I know. I've got to get through my GCSEs before I can get any of these. I'm sure I can manage though.
-
I think that's the idea, being as it is based off an existing toy.
-
Oh yeah, I missed that. All these puns are driving me bananas...
-
What gave you that impression? ;-)
-
:-| If thats not a bad pun, I don't know what is... Same here.

Nice. *y* Is Leia wearing some sort of dress type thing there? Anyway, good construction. I've got to admire the overall shape as well. Oh, and get well soon :-)
-
Or not...

And that's the sole reason why I'll never buy one... Actually I don't think it's that bad. I agree is not the original, but as a compromise... Whats the point?! Its not like anyone will be able to use it at those sort of speeds, and not everyone has a race track in their back garden.

What's wrong now?! *Double checks post for spelling or grammatical errors.*

It could be some of those mini-episodes like the Exo-Force ones.

December?! I hope not. Actually, this one says August and you can just see it on this one as well. In fact it says August at the bottom of all the cards. What it does say is 'TV Aug/Sep/Nov/Dec' (or whatever), so maybe thats when the adverts are coming out.

The same happened to me when I bought Sentai Fortress last week. It 'launched' once, and then not at all. Although I don't think it even reached 5cm...

I have loads of different containers, but all of mine are in one place. I asked family and friends for any boxes they had, my dad gave me some small tubs he found at work and I found some drawers in the loft gathering dust. I've got small plastic boxes, tuppaware containers (some with lids, some without), a Lego tub, some containers/boxes from things I've bought and 6 shoeboxes. It takes forever to set them all up for MOCing. But its easier once its sorted.

He could be a pilot or something, rather than an out-in-the-open astronaut. There probably wouldn't be room in a Lego cockpit for him to wear the full regalia spacesuit.

What new one?

Last nights was quite good. Not as funny as the American one, but still good. The rocket was a ridiculous idea, but it was a pity it didn't work. Clarkson took a chainsaw to the coolboard because Hammond put a motorbike on it. And the road tax petition website websites :-D Blair's personally emailing everyone who signed the 'against' petition. What good's that going to do?

I was just pointing them out. I know that concept cars are rarely made, and when they are, they're nothing like the original. The DBS has some extra 'lines' at the front. Classic cars are definately the best, as I pointed out earlier. There's nothing wrong with new cars, its just that old cars have that sort of vintage experience (well-explained, I know ;-) ) that new stuff doesn't have. And to think that in 20 years time, people will worship some of the crap that car companies churn out now.

Actually, its gone again. At least on UK S@H. Unfortunately.
-
I hope not. I'd much rather they came out in July. Although, maybe September is a better idea considering everything else I'll just have to buy :-| . And no, I don't think the aliens move. They look like one solid piece.

I used to have all mine sorted by colour only, with the exception of minifigs and wheels. Recently, I kept some pieces in colour boxes, and separated the rest in part/shape. Seems to work quite well, although it means I've got boxes, drawers and tubs everywhere. They're under my desk, in the drawers, on the top, on the floor... It took me a while, but really only because I amended the sorting as I aquired new boxes. One thing though: If its not you sorting the Lego, how are you going to know where everything is?
-
Change it? Just a suggestion... ;-) Yeah, they are. Thats not a bad thing though. Despite not haing it, I quite liked the Road Hero model.

What're your favorite and least favorite Star Wars minifigures?
Brainbox replied to Darthking623's topic in LEGO Star Wars
The Gamorean Guard that adorns my desk along with General Grievous, Palpatine, 2 Royal Guards and an Ep3 Clone. Incidentally, there's also a Danju, a Viking, a Spiderman, a Batman and... me (as in a minifig of me, I don't sit on my desk ;-) ). -
Yeah, same here. Doesn't really count, but I'm a member of NAGTY (National Academy of Gifted and Talented Youth), I'm a grade 5 with theory musician with the E-flat horn and I won an award for our yearbook in a poll- I came third in 'most likely to become Prime Minister', and won the 'most likely to be a millionaire' category.

Actually, I've heard it said that people should be able to survive 3 weeks without food. On average its 3 minutes without air, 3 days without water and 3 weeks without food. Obviously, age, health, physical condition and surroundings all influence the time. Still, I agree its probably not recommended. But like you said its for a good cause, so good luck :-)
