    For those in Sydney, Chatswood Target have the new Batman sets in stock, in case anyone wants them on the last day of the B2G1 sale. Just saw Warringah Mall Target has lots of stock too.

    Hi Whitefang, thanks for all the answers to the questions. I wasn't quite sure with your answer above. Can I just confirm that you are allowed to link to an outside gallery with pics of the vignette with the intended minifig in it? I'm also not sure what you mean by "deeplinks within the entries thread". What are deeplinks?

    Here is my entry for Series 8, "Ski Shop". Minifig: Downhill Skier Theme: City After a day out on the slopes, Alicia decides to pay a visit to the ski shop. The shiny new ski equipment and trendy accessories beckon. New ski helmet? New ski poles? That new ski outfit looks good...     My vignette is called "Caesar's Day Out". Minifig: Roman Emperor Theme: Historical I had great fun building my first MOC. Great seeing all the fantastic creations from previous contests. I suspect Roman emperors didn't keep pet owls, but thought it looked kinda cool perched on his throne.     I think I am getting a little confused because even though the rules said "Build an 8x8 vignette from any theme", some of the entries that have been submitted have named the theme of the vignette. So when the rules state "It can be Town, Medieval, Wild West, Fantasy or even Space", I wasn't sure if themes are restricted to these specific themes only?

    Hi all, I'm keen to try building my first vignette. I was wondering for the theme, does Town include historical settings or just modern settings? I wanted to try building a historical scene for the Roman emperor but not sure if it fits in the Town category.

    Chatswood Target told me they had 35 sets of R2D2 last night. I went there but they put a security device with wires over all their R2 sets so all the boxes were slightly damaged. For those who are fussy about the condition of the box I wouldn't get them there. Went to Hornsby Target this morning and they had about 10 sets at the front of the store, all in pristine condition, so I picked up one there.

    Chatswood TRU has Gandalf Arrives in case anyone is looking for it. Picked up one today with 25% off discount, $17.25. Also got Dynamic Duo Funhouse Escape, so got the free baseplate with it.
