  1. To elaborate: Talk to him. Ask him why he does the stuff to you and attempt to sort the problem out. Don't do anything you may later regret. If the problem can't be solved perhaps he isn't a true friend. I would suggest you also talk to your other friends about him. See what they think. I'm sure it'll sort itself out. Most friendships go through the odd rough patch. :-)

    Wow, that

  3. OK, I'll admit it... I gave in to temptation and voted for myself. But not solely because I'm feeling arrogant. No. To be honest, the others don't feally float my boat. As phoinix said, originality is important. I just don't feel that the opthers are all too original. However, I'm not saying they're bad MOCs because they aren't.
  4. 43 years last November (23rd to be exact). Although it did have some breaks. Anyway, this episode was pretty good. Really, it was a bit of fun to kick off the new series. I love the new suit though! Next weeks looks quite good. I actually don't mind Shakespeare, so I won't be put off on that level. And then the week after it's Boe's secret. *y* I can't wait. And keep a look out for this series' plot arc: Mr Saxon. ;-)
  5. I kind of have to agree with you there. However, I have to admit, I admire the technology of the cars, etc. Some of the engineering and design is superb. The cars interest me more than the drivers and the sport. I find all sport boring... I don't think they'll win.
  6. I got the impression it was referring to the steering wheel. Or rather lack thereof. I think 'doctor' is correct as well. As in, the doctor told her to walk more, because it's good for her health. BTW, I like the Smart car design. *y*
  7. Hmm... Not bad. I probably won't buy it, but it's not a bad set. I do like the Skeleton captain though. *wub*
  8. Droid Capture
  9. Well, the Hoth Base doesn't really float my boat. Although the Rebel troops are nice, and the Probe Droid isn't bad. The Republic Cruiser, however, *wub* Accurate, but not out of price range judging by the size. I doubt both pilots will fit in the cockpit though. Actually, it looks like the escape pod at the nose is included. As in, it looks like it releases. Is it me, or are the Jedi robes (torso) new?
  10. It's Ok. Great minds and all that. Yeah, I went with the pocket sets to try to get some cheaper, more available sets into Star Wars. You know, to appeal to everyone.
  11. Hmm... Looks pretty good. The cover looks good, and the blurb is definately intriguing.
  12. I dunno, I kind of like it.
  13. Thanks both of you. It seems that everyone likes the propellor...
  14. And he gets the fun of putting his own slant on the design.
  15. Very nice. *y* I like how you've captured the futuristic/classic look. Cool.
  16. Thanks. Actually, this is my first proper car-plane. I just thought I'd have a go and see what I could come up with. And the step up is 'too big' because it would be difficult to make it smaller without the tail suffering. It is a big reach though.
  17. Love this pic: http://uk.media.wii.ign.com/media/896/8962...mg_4425682.html *wub*
  18. The prop folds out shortly after initial take-off, but I see what you mean. I know it wouldn't work, but that's the fun isn't it. And if the wings were any longer, they'd hang over the back of the vehicle. I could have made a modern car in this way, but the prop and tail would have had to actually fold into the base of the car, rather than just sit underneath. Here, the wheels can be placed in such a way that the car is high enough to not have the prop catch on the ground, and still look right.
