From the contest rules:

Your entries must feature the exterior of the home, but you can add an interior if you want. Full buildings or cutaways are accepted.

Your entry is a nice classic space base interior, but it doesn't respect the contest rules.

You still have 12 days to change/update it

But that's what the outside,it's an open base for landing the spaceships,otherwise I would have made closed, "Full buildings or cutaways are accepted." i have construct a part exterior of the base

I think what Devid is saying is that his MOC is showing the outside wall of a base. We're seeing the landing area outside of the base along with the outer wall.
