Thanks a lot Holodoc - your opinion is a great help to me for future purchases. I didn't realise that the cannons are worth so much (I didn't take them too much into account thinking about a good price for the stuff, I am not looking for cannons ) Best parts for me are the castle walls, gates and other parts Thanks again, Benny Ah, and yes: Castle ON!! EDIT: sorry if I'm off-topic

6075 Wolfpack Tower Pictorial review!
Vaders_son replied to Nikola Bathory's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Hey I'm a bit late I know, but I just wanted to say thanks for this review. I'm just getting into Castle again and do own some sets from back in the early 90s like the big Castle and 3! guys from the wolfpack Unfortunately I didn't get this set but everytime I see it it makes me wish to have a copy of it and reminds me of the good old castle times Thanks a bunch Nikola! Benny -
Wow this is amazing! Wish I could built something similar but hey! I'm still young and willing to learn Great use of round and normal elements for the walls! The castle really fits for a wizard it just feels right with all those beautiful towers Awesome! Best regards, Benny

Just bought some Castle parts here as I intend to start some building castles again (whenever I find some time for it ) They're from ebay, check them out here: http://cgi.ebay.de/Riesige-Menge-Lego-Cast...1QQcmdZViewItem Can anyone give me a hint about the price? Did I get them for a good price or did I pay too much? Just for future orientation... Best regards, Benny

A cool scene you made there Looks like a scene from the 1st trailer, huh? Me too! Can't wait to get in for the Wii that stands right now useless to me in the living room TFU ON!!!

 I believe this could be true, if they would be some sort of sith holocron
-
How come you think Kam might be the secret apprentice? I don't think so because he was trained by the Emperor and not by Vader as a secret apprentice. Benny

Great!

Anyone got a Mutt hairpiece from Indy IV sets?
Vaders_son replied to jp-30's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Jap, I think it would fit Han, too. Just remember they're both played by Harrison Ford and so there are some similarities between the two of them. -
I think Palin is right regarding the mother of the apprentice question and the time setting of TFU. I do like the Qui Gon theory very much but I don't think it's likely...but who knows Benny

That's a nice moc indeed I Scream Clone, why you want to change the lime to red? I wonder how it might look if one changed all the red to lime? I feel it would look good! Benny
-
Cool moc! I like your idea of confusing the enemy by using different colours on top and bottom of the fighter Benny
-
Great! And I think I can say for everybody else: WE WANT MORE!!

Undisciplined clones?! Somehow I expected no other end for this story Great job!! Best regards, Benny

Star desteroyer/Death Star price cut
Vaders_son replied to Wilhelm screamer's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Anybody seen a deal like this in Europe? Or even Germany? I'd love to buy these sets but some 300Euro is just too much for me ^^ EDIT: Just found some sale prices on Amazon.de!! Have a look in the BSTF... Benny -
No prob, the post just didn't add anything useful to the discussion you know Benny

Well thanks for the hint Vader, didn't know that there might have survived almost 200 Jedi. Question that came to my mind instantly - Why didn't they just go to Coruscant an kick Palpatines megablocks as long as they had the chance to do so? Mhm... Palin you seem to be right on this on. I know nobody with close to 200 fingers to count the surviving Jedi up on Seems like I missed quite a bit of Information Maybe that's because one can't afford comics in good old Germany they just cost a fortune You need posts? Sorry no offense but your suggestions are crap and I don't think anyone wants you to go on... Best regards, Benny
-
Hey Vader, don't know if I missed some Jedi here after Ep III - but I've read the last of the Jedi book series and there are some but not too many...you have a link or something where I can refresh my idea of the past Ep III time? Benny
-
Well that's right he hunted down some Jedi after he became the Dark Lord, but how many were there? I believe you could count them down on your very two hands. And as seen in the Jedi Temple Anakin could've easily taken on more than one Jedi before he was forced to wear his suit (Well, he pretty sure could take some of those new style Jedi from NJO that aren't half as good with the lightsaber as the original Jedi btw ). The few Jedi he hunted down after Ep III were lone rouge Jedi and not a squad of well trained Jedi I think... How I to discuss Star Wars matters Best Regards, Benny
-
Well when he killed all the Jedi in the Temple he still had his one arm and both legs. Add the support of the 501st and Ani was a lot more powerful than after his final duel with Obi-Wan I think. Or do I misunderstand you and you are talking about some other Jedi? Then sorry maybe you could tell me who you're talking of - There weren't too many I believe...At least most of them were done by his secret apprentice as it seems Best regards, Benny
-
Hey that looks really big!! And so detailed - great work  Dunno how I managed to miss that topic... Can't wait to see pictures of a finished version in bricks!! Very Very Good!! Best regards, Benny

Here we go again 1. Vader did not loose any force-powers but he could not perform force acts like force-lightning due to his prison-suit. As Palin and I discussed in another thread he was limited by the fragile electronic health-care system of his suit and the loss of legs and arms somehow. 2. I'm very convinced that Palpatine wasn't able to create life in any form. If he had been he would have made himself a better apprentice than crippled Anakin for sure. 3. The Canon is, that Anakin is the creation of Darth Plagueis the Wise. But there is no parentship of Palpatines former master in my opinion. I feel it's rather some abstract form of cloning or something but Plagueis in person has no biologic connection to Anakin. How could he if he created Anakin while he died? Best Regards, Benny EDIT: I forgot; To answer the question asked in the topic: My dad is Elmar Buschlinger, the son of Pirmin and Elisabeth Buschlinger and they are all good, non-force-sensitive people

The Star Wars Comic Game-Season One
Vaders_son replied to JimBee's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
I'm potentially interested in a good SW roleplaying game here on this great board. Only concern I have is that I can't keep up mocing as I don't have that many parts and am not to gifted with creating anything space-related Benny
