French Red Lancer and Austrian Uhlan
Fordo replied to woody64's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
QUOTE(Fordo @ May 31 2007, 12:38 AM) Yes Very nice army eventually I will get to making an Austrian army. Since Bonaparte has raised a lot of new troops, we have to be prepared: Yes Indeed, My Prussian's are at 80 Infantry strong with a couple cannons and Blucher of course. I'll try and get pictures A.s.a.p. -
I too am Also a vivid Warhammer 40k Player great game though complicated till you start playing a lot. Those are some very well painted Models Exo-Camp nice work. Most of my money now is being split between 40k Apocalypse and the new Castle stuff from lego (Ouch on my Wallet :'-( ).

Napoleonic War Gaming Attribute Idea's
Fordo replied to Fordo's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
I've been quite busy at the moment but I posted earlier in this topic when someone has more Castle figures they could use it for Castle just change some basic idea's and the names. "Depending on the size of the Battle you want as little as 10 per regiment so a 10 on 10 game could work. I perfer 20 men regiments. You could also change the unit names to fit into a CC army like Hussar->Light Calvary, Cuirassiers->Heavy Knights, Infrantry->Men-at-arms/footsoldiers, Light Infantry->Scouts, Rifleman->Archers, etc." -
Most Impressive Bonaparte I too have stop collection for now till I can have more free time on my hands, and prices to calm down. :'-( Your French army has about 30 more Infantry and about 25 Calvary since I only have 12 Mameluk's and 8 Cuirassairs. Very nice can't wait to see your future MOC's. *y*

This Looks like a great start, from just coming. Can't wait till you've made a lot then I guess I'll start ordering. *y*
-
Very Nice expanding quite well, I should be updating my new pictures of my Fully armed prussian's and new pictures of all my British and French who have been re-armed and now using Shako's. Expect them in the first week of August since I'll be going away for another two weeks and need to fix get my camera fixed.
-
Very cool picture, lego army's only weakness - The Wild life and nature.
-
I come back from my Vacation and your making excellent prussian decal's they look awesome. *y*
-
Yes, very excellent job on the damage of the walls and the roof, love the whole fort and the cannons great job.
-
Look's like a great start, Love that cape on the commander looks great! Will be awaiting the expansion of this army.
-
I saw this army while browsing Brickshelf its incredible how many Infantry you have! *wub* As Bonaparte said the only thing it lacks is organization, and a mix of troops to be a real army. (Calvary, Artillery, etc.)
-
Very nice British army you have their can't wait to see them on board your fine vessal's.
-
That's a really nice ship, love how they used the Tran-blue pieces as the ocean below them.
-
Yea, those look just like mine except for different heads, and grey saddles. Excellent work with them.
-
Your figures definately represent those figures nicely great job on the moc. I like how you used a variety of torso's especially the Knight armor.
-
Hello there Sir Norman Ray very fine army you have their, coming a long nicely. You can get nice flag designs from this site, http://www.warflag.com/napflags/html/flags.htm As you said Shako's are extremely rare and I myself need a lot of them for both my French, British, and Prussian armies.

These figs look great, Love that clash between good and evil along with Governor Block and his guards.
-
Yes I will take more pictures (Outside this time) when I get a little more free time, yes I did use the red belt torso.
-
Yes these torso's were based off the offical Orient Expedition theme. I have changed my Mameluk's torso's to this one they look great.
-
Cool chess set, very nice variety of figs you used. If lego did come back out with pirates it'd probably be like this.
-
I have 220 Shako's at the moment mostly on my French troops. For my Calvary I decided to change it up and use the first flag to the left on the bottem. I have preliminary pictures of my Prussian army here, http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=260000 right now I have them all with brown epaulettes and heads just need 60 more Shako's and muskets (have 20 with Shakos already).
-
Great collection of figs you got their I'd love to see you make a confederate army aswell. *y*
-
I have yet to make a Sharpe figure but will and place him in command of the 95th Rifles once I get another torso.
-
For the french I have 80 armed infantry and 20 armed calvary, and I have 120 unarmed Infantry. For the British I have 80 armed Infantry and 10 armed Calvary, and have 30 unarmed. For the Prussians I have 80 unarmed Infantry. So together 160 armed Infantry and 30 armed Calvary, with 230 unarmed Infantry, so if all were armed I'd have 420 troops all together.
