That is a very nice park. I like the fact that's is not square.
The only thing I would have different is to use a gate to the service area in stead of a normal door.
What is wrong with tomato bread?
I've contacted Cloneosaurus. I am at the Terrace Box, Aisle 215-1 Row 6 Seat 113.
How late should I be at the stadium?
As usual I have checked-in, dropped off my luggage, and did the tax-free way too early. I still have one and a half hour before boarding.
Time for a late breakfast.
I am the one who wants a pizza without cheese.
I am flying Saturday from Amsterdam. I should be landing in Chicago around 2 o'clock in the afternoon. So I have plenty of time to visit the Blues Festival on Saturday and Sunday, and a Cubs game at Tuesday evening.
That is really a great building.
I like the columns at the front and the use of brick bricks at the back. You've added a nice amount of depth to front and back. The dome and the working elevator are great details, but I also like the smaller details like the green banners and the white hand railing on the front stairs.
The enlarged Grand Emporium (old and new enlargement) looks great. The new recessed top floor looks very good. The stonework on the roof floor corner is a great detail. The central entrance with the row of windows and the green dome on top is brilliant.
I really like what you did. You didn't just add an additional floor, but you've taken the original model and taken it to the next (larger) level.
The American School Bus looks great, but the Ice Cream Van is brilliant!
I really like the round shape of the Ice Cream Van, and the colors are perfect.
It looks a bit to big for minifigs, but it is perfect for the new friends figures.
Welcome to Eurobricks Insane Ostrich!
You should really become a member of one (or more) of the local LUGs. It is a great way to actually meet people who think alike (translate: 'are crazy too').
Have you been to any of the local LEGO shows? These are organized by De Bouwsteen.
Another LUG is LOWLUG which organize private meetings.
The streets are not fixed to the modulars, and the modulars are raised by one plate.
I raised the modulars by using 4 1x1 round plates, one at each corner.
