Avalonian Watchtower for the West Region
Rogue Angel replied to maydayartist's topic in Guilds of Historica
I Love this tree. The staircase around the tree is great, as is the rock base. This tower stands apart! This was one of the only towers I saw before I finished mine, and it really raised the bar for what I was planning for mine. Great MOC! -
This fortress should serve the Benoic region well. It looks like it could withstand a lengthy siege, if need be. I really like the crenelations, and the tower is very reminiscent of the classic castle line. Very nice!

I really like this build. The landscaping around the tower is beautiful, the railings leading up to the entrance are great too. I also like the windows on the tower, and the prongs on the top. Very nice contribution to Avalonia.

AWESOME!!!!!! There goes my budget for Lego this year.
-
Nice Farm! I really like the floor and outer walls of the building. I also like the stone wall, and all the clutter outside the building. And of course, the cheese.
-
This is a great idea. I really like the circular barrel, and the spiked pendulum at the bottom. Great concept though, way to think outside the bridge!
-
Gotta love the cheese slopes! I also really like the door and framework. Very nice.

This MOC is GORGEOUS! I love FFTactics, and this looks like it came right from the game. I love the hall with the windows and the writing desk in particular. I love the quill for the desk too. Beautiful!

I like the chained skellies on the walls, and the shields/doors. You did a lot with just a few pieces - Nice.
-
Another Drow blemish on the Underworld. It may be a magnificent abomination, but not even your chained beholder will help you when the Elves wipe you and your spawn from existence. Go ahead - challenge and posture behind your walls. Your time will come, Drow.

Nocturnus Guild Rakath Mountains Watchtower

Very nice! I love the contrast between the red and the gray, and the three-dimensionality of the whole thing. I too like the way the grey and bley work together. -

I love this farm! I like the fruit trees, and the corn. The rows of carrots are pretty sweet too. I also like the arch over the front door. Very nice MOC! -
A tower of the Great Elk Clan in the Northern Mitgardia
Rogue Angel replied to Haltiamieli's topic in Guilds of Historica
Nice tower. I love the story, it's excellent. It definitely adds character to the tower. I can totally see this on the Northern borders of Mitgardia. -
Very nice MOC. I really like the windows, and the very desert/Egyptian feel to it. Very symmetric.

The Legend of the Nocturnus Werewolves

Nice MOC! I like the variety of buildings/outcroppings and the shoreline incorporated together. I like the keep and the skeleton the most. -
Very nice houses. I LOVE the barrels, makes me wish I'd thought of that. Very nice panelling and detailing on the buildings.

Thanks for all the comments! The mosaic in the floor is a deer, as my character Varis, is the servant of the White Hart(or deer, if you will). I wanted to add a lower floor at the bottom, but I didn't start the stronghold until last week, and I wasn't sure if I would complete it in time, or have enough white tiles. I'm excited to look at all the other entries for strongholds now. (I try to avoid looking at any other entries before I finish my own, otherwise I'm afraid I would start borrowing ideas.) Long Live Avalonia!

I had considering claiming part of that island, thinking that it would be the perfect place for a hidden tribe or race. I suggest that we leave the island open for now. It would be the perfect place for some sort of contest at a later date, the emergence of some new race that lego puts out (like minotaurs, but I'd rather some other race myself), or it could work as a contested area to fight with other guilds over at a later date. -

For two years, I have watched the rise of Avalonia's new inhabitants. There have been many who have crossed through this realm, as a squirrel would flit through a tree, but this guild appears to be more permanent with eyes to the future, and roots in the ways of honor, bravery and peace. For this reason,I have chosen to reveal my clan. I am Varis of the Line of Dellaenus, Servant of the White Hart, Protector of the Sacred Grove, Lord of the Rustling Leaves Clan. My clan resides deep in the center of the Enchanted Forest. Long have we expected humans to extend their branches deeper into Avalonia. We are willing to trade crafts and weapons of our clan, offer counsel if required, and provide elven archers and rangers if the cause is just. (I am very excited about this guild. I love some of the creations, and I hope to have a stronghold completed by the 15th. The Rustling Leaves Clan resides just below the word Forest where the river meets the coast, if this is still available) -
LEGO Star Wars 2012 Pictures and Rumors
Rogue Angel replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I LOVE the new detailed figs (Ewoks, Watto, Sebulba.) I know that they are getting less lego-fied, but if I had to choose between uni-color single piece Sebulba, and ultra-detailed Sebulab, I'll take ultra detail any day. I think we will see a detailed Jabba, which will be great. With the Tauntauns, the Wampa and the Dino-sets - I have no doubt we'll see a rancor (PLEEEEASE!!!.) It will be beautiful. I think the definites are Jabba, Luke, Slave Leia, New Bib and Gammoreans. I think the likely figs will be C3PO, R2 Tamtel, and Oola. I would love to see a Klatoonian, Weequay, Jabba's Band, Ephont Mon.... So many possibilities. Next year - $50 - 100 Mos Eisley Cantina? Personally, I don't see the need to revert to core piece sets. Most collectors have a good base of core pieces, New collector's would rather have figures over pieces (the main characters at least) and for die-hard AFOLs, new aliens and characters are what I hope for with every set. My thoughts. -
Jabba Claus!!!
