Disney Decals to Accompany tin7's Sculpted Heads

Well, we've got Rat & Toad, I'd say we need Ratty! All your decals are amazing, by the way. -
Disney's Mr. J. Thaddeus Toad

Perhaps a small stud could be put on his head and in his hat so it could be removable? -

Sorry Mate, but that's about all I've got. If you can, rent The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad, or look it up on Youtube. He's also in Mickey's Christmas Carol (where the image I posted is from0. Here's a small photo of the Mole animatronic (and Spencer Cook's 3D model) from WDW's Wild Ride: Few more from Carol: Video from which these were pulled (more veiws of mole): http://youtube.com/watch?v=kt6ElctHYKY -

I'll be awaiting them with anticipation. -

I don't know, actually, for all I know it could be tucked into one of the many dark corners of Disneyland's Toad Hall. I found it on a site detailing "Mr. Toad's Enchanted Evening" back in 1999. -

You sir, have skillz. I really think you should do Rat, Mole, and Angus MacBadger, as they surely will be a great as this. Kudos, sir, and you if you ever sell these I will buy one. -

Well, a suggestion- the real Mr. Toad's vest actually didn't have buttons, and his bowtie was more angular, like this: You also have to do Rat, Mole, and Angus MacBadger: -
That looks amazing, considering you don't have many Shakos or torsos with the soldier print. I really like it, especially the great Grenider design.
-
1. A bowler hat 2. A French Shako 3. Regular, Minifig sized, books 4. I'm not sure, but I'd say a Sherlock Holmes hat. ON!
-
WOW, those are looking very good. Soon Tabletown will be able to fight on Land, Sea, and Air. And fight men head to toe. Like G.I. Joe
-
Yeah. Well, It's allmost 2 in the morning and I've been up past 3 everynight this past week or so, so good night.

Yes, DL's is still there... But, I must say, there are plenty of widely distributed models of the Nautilus that are replicas of the Disney version sold by large European firms and Disney has made no action. And I know for a fact they were unliscenced.
-
With some of the characters like Toad and friends, I don't think you need to worry. Disney seems to be intent on us forgetting them alltogether. Note how a flagship Fantasyland ride closed for some cheap little side show that is Pooh.

I remember something on FBTB where they put a clone trooper helmet in a Lego-brick built box, then filled it with white glue to make the mold.
-
Hmm... WOuld iy be possible to make molds of the heads for copies. I would pay for heads of Rat, Mole, Toad, and possilby MacBadger
-
Funny thing is, I've been thinking of doing that (just with the vastly superior WDW version). I was thinking that you should also do Miole and Rat. (From Mickey's Christmas Carol. Toad was in it too, as Fezziwg)
-
Front, you're covered. I have some side veiws I've done, but you're out of luck with back. Maybe I'll whip some up. But tell you what, you should rent the DVD of Ther Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad, and I garuntee you'll have most of what you need. Thid weathervane from DL's Wild Ride shows a fairly good side veiw: Edit: It won't let me post the picture, but here's a link to the site it's on. Some good photos of DL's too: http://davelandweb.com/mrtoad/

Ok. I have a few digital, but I\'ll to find my camera to get pictures of my numerous drawings and 2 paintings of Toady. (I need one of those statues)

Funny running into someone who feels that exact same way. 20k and Toad, last of Fantasyland's best. Snow White and Peter Pan: Meh. They aren't even taken care of that well. It's funny that DL praises it's opening day attractions, keeping them around and giving them gold plauqes, but WDW wither rips them out after 2 years of protesting, or shuts it down unexpectedly, lets it rot for 10 years, and then puts a playground over it.
-
Wow. That was fast. I'm thinking I should do one for Toad, as he is depicted in other outfits (but only in pictures in books and around his house, he's allways wearing the same thing) Here's an illustration I did of Toad's head and shoulders: I'm assuming you guys are Disney fans, in which I assume you are familiar with Mr. Toad's Wild Ride at DL and formerly at WDW?
-
You are great! You should try my favorite animated Disney charcter of all: Mr. J. Thaddeus Toad, Esq. from The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad. I'd love to see that collar in 3D!
-
Minifig scale and set on blue base plates. Thanks to recent sets I have the perfect torso for Prof. Arronax and I have something I think would be good for Nemo.
-
No, I haven't. But it's fun to be back. My posting may still be infrequent. Yes, but only from the waterline up, for right now. The many curves and angles do not really lend themselves to Lego.
-
That is beutiful! All that would ever be needed on that majesty are lattice windows on the stern castle!

Hey gang. I, despite being an ardent fan of Disney and Jules Verne, during my period away from these boards, I found a new interest: 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. Disney released the best movie adaptation ever in 1954, and has had numerous rides based on it. Now, I need some help figuring out how to build a waterline up version of Harper Goff's bad-a$$ Nautilus design. I'm not sure as to how to build a few things: 1. The Wheelhouse (the structure with the "crocodile eyes") 2. The Deck scuppers (the structure on which the wheelhouse sits) 3. The Spikes on the ramming spur Blueprints(sorry they're so big, but any smaller and they are hard to make oute): A few of the many models made of this sub: A movie shot with natives for scale: And from the extinct WDW ride: I love that fog.
