To me, the old sets and the re-issues are both great. They all have there good and bad areas. I personally was very happy with the originals and don't really care for re-releases. I just want to see Lego making more SW models that have not been out yet. The sail barge would be really cool as well as the sand crawler. Princess Amidala's all chrome ship would be sweet. Lego doing re-issues just reminds me of George Lucas and his many alterations of the original films. BTW... Did anyone notice that Vader (dvd version) dies in the emperors room instead of at the base of the ship where Luke drags him to in the original? Just one of the many changes.

The automatic Santa going down the chimeney sounds cool. You could built a rooftop with the sleigh & reindeer with santa & the chiminey. LOL! :D

Same here John. I was in my dark ages until Lego started the Star Wars line. My last set as a kid was the Black Seas Barracuda (6285). Since coming out of my dark ages, I now collect city, train and Star Wars sets. I also buy way too many buckets. I also have the same issue with my Lego hobby, it is costing me a fortune as well.

Yeah, but my checking account contains no more cash :P

I have no idea where Lego is going with Alpha Team. This theme has changed so much, it is almost a new theme. :/
