  2. finaly finished, 10181 - Eiffel tower nine parts are missing because of this problem http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?...st&p=748195 4x and 1x underneath 8x8 plates with grille in the top section of the building (page 3 of book 3) and 4x underneath 8x8 plate with grille in the top section of the building (page 65 of book 3) lxf file 10181.lxf
  3. The grid problem popped up while building the eiffeltower set, also a relatively new set. And as mentioned, I cannot see that this is brick-stress related.
  4. this part doesn't allow snapping of bricks from the underside, besides the edges and the four studs in the center Kind of difficult to explain, but I hope you understand.
  5. I am almost finished with the second of the three books from the eiffeltower set. Some exercise to get used to the interface and possibilities of LDD Will put it up as soon as it is finished

    Hi

I have allready been looking around here for quite a long time now, and the main reason for getting registrated was to gain acces to the file that explains to unlock Universe mode in LDD. As I have a 6 years old young son now who seems to find Lego as much fun as I did at his age I was triggered to look around on the internet to find missing instructionbooks and found out that there is a whole adult community build around Lego, and lot of extra possibilities like ebay, pick a brick, bricklink, etc to find replacement parts and new and used Lego. I am certainly an adult fan, but I am not buying or building for myself (at the moment). The same as I used to do, my son also likes to instantly start building when he sees new sets released. What I am doing at the moment is to provide him with instructions (with the help of LDD or ldraw) of these new Lego models, but based on his current amount of Lego bricks. Together we work out alternatives and put them in the computer. So I don't think I will become a very regular poster, but more a reader. thanks for reading Jan the Netherlands (that explains my poor english)
