Planet: Quantus III (H07) Tags: Octan, H07, Exploration, Space Vehicle ---------- Start Log ---------- Two weeks searching the entire planet for Awesomnium with no results, a broken landspeeder, case of Quantus Bird Flu, and just before I decide to leave this miserable place, I decide to take the new Deep Sea Exploration Sub out for a joy ride. I found a wonderful reef full of life and interesting sights, and just as I started to capture a few samples for the eggheads back on the Axle to examine, I come across it! The awesomnium is located in massive fissures in the sea floor. It may not be the easiest to extract, but the amounts here will make it worth the effort. I am taking video, collecting samples, will have a little lunch, then I am out of here! ---------- End Log ---------- Another adventure for Jacques LaRose as he explores the universe of Andromeda's Gates! More, larger photos here: https://www.flickr.c...157655629618938 Originally this was going to be a much larger scene with an observatory and much more going on, but I was sick most of the week and did not have much energy. I hope you guys like what I came up with. Enjoy!

Location: Ertauq (E03) Tags: Octan, E03, Exploration, Land Vehicle ---------- Start Log ---------- Dr. Long and the scientists are going to love all the biomass samples I have collected on this planet. It is teeming with life, although I am not sure how. The cracks in the ground are huge, and the gas that is billowing out smells like the Axle locker room! My saving grace is the Land Speeder is was issued for this mission. It allows me to cruise over the terrain quickly and avoid the large gas pockets I have seen in the distance. I am almost finished here, i will report again soon. ----------- End Log ---------- Another planet explored for Jacques LaRose, intrepid explorer for the Octan Corp. Inspirational credit for the engine con trail to Paddy Bricksplitter. More, larger photos here: https://www.flickr.c...157655262483318 Enjoy!
