Which would you prefer in a new Wild West theme-
Vaders_son replied to Klaus-Dieter's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Ok got your point I think Athos' idea is good - not having a complete new factions but just some guys hanging around in some sets Benny -
Hi there! Nice to have you onboard Benny
-
Ah, ok that I understand, thank you darkrebellion
-
I have neither of the sets, didn't buy the ULD for the same reasons Tacitus did not get it. But I regret it now. After all this is the set where Vader and Obi-Wan had their epic battle! Besides, the more I look at it on pictures the more I come to like it. The Slave I is very worth it for the minifigs I think. But, correct me if I'm wrong, is the ULD not way more expensive than the Slave I atm? Best regards, Benny

Of which contents should a SW BP generally consist?
Vaders_son replied to Klaus-Dieter's topic in LEGO Star Wars
No reason to be sorry Klaus-Dieter My vote would have been the same anyway - I just wondered Best regards, Benny -
Hey I'm not exactly a WW fan but I have some sets including Fort Legoredo, this Town Set with the Bank and some smaller sets. If anyone's interested I might sell them (just got to build them first to see if all the parts are here, but I think so) I have two Playmobil western forts too and 3 (or so) southern soldiers, also lots of Playmobil Indians? If you're interested write here or pm me. Best regards, Benny

what's *purdy*? simonjedi? Didn't find it in my dictionary Benny
-
Yes, go for the MTT, you'll get 20 battle droids with it and it's just a great set You won't regret waiting for it Benny
-
I'm so sorry to hear TT, Yoda and Vader will go. That is really sad. Do you leave the board at all or do you just resign as admins? I'm sure there will be new members that become admins and do your job but we don't want to loose you, just think of a thread without xwingyodas posts that bring all the fun into it Hope to see you all around sometime Best regards, and enjoy your time, Benny

Ok then sorry for my beeing unpaitient(sp?). It's open now and I looked through your pictures. As I said, nice MOC and I love your little details like the blacksmith (it is a blacksmith is it not?) and so on. Great job Benny -

You're right, sorry about that What's the problem with that? I could still get my civil WWlife sets and I don't think anybody would argue if there where some Indians, too. Benny -
If TLG brings back the Wild West theme,

This is an awesome poll! Finally one that is about almost all aspects off WW life I would like to see farmers and other civilians most -
I just looked on BL and I think it's part 6259 in trans-light-blue
-
That looks sweet Does it fly or what do those flames come from? Benny

Have there been 5 options from the start? I only remember 4 (the 1st on was not on the list I think?) Benny -

I voted for the Confederate soldiers because they would bring another faction into the wild west theme I would have voted both because I too think there should be Union soldiers again to fight the Confederate soldiers. And I agree - A gone with the wind farm would be great! Any (more) civil buildings would be great (and civil 18th century folks!) Nice poll Best regards, Benny -

Good poll! I think it makes sense to make a poll about this because it's been discussed a little bit somewhere else on the forum I think I remember? I voted for option II because I think Commanders should rather be included in larger sets - you just don't need too many of them. Benny Ah, and btw: What's the difference between options III and IV? Isn't that much of a difference is it? And anyway: How could anybody NOT love SW battle packs?? -
Mistland Tower + King's Castle Mash-up

Hey I like your building and would like to see the rest of the pictures in your gallery - but it's not public yet. Thought you might change it to public Best regards, Benny -
I'm pretty sure Palp knew that Ani had no *real* father, but I don't think that he knew all about the prophecy...Just my ten cents Benny
-
This is an interesting theory Palin, and thanks for the clarification that Ani is the chosen one as it is canon I think. But why is the force cognazant if the Jedi misread the prophecy? I think it was merely the mistake the old Jedi Order had with most it's decisions - they were too arrogant to believe their order could ever fall. Generally, if you look at the whole of all six movies, I think they did read the prophecy right, because Anakin destroyed the Sith (not counting clones etc.). The Jedi just thought that the Chosen One would do it as a fellow Jedi, some kind of Super-Jedi somehow. They never thought it possible that he would destroy the Jedi Order, too. And that was their mistake I believe Best regards, Benny PS: Maybe an Admin/Mod could change the topics title because this is rather a *Ethic Star Wars Discussion Topic* or something right now and refering to the topic we are all waaay off topic now, are we not? Discussion ON!!

Nice SNOT again ISC! Story is cool as well, I just pity the poor guy that had to clean up the mess (maybe you could do this little scene, it's somehow missing, maybe some stormie or a bespin guard could do the job ) And - Do my eyes play a joke on me or are there some christmas presents again? I mean the two blue boxes in front of the door? Seems to be some kind of signature of yours now Well done! Benny
-
I like your story very much, cool ending indeed. And I like your modification of the waterfall, it just looks better not, it fits better into his mountain surrounding. But I liked the mountains better when they were plain grey. Anyway - cool MOC Best regards, Benny
-
Yeah that's a cool MOC! I love all the little details that come with it, like the legs of the sitting girl and the use of different colours to create that WW atmosphere Keep Going!!
-
I wish you a happy happy birthday Batbrick!! And happy birthday conmaniac89 too, of course!! Lot's of Legos and Cake to both of you Birthdays ON!!
