  1. Do you not think, M'Lord, that he could possibly have been sent by the Grand Inquisitor of the Spanish Inquisition?
  2. Huh. A bit of evidence for the Divine Intervention theory, eh? Fine, I'm innocent, but you may convict me. That way we can test how accurate the Inquisitor's Judgements are, eh?

  4. Raped my senses, eh? Smug dissmissal, eh? My son... my only son.. was a heretical witch, and you say he's innocent? Sir, explain that, with the evidence I just presented. I am sorry M'lord, but I follow another Lord, one much greater than you. Good day.
  5. What?!? You want the Inquisitor to be a witch? Why would you wish heresy on any soul, Sergio, ecspecially if he's our only way to learn who is or isn't a witch?
  6. Huh. Notice, M'Lord, that though they were the words of Inquisitor Ferdando, they were qouted from the Lord himself. Thusly, they came from the Lord via the Inquisitor. Either way, why would a membe of the Spanish Inquistion, (I'm assuming we're in Spain, what with all the faical hair and Spanish names) be a witch, M'Lord? After all, the Spanish Inquistion is the Mighty Sword of the Lord's Church here on Earth. Please come to your senses. Now, no more of this tonight. Good Night, friends & neighbors.
  7. But wait, M'lord, I said that the Inquisitor was unable to lie, through God's Divine Providence. Thusly, anything he says during the burnings themselves as to the convisted's innocence or guilt must be true. [OOC: Ok, what I'm getting at is that TinyPius wrote it, not ptdpaden. That's why I trust the inquistor's pronouncements on the subject. Moving on.] Hernan was my son, and my wife and I raised him as a God fearing young man. I fell burdened that he must have slipped into heresy later inb life after he had left me and his mother to go out on his own. With all due respect M'Lord, I'll hold judgement on the Inquisitor untill I feel the time is right.
  8. Imperial! You get a sexy uniform and a nice hat! And that's all you need. Well, that and some lower ranking officers and some grunts to boss around, but I digress.
  9. No, cause they're using it in a parodic maner, which is really a gray area in the legal codes of most countries. Besides, I don't think Lego would go after them for that. Disney's might, though.
  10. Me too... That's why I think a Leagues line would be great. Tons of things to build, new building techniques, new peices, etc. Besides, there haven't been real Leagues toys (unless you count the numerous model Nautili (sp.?) avalible for purchase) since the 1950's when Walt started marketing it really vicourously. Besides, look at my sig: that Nautilus is just too kick megablocks not to do a decent Lego model off.
  11. My poor son! Whay did he choose this root? I am sorry Hernan, i thought the upbringing that me and your mother gave you would have let you become a God fearing man of decency. Charles, as to your speech of not trusting the Inquisitor's investigations in the night and his pronouncements at executions, it's quite simple: at the day's executon, Fernando comes under Divine Influence and must, therefore, tell the truth as to the executee's affiliation. Simple as that. The Lord works in mysterious ways, M'lord.
  12. "I forgot to mention earlier that Hernan was indeed in the church. It just so happens that he took off his hat in the church, for obvious reasons. Well, at least I'm pretty sure some guy in the portrait was him. I'm talking about the guy sitting next to Gustavus with the black hair. Sergio also took off his soldier helmet, so that shows that everyone takes off their hats in church. But other than that, I will not protect Hernan from other accusations. I still have my suspicions that he's the one who blocked my investigation on that one night. Also, already stated, he sent me and some other people Potato Messages that tried to lead us to do things and mistrust certain people. So I suppose I will have to Vote: Hernan/stash2sixx. For once I think I'm pretty sure about this suspect." Oh dear, old age seems to be playing tricks on poor old me. Hernan, I apologize for saying that you did not attend the divine service to honor God. However, the Inquisitor makes good points. However, since you've been sending people these confusing and deceitful Potato Messages, as well as holding up investigations, then my desicion stands, son.
  13. While browsing through the lovely Uncyclopeida earlier, I found this and couldn't help getting a print screen of it, as they change what their fair use policy is every so often. Wasn't sure where to put it, so I figured it was best put here.
