  2. B-M-04B Thanks for the comments everybody! Well, I couldn't let that challenge go by... I had to drop one of the connection points on the left side. There are no instructions for the corner (yet).
  3. Again a brilliant MOC. What I like is that you did't just build a house, but a complete block.
  4. Simple and beautiful. The modularity is an extra bonus.
  5. That is a great version of the Burj Al Arab!
  6. B-M-04A This is my modular street system for Mini Modulars. It is based on the streets for the Mini Modulars from axalonark. Here are the instructions for the street secctions. (Click on the image to go the flickr page with larger images.) 7. Sounds good, why should only the ladies have a party
  8. I just booked the hotel for two nights. Together with a friend I am driving over on Friday evening to visit the show on Saturday. And we're driving back on Sunday. The plan is to visit Legoland Windsor on the way back.
  9. I think the missing part detection system of TLG is very good considering the volume of sets they produce. In all the years that I bought sets (or gotten them as a gift when I was younger), I have ever only had to contact TLG once. (I had a wrong bag in a set at the beginning of the year. As already said, no questions asked.)
  10. Those are fantastic interiors! I really like bakery shop and the big bread oven. The bar also looks great. And so do the fabric roles at the tailor.
  11. What a beautiful modular building. Great color scheme. The elevator is a great detail. I am still struggling to add movement to the buildings to make it more interesting for the public on events.
  12. I am not really a fan of 4-wide vehicles, but these are beautiful. What a lot of detail in such a small space.
  13. This is probably the link: Mini Vehicles.
  14. Please post a better picture. Also, according to the Site Guidelines images should not be larger then 800 x 600.
  15. It's impressive as an alternative build of the GE. I actually like the side windows.
  16. That is some extreme bag building! This takes bag building to a new level.
  17. I would say, start with the provided examples to learn how a ball is build. Then try your own bigger version and learn from it. Then try again until you get it right. Drawing a circle on graphics paper can be helpful.
  18. That's looking good so far.
  19. That is a beautiful building 'exis'. I really like the details like the striped wallpaper. The corner might even look better if there was an extra floor (or half) below the dome.
  20. I would say, don't let him near your LEGO collection again. You don't know what he'll do next!
  21. That's a wonderful collection of buildings. I must say I like the corner building with the round towers best (although I would have used pointy roofs for the towers).
  22. That is a brilliant Courthouse with a lot of amazing details!
  23. That looks like a great modular road system for the Mini Modulars. Did you put an extra plate under the Mini Modular?
  24. Yes, I think you can. For me there are three criteria that define a modular building: The building should connect to other modular buildings using the standard connection points. Each floor should be removable, except for the first floor. (Although I try to make the first floor also removable for transport reasons.) Each floor should have 'four' walls, i.e. not open from the back.
  25. That's a clever use of the doors. Those golden fish ornaments look great.
