  1. It is time to gather names of the ones who will, or really think they will make it to the Eurobricks Event in 2011 2-5th of June, in Windsor (near London), England. This is just to estimate how many that might come. I would prefer if you who KNOWS you will be there posts right now! I will run this for two ( 2 ) weeks starting today, right now! The ones not stating if they are coming or not, don´t worry, I will do another run in the end of January, beginning of February to see who is definitely coming. The list so far: Aredhel Bonaparte Calanon Captain Becker Captain Green Hair castlestrike665 cavegod Christian CopMike Derfel Cardarn Dfenz + 3 drdavewatford Etzel Henning M Holodoc Jipay (Clarisse) Jammiedodger714 KimT Legostein Morten Mr Meleca Pally + 1 Pedro Peppermint_M Quarryman Ras 74 +1 Rufus +1 SilentMode Sir Norman Ray Snefroe Superkalle (+3) theseasential Tobbe Arnesson
  2. I saw this ship when you posted it, but didn´t have time to answer to it. It is a very good MOC and very much in my liking. I like the sleek and snotty design, the way you built the cockpit to be bent like that is very nice. (See you made a nice hangar for it as well )
  3. No there will not be another thread about swaps. Just ignore the posts you don´t want to read about and move on.
  4. Thanks for finding this Kiel! Just one question, didn´t you read what it said under the pictures? I like the new yetpack the most! That is how TLG should have done it from the start. Great job of Arealight though, and I will definatley get a few of those!
  5. No that is a dumb thought! How many countrys in the world do sell LEGO? Double that amount. That is how many threads it could be in here. Does that sounds like a clever idea? The reason for this thread was for all you Aussie/Kiwis to share information. If there is a few posts about trading figs, just scroll past those and ignore them. There might be several persons that finds those trades really useful.
  6. Great new MOC Penguin! A really great small winter landscape. Loves how you pulled of the snow around the path. Really great use of those 1x1 cheese slopes. Then I also just can add what the rest have said about the warm look in the interior, funny small details such as the poured drink and the argue of the croissant is just crazy fun. This makes me really want to build something to put next to the Winter Tyshop.
  7. FINALLY some new models!! Glad to see you are back to a normal phase with things Legostein. The first ship Chariot LAV: It is really good and the resemblance is very good. I found a piece that I would have tried to use for the front. Sadly it does not exist in LB grey. It is this piece. I don´t know it it would have done the job though. Might be to "short" and bulky. I like the use of a 4x4 mod. tile as the base of the back (use to figure out details and how they are done in your minis). Second one the Assault Shuttle: A very smooth and nice design that strikes out your own theorys of the mixture of STUDS and SNOT makes more fun. That was one of my favorite topics to follow by the way. Just kidding, this vessel should be SNOT for a better look. Sometimes the 1x1 cheese slopes gives better details than the newer 1x2. Third ship Skipray Blastboat: This one reminds me of the Jedi Shuttle T-6 that is white and red and was seen in a few of the last Clone Wars episode. I have no wish to look it up, but maybe some Harder Corer Star Wars guy?? Got to love how the wind design is able to rotate around the "body" and the idea of building that part upside down. Great job as usual Legostein!
  8. Aw that sounds nice! It really sounds like you did have a good day then. Was this trip kid-less? Did you spend the night in Sydney as well?
  9. Again me... Sorry! Feel free to title Izzy up, I ´ll leave her alone... in that matter.
  10. A very nice diorama that doesn´t have to be mentioned that this take place on Naboo. It is pretty selfsaying, and obvious, and there fore as well mission accomplished I like that there is so much that is SNOT in this MOC. Naboo palace area feels like a really nice and clean place (exept for the war coming there) and that is well shown by the SNOT technique.
  11. Awesome fighter Rook! Like several before me pointed out, the transformation of the ship is a really cool feature. My first thought as well was that this was "only" inspired be Grevious ship. But looking at all the pictures, I definatley think it stands out on it´s own, with a slight recemblance.
  12. ... not only as pajamas, but in his normal life?!?! This is great and fun. Keep up the work guys!
  13. Happy Birthday Ice Cream Cone!! Have a fantastic birthday and please take the day off of EB.
  14. This is a very beautiful modual model you designed. Is the plan to brickbuild it when you are satisfied with the design? Like the rest I must say that your stair railings is really looking lovely.
  15. Great to see you back and building and posting again on our little site Chris I take this as you are getting in order in the new appartment! Blacktron was never a favorite of mine. To much wierd colours just to start with (please don´t kick me out of the Sci-Fi forum). Never the less with so few bricks I always get stunned of how accurate you get things. And doing a replica of a actual LEGO set is just a brilliant idea!! Will patientley wait to see you come up with new SW creations as well.
  16. A incredible and awesome creation you made. Both in size and in details. There just is so many great things to look at, and all of the time you discover something new. What is KimT doing in the crowd?
  17. You are insane Mutley But I sure enjoy to watch your growing armys! I can partley agree to that Jammie. When the googles is "up" I think it looks pretty good. But when they are down... I wan´t to poke my eyes out and throw them at the hats
  18. It is to bad that these sets costs a fortune. I would love to design a set and get it like this one day. Question is however, should you order two at the same time? One to build, and one to keep in MINT. Any update on the release of 4.0?? Starting to want it pretty badly right now.
  19. Must say that the first caravan is an awesome replica! Very great work. The second one looks very much like one of these wagons that is owned by circuses (is that correct ).
  20. You have managed to cram in so many good feature as possible that a review can have! It is youtube clips, links to where to find information about the set and lots and lots more. Very nice to read your review and follow all the features of it. The set it self seems like a really good one as well with lots of good parts and great minifigs. This is one of the HP sets I don´t have (except for 2 of previous castles and the train sets). Your review however make me regret a little bit that I didn´t pick this up when it was on a sale some years ago.
  21. I must say that was beyond me as well. I tryed to put the smaller middle walls in different places and move around the different pieces from how they originally was supposed to be, but there was no way. The way it was done in the end was the best. Maybe it is done so you could add other parts from previous castles. Have to wait for someone that has the previous ones to confirm that when they get their hands on this though.
  22. Oh I do like it still, and thanks for explaining the faded colour. The set is awesome in it self, it just gets down a notch with a strong detail like that. Would sincerly love to see a updated version of this.
  23. A really nice collection indeed, and I too think that it deserves it´s own thread. What shelfs are you using and how is the figs displayed?
  24. This is a really great MOC of a great scene. The transblue pieces works exellent in the bookshelf. If only TLG would make a battle pack with the 501st troopers in it.
  25. That is really very, very good! The dark-blue works perfect with that design. The only downside is the sticker. It is not so red as I would have wanted it to be (Lego-red). But apart from that, AWESOME!
