  1. Agreed. What's annoying is that it wouldn't even be hard for them to use in a set, because they used that basic rack design in the '07 model! (sixteen B1s, bent over and lined up four to a row, back-to-back on a pair of 4x8 plates) At first I thought that maybe they just didn't want to include that many droids, which is understandable, but 7929 Battle of Naboo's droid carrier put a droid in every other spot and separated them with gun holders. This new MTT could easily have had two racks, each being a 4x6 plate with three B1s and three gun holders.
  2. Skirmisher doesn't really need a unique artifact, because it doesn't have any gimmicks that are detrimental. Buffing its special abilities with a unique artifact starts to make it OP. The best thing a Skirmisher can do is grab a decently high SP shield to share with the party, then invest in multiple polearms so he can consistently tank in the Back Row.
  3. Because this is the discussion of the press release, not a review.
  4. Considering that you are a new hero and that Black Knight, despite being a Rogue Advanced Class, possesses no Gold-gaining abilities, I am pleased to tell you that you have been approved for an interest-only loan of two thousand (2000) Gold in the form of one (1) Mythril Shield SP: 20, at a monthly rate of 11.38%.
  5. I realize that there aren't any sets to discuss at this point other than the Wookiee Gunship (and I'm not directing this at anyone in particular) but can we please keep the pure speculation and wishlists out of this topic? Just because the topic is here doesn't mean you need to post in it — it'll still be here, pinned, when we get our next glimpse of what 2015 might actually bring us. People read this topic expecting to see rumored sets, and it can be both confusing and misleading to see posts about what you think we might be a good choice for a set or what you want to become a set. We didn't do so well in this regard with the 2014 rumors topic, so let's try to do better with the fresh start that is this new 2015 rumors topic. Unless you have a plausible source that has told you that something will be a set in 2015, your speculation and hopes belong in Future Star Wars Sets. Okay? Thanks, guys.
  6. I hand 1 Grand Potion, 3 Remedies, and 2 Venom to Namyrra, I hand 3 Remedies and 6 Venom to Johon, and I keep 1 Grand Potion, 2 Remedies, and 3 Venom for myself. I lead the party to the Sanctuary to Rest, after which we go to the Raging Rapids, using the On the Clock challenge.
  7. Two questions: What's the general opinion on where WP should be at, roughly, at Level 40-50? I'm going to need to upgrade my crossbow at some point, but I've ignored it for so long that I don't know where to go with it. Is there any interest in a Mythril Shield, SP: 20? I asked this hypothetically a year or so ago, but after I leave the Fields, I should be able to upgrade the Iris Shield to the a comparable power, so I'm serious about selling the Mythril Shield. (I'd like to get around 1800-2000 Gold, and I don't mind if you pay some of it later.)
  8. I automatically gave one to everyone on the Empire who didn't have a tag from a previous community build.
  9. So many little details to stare at in this model! I really like the slightly separated 1xn brown tiles on the side wings, emulating haphazardly nailed on slats of wood, and the crazy amount of pipes and chains around the engines, and the gatling gun for the big cannon at the tip of the main wing. You've mixed in the metallic gold and silver elements in all the right places to draw attention to really meaningful portions of the ship.
  10. I love the way you did the 'skirt' of the ship, as a big protective wireframe like one might see on big fans nowadays. That's such a perfect realistic concept for this steampunk adaptation! But my favorite part has to be the interior. That opulent chair — the way you did the arms of the chair is terrific — together with the compass and the trophies on the shelf and the wooden furniture do lend this model the feel of being inhabited by a Victorian era hunter.
  11. Interesting. Thanks. That's a good point. Last year's AT-AP was also a fairly unknown vehicle, but at the same price point.
  12. Already awarded to you since you didn't have any community build tags before.
  13. Welcome to EB! This belongs in the Minifig Customization forum; I'll move it there...
  14. No, no, I'm not trying to debate the point; I'm asking how much we've seen of Wookiees in the Rebels materials we've seen because I don't actually know. Mostly I'm wondering because this seems like a strange choice of set to reveal at SDCC.
  15. Do we really know how important Wookiees are in Rebels? I haven't followed the developments too closely, but I haven't something to suggest that they're a major power.
  16. I remember there was a video a year or so ago in which some guys threw 10221 at 10188. Truly painful to watch. The funny part was that they almost missed the throw.
  17. Oh, also, I love the use of the Joe Johnston Empire AT-ST concept walkers. They look great. Not too crazy about the Stormies with the opening faceplate helmet that look derived from the McQuarrie Snowtroopers, though — I don't see too much purpose for them when the Empire already has vanilla Stormies.
  18. Agreed. At this point really all we can say about 2015 is that we'll get a Wookiee Gunship. Anything else is just pure speculation.
  19. I realize the the entire EU is now non-canon, but do we have a tally somewhere of the Jedi who have been introduced as having survived Order 66 or been retconned to have survived Order 66? I imagine that that number's getting pretty big. Did the bridge of the Star Destroyer at the opening of that trailer look unnaturally high, or was that just me? As compared to the studio model seen here, of Devastator. (It has the six turbolasers and two ion cannon turrets of an Imperial-I from Star Wars, but it has the lower antenna assembly above the superstructure of an Imperial-II; it's labeled as the Devestator when presented at expos, so my guess is that it's a studio model from Star Wars adjusted slightly for reuse in Empire.)
  20. Tags awarded; I think I got everyone. Artizan and Legofin2012, you already have tags from the Community Builds, so let me know if you want them replaced with the DS Hologram tag. Nom, your SoNE host tag counts as a CB tag; do you want that replaced? I don't think you'll be disappointed.