  14. OMG! This is so large and complex that I find in inconceivable as to how one would build it! How does one build something like that without it fallng apart? What it is supposed to be, exactly? Uh... I think it's gonna make my head a splode.
  15. If I didn't refuse to eat octopus sushi, I'd want this guy's brand! This is great MOC, Nadroj. I ecspecially like the use of rubberbands as seaweed paper. How come there's no sashimi, though?
  16. Hey all! It's been a while since I did any decals (and, my old computer with all of them on it crashed, but since I uploaded them all somewhere it's not a problem) but I think I'm ready to do it again. However, I've since gotten more interested in other clothing periods, so could a Mod/Admin change the title to "Norrington's Fine Minifigure Clothiers" and the description to "Decals from any time period. Requests welcomed"? Thanks. Sorry for the huge bump. I'll get some new ones posted when I have more time.
  17. Mustafa, your points about the stall are good indeed, and make me beleive that you may be a key to our victory over the forces of Satan and his angels. My son, why do you speak so? Father Alexander is one of God's representatives here. You were not at Church today. That is clear to all of us. This pains me greatly, but I must do what God & my conscience tell me, and Vote: Hernan/stash2sixx I am so sorry, my son.
  18. Sorry 'bout that, chappe.
  19. Oh crap, my post before was deleted (or it somehow got posted somewhere else)! Oh well, here's a revised edition: I think now that the regency was one of the best years for clothing. However, I find it hard to pull off, what with the extremely high waist lines (just under the breasts for women!) and the fact that men mainly wore tailcoats (and I find it impossible to draw tailcoats while buttoned closed). Maybe once I have some inspiration, I'll try making decals again! Sorry for the sometimes small pictures, it's hard to find good ones showing how they were worn.
  20. Very good! I think, perhaps, as a qaurtermaster is a naval rank and these are obviously soldiers, the new admiral guy should be in there.
  21. My name is Gustavus, father. As to me expression in the painting, is was merely upset that my son was not in attendance of the divine service. Where is Hernan, by the way?
  22. Yay! Well, I've all ready got requests. I'd like a decal for this uniform: The decals for the new soldiers & officer, the Shako designs as well: As in the past I had some success at a line of Victorian decals, i've never been able to do dresses, so here's a Victorian design I'd like: Also, I've gotten into The Regency, but it's hard to do tail-coats in LEGO, so I'd like some material to work with: I apologize for the deluge all at once, and thanks.
  23. I agree. I've been lobbying for this for some time. I've mentioned it in a ton of threads, and it would be great. At least some sort of steampunk, LEGO! I mean, even actual Victorian machinery would work! Here's a Bessemer Steel Converter: Does that not look like some steampunk walking device? Now is that far off from this (except for the draperies and comfy-looking couches)?: Plus, we could finally get steamships! The U.S.S. Abraham Lincoln: Some Nitrate ship (actually a painting super-imposed over the footage): Here's, of course, Harper Goff's famous rendition of the Nautilus: I wouldn't care if the Nautilus was a three peice hull (bottom hull, top hull, and wheel house so there could be interiors) as long as there was a nautilus! Sorry to get off topic, it's just something that LEGO could make money off of and give a chance for Disney to restore and theatircally re-release a classic. And in closing, here's a picture of the Nautilus' Atomic Counter (the moving thing hits the two ice-cream cone thingys faster as the sub speeds up:)
  24. Great so far, but the pistol in the 2nd to last picture looks like some sort of proctology instrument.
  25. CODE LYOKO? No-one has ever even heard of that two-bit immatation-CG-anime TV show! I love Toy Story! WHen I was a wee kiddie, I apparently watched the original movie all the time! I still have the Sheriff Woody doll I got for a present one year! Disney has a ton of great lisences that would result in (potentially) great sets! Mary Poppins, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, Song of the South (if they'd release the damn thing in America...), and a ton of other things! All the Disney movies have good sets & costumes (at least in the 40s-50s-60s-70s. Not so much anymore, as Disney seems to be making some bad business decisions lately. I'd love to see a Mr. Toad's Wild Ride set!
