I agree, but I still liked both. I'm usually do not care for vampire based movies but Blade has not been bad. Let us know if it is any good or if it gets "rent it" status. ;)

I have not had the chance to open one yet but to the best of my knowledge, they are just matchbox like cars with no pull-back engine or shooting mechanism. I will check it out tonight. This page already answered the question, but if you don't mind, I've got another one: (getting tired yet? :D ) The wheels on 8643 and 8644, do they work with the pull-back engines? I don't think so, they don't look like they can.

At this point, I don't think Lego knows what the hell they are doing. Two weeks ago corp. told us that we would not receive the new sets until Jan 8, then last Friday we were told a pallet of new items would arrive on Monday. Then on Monday we were told that the 05 sets were available to Lego owned retail stores for Christmas promo and they were all exclusive to the Lego owned stores until Jan 8 05. And now Toys R. Us has them? Hmmm |-/

I really like the first two and hopefully this one will be just as good. There just has not been that much hype about this movie. It kind of surprised me when I seen the commercial. It just seemed to come from nowhere.

They need to lose the narration in the shorts. I usually love the shorts but Boundin was way to long, boring and not very funny. Am I wrong or does every Pixar film have a short before it? Did Finding Nemo?

Great overview of the SW Lego history. I have to agree with you, 2004 was very bad for the SW line. 2005 should be great for new Ep. 3 sets, however, the classic sets will probably be more redesigned than new. I really want my sail barge and sand crawler. :D ;)

Lego strikes again. Us at Lego retail were told by corp. that all other retailers would only receive new product on Jan. 8th, along with shop at home. They were having us promote the new product to our customers as Lego Store exclusives. I understand that feeling, and it may be for the best. I think I'm going to start a club because some members of my current group GFLUG do not agree with me posting some news & info around the web. Plus, they are based about an hour and a half away from me along with most of the events.

Toys R Us will not have anything new, just the Lego Brand Stores (Lego Stores) Not even Shop At Home will have the products until Jan. 8. Lego owned retail stores are getting the new sets early for Christmas sales.

I have not had the chance to open one yet but to the best of my knowledge, they are just matchbox like cars with no pull-back engine or shooting mechanism. I will check it out tonight.
