cloud Car and Lobot. E. Jabbas Palace new more detailed Jabba and Leia as Boushh, F. Statue of Liberty remade. 5. I would like to see classic LEGO sets reproduced. Like the 928 Galaxy Explorer for space, and other sets from various themes made over the years. Pretty much as what is done with the collectible minifig series but whole sets. Could go for a survey for each theme here as well I guess. Thanks for asking us TLG!! -
MOC: Power Functions Commuter Train with automatic sliding doors
Ras 74 replied to Esben Kolind's topic in LEGO Train Tech
That is probably one of the coolest features I have ever seen in a LEGO model Deeply impressed. The whole train is a great creation as a matter of fact. -
[KEY TOPIC] Official LEGO Sets made in LDD
Ras 74 replied to Calabar's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
I know this is made to match the real sets. But if you just try to swap the trans orange bar 4L into another trans colour like this for instance you get a better "real" look at it. That is what I did on my Minis. Looks way better- 5,046 replies

Really a nice and funny idea ADHO! I like your "games" alot. Especially the Foosball table. Very nice Pool table as well Randal. The corners is brilliantly made.

Welcome to Eurobricks! I haven´t had time to read your article yet. But can you please edit the title of your topic to go on the field bellow. Not many will know what "" means if it means anything. We normally don´t let people just post and advertise themselfs with one post like this. Please go here to post a presentation of yourself. Hope you will enjoy our boards, and be active in the discussions.

Nice MOC Peppy! I get the feeling of a really old theater in London to this MOC. Also from the movie The Prestige. I just love that movie!

A great truck with a nice feature for the trailer. I edited the the link to Youtube. Just edit your own post to see how I did it for the future.

That is a very nice sailboat you created. So small but still with great details. Just love all the SNOT and smoothness in the hull of the boat.

Good easy creation made only with parts from the Collectibles. Got to love those zombies. "... Got ya!" Good one!

Great to see the progresses of your model. It is a very beautiful one. The only thing I think that needs some more work is the back ramp hatch. It looks a little off in black. Would also look great if you added some inverted slopes or greebles to it. Otherwise overall, just beutiful.

Thanks! Oh, and I even got that one Not always the best to just browse the internet.

We got them all in Sweden by now. Got Slave I, Wampa Attack and Plo´s JSF yesterday. Will build it all on Sunday. However S@H doesn´t have the new sets available. Isn´t that wierd?

I really love your work AC and have admired it a long time. This temple is an awesome example of that. It is just so I wish TLG could release the 501 st Legion minifigs to see in your MOC. Well, I would want some for myself as well. Just one question AC. Would it be possible if you posted some more information when posting your creations? It would be just super to read a little more about your creations. Plus I think more people would reply to your posts.

About availability post that in here please. This is the discussion thread about rumors. There is not much going on right now, but it doesn´t mean that the discussions should take off in other directions.

Got to like such a nice way to display a great set. Since I am abit OCD I would too like a rectangular table. But I also do like this version since you can tell it is special made for your purpose of it. Nice craftsmanship as mentioned before as well. Welcome to Eurobricks as well!

You captured the shapes of the speeder good. It could use some more work over time to adjust some details. Keep it together and try to work a bit more on it (if you feel to). I have looked for good reference pictures of that speeder, and it is not easy to find. What source did you use?

I see. It still is a damn fine MOC and should definatley have been in there.

That is an awesome redesign of the WheelBike Rook. I never really liked the official one too much with the big printed transclear radar dishes. Is it in scale of the "real" one?

I don´t know about other LEGO games that has been released, but I know there was a demo out when the first SW game was released. I remember playing it over and over and was just stunned by it. Will definatley have a look at this demo as well.

Nice to see the video of the upcomming game. A must have to the collection of LEGO video games I´d say.

Very nice VIG! I am very uncertain of what I like the best for Hoth dioramas. SNOT, mixed or with lots of studs. But this one, and I generally think that when you are making smaller ones, it looks far better with the SNOT ones. Your MOC is a great example of that. Good luck in the contest!

Very very good one Wayno of Darth Maul! Also would like to say the same as Big Cam though. The light saber hilt. Do you have a chrome one? Could you redo the picture? The "glow" in Mauls eyes is just awesome.

A funny story just poped into my head regarding this. I had a job several years back now when my LEGO hobby was still in an early phase. I worked with a guy that collected knives. All kind of strange pocket knives to combat knives. Funny thing is he was very tolerant with me telling him about my hobby and how that all worked all the way from going into a store and buy a set til the whole thing about forum and such. As well as me listening to him telling me about his hobby with storys behind certain knives and such. The funny thing was we could talk simultaneously about our very different hobbys. To one that would have been over hearing our conversations it would probably have sounded like we shared the same hobby. The other thing this story gets is that it taught me to be very openminded with other persons varyed hobbys. Really interesting to let one talk about their passion for something. Beeing able to put the "right" kind of questions to that person and just let them talk and talk about their hobby. You even get to learn something if you want to
