Wait, it's freshly baked?

In the QM Lounge, when designing a quest, it specifically said to keep battle drops realistic. (And continued to say most beasts wouldn't drop gold.) Come on, it doesn't make sense to gain hundreds of gold magically after you stab a butterfly. (And Flare, no! Butterflies don't have scales like dinosaurs!) I think it is a fair compromise. Also, it's funny how rogues are opposing and saying they will go broke. If we can do it, you guy can too.

I think it's possible. For example, all over EB, I'm reading so-and-so has a degree in engineering or physics or something. I don't think people (all) who like LEGO are smart, but smart people like LEGO.

The combinations work well, especially when the enemies help each other or have a specific role. For example, in Nova Tertia, I did this, and rolling a Special Damage against the dinosaur's leg would cause a Power Rush, and Hasten the dinosaur. Or having a frog do little damage, but have it poison a hero. It can really be a nuisance if used correctly.

Does anyone know why Alexandre's picture in my signature looks good, but in m avatar it's all blurry? Who is in his Heroica Hunks calendar?

Alexandre scratches off his name for quest 74, a Grave Problem.

I have seen them all! Err... does seeing small snippets from glancing over to the person sitting in front of you on an airplane count?

<<<Note to Dannylonglegs>>> I am going on vacation 2 weeks from Saturday. I'll be on vacation for 1 week. I may or may not have access to EB. If I have access, I'll probably only have time to check in 1 time a day. I just wanted to give fair warning, and I would hate not to participate for a full week, so keep that in mind when selecting heroes for your quest.

Yes! I have no positive effects anyways, and the tree comes down anyways! I get all the gold, and I just ask Sylph to heal me.
-
Ahaha, funny! I'm leaving to see a game tonight! I'll be thinking of you, and considering how many proggs it would take to fill the Ballpark.

Welcome back Sandy! Dinosawr!

No biggie, my sword cuts everything, and I have adequate SP. Along with the hide/dodge ability. And flee. You go Tarn! Nice guy.

In my view, if you rebel against what you were taught, you weren't raised right. If a parent says, "Don't do drugs." That's a good message, but then the teen rebels from that and do drugs. That's not raising a kid right. They only did half the job. Raising a kid right is telling them what is wrong, and make them understand that so they don't do it. Part of raising teens right is to have proper punishment and instilling values in them from a very young age. This accident is because, I think, the 14 yr. olds had no values. If from a very young age, the parents taught them respect, and each time they didn't show respect, they punished them, this never would've happened. -
Then after the battle, could I, a knight, say, "I use my sword that pierces everything to cut down that tree." Logically, I should get gold, because if a rogue just attacked and got gold, gold would be in the tree anyways.

Having an earing and a tatoo is one thing. But I think he is talking about all the nose rings, and the giant tattoos that cover someone's entire arm. They don't always mean someone is bad, but I guess it's somehow stereotypical that these people are "rebellious" and obviously not raised well. As for what happened at Legoland, that's just sick. Why is it so hard to simply raise your kids right? -
The problem is not that Rogues get gold. It's that they make way too much for way too little effort. A rogue can buy a nostrum for 35 gold, and then make 100's or 1000's of gold a battle. And then there are the rest of us who can't even finish a quest with 500 gold to spare. Isn't that a little broken? As for jealousy, there probably is some. Come on, be serious, you would feel kind of silly if you roll a 6 because you can't afford a nostrum, and then the assassin next to you instakills and manages to rake in a couple hundred gold in one hit. I am all for rogues stealing from humanoids only. That would prevent them (say, an assassin) from going to the Fields, and getting all this gold because there are so many enemies. It doesn't even make sense anyways for this not to be implemented. Some enemies we fight in Heroica are rats, or butterflies. Don't tell me you should make 100 gold for stabbing a butterfly.

Palathadric- yeah, I beat all the Star Wars, and the Indiana Jones. Boba was awesome. Except in the multiplayer duel mode on places like Mustafar, where Boba shoots and the big-megablock kickback actually knocks you off into the lava.

Alexandre turns to Sarge. "Well, should we establish ranks? How about knights like Throlar start out as a page. Then squire. Then knight." Level 1 (Page) > After 1st quest (Squire) > After Second Quest (Knight)
-
Or, maybe we should fix the way Rogues can get gold. I mean seriously, in Nova Tertia, Benji shoots a crossbow at a dinosaur and somehow magically produces all this gold. I don't have a solution yet, but it's something to think about.

Ugh, the generations these days. What's happened to society? Of course, they'll be treated like the victims. "Oh, it was peer pressure, or they had 'troubles' or something at home." At least, in the USA they would. It's all the parents' fault. Of every teen that does something stupid like this, the parents are at fault. Take some responsibility and raise your kid like a normal civilized human being. These jerks are animals, that's what they are and I from here on out refuse to call them by anything else. And like all animals, they need to be put up in a cage. Er, well, some animals. We all know how long it takes to make a masterpiece, and I don't know about anyone else, but each time one of my MOCs break, I can never put it back together the same way. It's always the best the first time. I'm very disappointed that this happened. My condolences. -
Exactly. Non knights can get SP half of what the BEST knights have. I have only 13 I think. Benji can get 12. That's like saying if a rogue can get 100 gold on a hit, I can get maybe 98 or something.
-
I guess to get the value back. In the beginning of Heroica, SP for non-knights to knights was 0-2. Maybe 0-5 before other classes really started getting SP. Now, people, like Benji have 9, and someone like Docken or Sarge has 24 or something.
-
OR, how about this: Since foes are getting stronger and stronger, QM's drop very high SP items, but say (Shield: WP:X, suitable for knights only). That way, knights get their value back, and it could prevent the KRS. (Knight-Rogue-Switch.) So if anyone was cheap enough to pull the KRS and go rogue, they couldn't use the high SP they already had.
-
Dat pod-race. It actually took me a few months. I didn't even try to get 100% or studs or anything on that once I finished it. The rest were pretty fun. I also have the Indiana Jones one. It's a bit more harder/requires more thought, but still easy.

"How about we officially call it Squire?"
