Your minifigs can be wearing anything you want. Just keep in mind that if you use, say, a Paradisa torso and put Boba's head on, it's not exactly something that will give you points in judging.

[MOC] Old Republic Sith Inquisitor Darth Severus
Brickdoctor replied to Bob De Quatre's topic in LEGO Star Wars
It's odd to see an MOC from you with so many angles and so few curves. I like it. Lots of interesting shapes here. It's a bit Space Police III-esque, but it doesn't look implausible as a Star Wars craft. -
Post your general LEGO Star Wars questions here
Brickdoctor replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Welcome to EB. Could you be more specific? "How do you post stuff!!!!!!" doesn't tell me what you're having trouble with. Evidently, you can make a normal post, but are you having trouble with pictures, with links, with creating topics, with LXFs, with understanding how EB is organized...? -
Yeah, they're actually pretty quick in the few seconds you see them in Clones, at least compared to AT-ATs.
-
Just a reminder: You only get so many entries, so, make them count! Everything is a WIP, but if we see that you're pushing things out as quickly as possible in order to take control of the planet, and then completely overhauling the builds later to abuse the WIP allowance and get more points for yourselves...we'll take action.

I just ran through the Fields with Quarry; a challenge might be a nice change of pace.

Basically, yeah. Although, and I know I'm biased when I say this in this situation, it's usually not good QM practice to do that in every battle, because if every battle is setup specifically to ignore powerful builds, then there becomes to point to attempting to improve one's character's build.

Nice seamless mod. Don't worry about the speed — it's entirely accurate to how fast AT-TEs in Battlefront II are when you need them to take a different command post.

Welcome to EB. As our Site Guidelines state, we do not allow new members to sell LEGO on EB, as we want you to join to discuss, not just to advertise: This is the reason that (as you may have found out) you aren't allowed to post a new topic in the Buy/Sell/Trade/Finds topic until you've made a hundred posts; please don't post sale topics in any of the other forums. Thanks, and I hope you'll remain an active member of EB to participate in discussions.

Walking over to the Quest Board to find out who will be departing on the next quest, I spot one of the new Rangers, and I also see the name of a new Knight on the list of chosen heroes. Excellent. Low-Level parties always bode well for a selection of enemies balanced in my favor by the Voice in the Sky.

Hurrah! I appreciate it. (But please don't change your plans just because of me! )

Beautiful work, Markus! I especially like those exposed rods leading up to the bevel gears and the tiny propellers atop the fin, and the way the exposed greebles are integrated into the midsection. It looks as if parts of the wood were stripped away to make room for more and more mechanical improvements, which fits both the Steampunk aesthetic and the Star Wars 'used universe' aesthetic.

No, there is not; you need to resize and re-upload. (Or use a site such as flickr that resizes and provides you with a variety of sizes after you upload.) Even if you could resize pictures using the post editor, it wouldn't actually make the images smaller, it would just display them at a smaller size, and readers' browsers would still need to download the entire massive image in order to view it.

Why would you want to cover up the Technic innards? They look a lot more intriguing and a lot closer to the mechanical workings of the 'real' AT-ST than blocky plate and hinge assemblies do.
-
I've done it before. If Capt.JohnPaul starts a bar fight, you're free to hide behind my tipped-over table.

Yes, the 'head' of the 8038 model has some very exaggerated angles and its sides are a little more simplified, but overall, it looks like a less blocky, less primitive, more refined model. Remember that even though being movie-accurate is a good thing, accuracy does not automatically imply aesthetic beauty. Sometimes there are compromises that have to be made in order to work with the limitations of building something out of LEGO. Generally, an accurate model looks good because it looks right, but a gappy or blocky model with more accurate angles is still a gappy or blocky model.

Out of curiosity: How many of you are planning to use your second character primarily as "roleplaying character whose stats don't matter that much because I have my first character," and how many of you are planning to use your second character primarily as "stats-focused character because I want to try some new classes that my first character didn't use"? (Just assuming that everyone roughly falls into one of the two categories.) I'll be doing some of the latter, but I definitely want to concentrate on the former.
