  1. Yeah, when I first saw them appear two years ago at a demo at CES is was really exited that Lego was showing some actual creativity instead of just making some oversized piece of plastic. Plus, they are really fun to build, and simple enough do quickly.
  2. Yes, we definitely need to have the LDD group give more options for exporting and rendering. That way, we could build a model, export it, and animate it, and make our own movies and games! Or at least a few more export options, for 3ds Max, Blender, Maya, Google SketchUp, etc.
  3. Name: Goat Pet Game: Lego Universe Level: Forbidden Valley File: Link
  4. Your basic werewolf, nothing really special here but I couldn't resist making one of these guys. Poseidon, god of little fishes and jellyfish. The wraith, is umm, actually anybody who has seen one of these guys usually dies shortly afterward...
  5. Name: Warthog Pet Game: Lego Universe Level: Gnarled Forest Errors: The tan color may be off, its pretty hard to tell becuase of the different renderings of models in LU and LDD. File: Link
  6. Hmm, thats what everyone seems to be thinking, it looks like a plain baby elephant to me.
  7. This looks great!!! I will use this after modeling in LDD to export my MOC's to Blender for better rendering!
  8. Name: Elephant Pet Link: Elephant Pet Game: Lego Universe Level: Gnarled Forest Errors: If anybody can see how the leg pieces work that whole leg mechanism should be flipped. I tried several times but it is physically impossible but still close enough!
  9. Actually you are correct, and after reading some more detailed LU guides I realized that "Doberman Pet" is the official name for the animal, and thus I changed it accordingly!
  10. Name: Doberman Pet Link: Doberman Pet Lego Universe: Avant Gardens Errors: None
  11. So I actually have to upload the file to an online holding site and then copy that link to this site? Will another site such as dropbox work too? Also, getting off topic a little bit, but since there is no actual help section that I can find I guess this is as good as a place as any to ask. How do I get those little pics below by profily thingy on the left of my post, such as the LDD Builder and things like that?
  12. I have been trying to upload some models from Lego Universe, but whenever I click choose file, select the LDD file, and click attach this file it say the I am not permitted to upload this kind of file. Its just a plain Lxf file and hundreds of those have been uploaded now so I wasn't expecting any trouble. If anybody knows why its doing this I could use the help, thanks.
  13. Hi all, I have used this site for Lego news for a long time but have only recently started using these forums. I am one of the oldest members for the Lego Universe fan site LegoUni.com and have also moderated that site for a while now. I am a large fan of Lego Universe and the Lego Universe mode in Lego Digital Designer, and I am really exited about joining and exploring these forums. Although I don't usually like forums that are too big, Eurobricks seems to actually have a good community and like I said before, it will be fun to be here!
  14. Can we expand this and change the title to include all Lego video games. The reason I am asking is that Lego Universe has some pretty cool models that are definitely worth adding to this collection.
  15. Thanks, I guess these do actually count as custom minifigs cause the pieces and things aren't actually made in these colors so I am basically digitally customizing them. And with that in mind here are some of my better ones!
  16. Hello all, I am extremely new to these forums, although I have been using this site to keep up with Lego news for a long time. Basically, I have been using the Lego Universe mode in Lego digital designer to design some cool minifigs, and I am wondering if this is the right place to post pictures of them. Thanks for any replies! ~Lalror
