  1. Hello Everyone, It has been long time since I built and posted my last MOC here, and now it is time to introduce the Porsche rally car (1:8) as my entry for the Lego Porsche contest. Main features of the MOC include: PF (one buggy motor) powered pneumatic ride-height-adjustment system; 4WD Chassis; Independent suspension; Functional steering wheel; Fake flat six engine; All doors and hood can be opened and doors can be locked as they are closed; Easy maintainance to change battery; Size: length 53.5cm, width 20.5cm, height 19.5cm (at lowest ride height). 2. Hello everyone, Here is my latest MOC, a wheeled exvacator with PF and pneumatic. Compared with the technic wheeled exvacator MOCs I have seen by now, the TEREX TW110 has no seperate PF component on chassis and all PF components are implemented in superstructure. The driving propulsion and steering torque are transfered from superstructure to chassis like the exvacator in real life (same principle as what appears in 8043). In this MOC, the main features of a compact wheeled exvacator (TEREX TW110) are realized. The exvacator has four RC channels (two IRs) and two gear boxes: Channel 1, driving propulsion (AWD) or pneumatic propulsion switched by No.1 gear box (manual), powered by a 5292 9V motor; Channel 2, upper structure rotation or boom lateral adjustment (Knickmatik) switched by No.2 gear box (manual), powered by a PF M motor; Channel 3, steering (AWS) with functional steering wheel, powered by a PF M motor; Channel 4, LED head lights. Other features includes: Central differential in chassis; Pendular suspension; Pneumatic dozer blade (manual); Three air valves in cab, controlling three boom cylinders (manual); Openable cab door; Easy maintanance (eg. battery replacement). Photos: Chassis: Cab: Engine cab: Pendular suspension: Knickmatik: Video: if the youtube video can't be displayed in your country, please refer to this link.
  3. Hello everyone, Here is my TC5 contest entry based on parts from set 9392 and set 42001: Release Ver. 3.0: Sidecar motorcycle 亞也虎 (9392 + 42001) Features: Functioning fake engine, Functioning steering, Rear Axle suspension, Turnable hood of sidecar. Pictures: Leftover of 9392 and 42001: Release Ver. 2.0: (9392 only) motorcycle chain is added, and fake engine is functioning, enhanced structure. Release Ver. 1.0: (9392 only)
  4. Hello Everyone, Here is my entry for the very interesting mini build contest: a pneumatic wheel log grab excavator. It is the first time that I have chance enjoying the building of mini MOC instead of all PF/RC MOCs with 94.8 x 44 R tyres. By estimation the number of parts in the MOC shouldn't have exceeded 200, but I will take it apart later on for sure to get precise data, and see whether I still have room for some decoration or must cut something off. Function for this mini MOC is quite reliable: All wheel steering in the chassis, and steering is done in a HoG way, just like any technic official set; Pneumatic controlled lift arms, air valve is put in the driving carbin to make it look more realistic; Wood grab (if it is also one function). Release Ver. 1.0 Release Ver. 2.0 Modifications: Chassis totally re-designed; Lift arm modified; Seat colour changed. Release Ver. 2.2 Modifications: further efforts on parts and size reduction in engine bay. The number of parts should be under 200 now.
  5. Hello everyone, After a long silent time I would like to present my latest MOC: a 6X6 soviet union millitary truck KrAZ-255. As the 6x6 truck is already a pretty old topic, I am trying to add some innovations in this MOC: Asymmetric axle layout like the real thing, Linear actuator driven steering, Steering link parts are used to implement drive shaft. The linear actuator driven steering is quite successful and it proves to be more reliable than gear rack driven steering. The other conventional features include: Two-speed manual gear box, Pendular suspension for each axle, V4 fake engine, Functioning steering wheel, LED head and tail lights, Hood, doors can be opened. The driving power is provided by two XL motor and steering power is provided by one M motor, one IR receiver is applied. Size of the MOC is 52(L) X 24(W) X 26(H) and weight is around 2200g. In low gear ratio mode it can climb up the slope of around 20 degree, which you will see in the video. Layout of real KrAZ-255 drive shaft: Here come the photos of the MOC itself: Video link: Lego cuusoo link
  6. Here is the second transforming bionicle figure and it is not inspired by existing transformer. Like the previous MOC, the mecha is made of bionicle parts as well as technic parts. And the transformation between quadbike and robot requires neither removal nor addition of part.
  7. This MOC is mostly inspired by transformer scrapper: The mecha is made of bionicle parts as well as technic parts. And the transformation between front loader and mecha requires neither removal nor addition of part. BTW, all wheels can rotate and rear wheels have also steering function. This MOC is submitted on Lego Cuusoo, please just free to vote for it.
  8. The MOC has realized all steer modes of Jeep Hurricane: conventional AWS steer, crab steer and skid steer. Front and rear axle steer are independent and powered by two M motors. Differential is applied to balance left/right wheels rotation in case of conventional steer. Switch to skid steer mode is done by pneumatics mechanism, which is also powered by one M motor. Chassis with pendular suspension and two XL motors for propulsion. LED head and tail lights which are connected to propulsion system and pneumatics respectively. Two RC receivers and two LED sets are used. Video is available on Youtube via the link: Skid Steer Mode. Conventional AWS Mode. Pendular Suspension. Top View. Chassis Layout. Core of Powertrain. Steer Mechanism. PS: I notice some comments on Youtube and want to give a short reply. Please note that the layout of chassis includes powertrain and steer mechanism are ALL Original and NOT ANY kind of Simplified version of other MOCs. Please feel free to support this MOC on Lego Cuusoo: LINK
