That looks great... although I think the roof would look better with ridge tiles on top, but the hinged walls and kayak makes up for it!! A definite buy for me!!

Hi Here's the latest addition to my village.... the shop. Selling fruit, milk, bread, newspapers and general everyday supplies it's based on the toy shop from the recent Toys R Us Truck set. (in keeping with my attempt to use official designs as far as possible!!) and is meant to represent a traditional, family run village shop. The exterior (the sticker is scanned from Ideas Book 6000) The inside... The till and fridge General supplies and fresh fruit (the newspapers are stacked by the window) I still need to refine the items on the shelves and add a sticker for the newspaper (the white 2x2 tile in the window) and then add the shop to my village but any comments so far are very welcome... Cheers

As I mentioned in Lightningtiger's War Memorial topic, I've also been trying out different designs for a War memorial for my little village... this is the version I've settled on. Still a WIP (like the rest of my village) but I wanted to post a pic of it decorated with poppies for Remembrance Day tomorrow... Comments always welcome.

Very nice... I like the final design of the memorial (it looks very similar to several photos I've seen on the 'net) and the toilet block is looking good so far (although personally I'd have the memorial and toilets further apart or separate them with trees/fencing) Anyway looking forward to seeing more... keep on building!!

Absolutely stunning!! The outside is brilliant with the statues and other architectural details but the interior is even better... I love that record player!! Overall one of the best buildings I've seen for a while... great work!!
