  1. Ok; understandable. I do question why you were so quick to judge me. And it is a concerning point. I am not. The only way to know I am 100% town is for the investigator to clear me. I did add in that Rider Raider came in on the seventh vote; did you not take time to read my entire post? See below. I already stated I do believe that there is at least one scum on that bandwagon; again in my past experience this late in days in the game, scum have tried to appear more townie by not joining a bandwagon and then the next day claim 'hey I didn't vote for the townie, I voted someone else'. I was merely questioning the why of both you and the miller. For my take on the voting patterns: I do agree it looks really disturbing that everyone with the exception of Chell, who voted for Ellie on Day 1 have been killed and revealed as townie. While it is just day 1, and of those who voted, two were killed last night. One was scum and the other was either the vig or third-party. It could be then viewed as a set up for today to make Ellie look like scum, or Ellie could scum. But it seems too obvious, since it was on Day 1 when every thing is just a guess. The only one still alive is Chell, who voted for Doc Brown the day before Doc Brown is killed. This also could be viewed both ways, worth noting. What is standing out to me is that Barbossa voted for Batgirl day 1 (who ended up dead last night), was third vote (nice hiding place) for day 2 and day 3 and then was first on the lynch for Oroku. When looking at Day 2 he was back to back votes with Mad-eye Moody and then on day 3 voted again 3rd but for Mad-eye. With an investigative result against Moody, he would have to vote out a team mate to appear townie. Moody voted for Oroku then Barbossa set up the lynch and pushed for it on Day Four. This appears like team work to me; could I be wrong, of course. It is, however, concerning. So I will vote: Hector Barbossa (Khscarymovie4)
  2. How am I trying to avoid having others look at the bandwagon on Oroku when I posted this below and posted all the voting patterns so far with scum in red and loyal town in green? Anyone can see who voted for whom and the bandwagons that followed. Yes, I wanted to know why you left your vote; and no I would not have called you out for bandwagon since it was the town's preferred choice this late in our game. I have seen many times in the past the scum pull this exact same move to appear more townie. I clearly state here that there is at least one scum on the Oroku bandwagon; how is this avoiding having anyone notice the bandwagon votes? Correct, as I stated earlier my time travels/party going cosplaying (RL) took over. For the recored, I have been playing like this for the last few games. To me its more fun to try and stay in character with the game and to say 'loyal cosplayer' vs town or townie. After all we are supposed to be locked in a crazy hotel with cold pizza, warm sodas, and a murderer running around the halls at night. Have fun with it. As to who to vote for; I am still looking at past voting and the exchanges of conversation going on today; it is really feeling like the scum are successfully dividing us.
  3. Who voted for me? What a weird thing to say, care to explain? The ACTUAL Final Vote Count for Day One: Hera Syndulla (Stickfig): 3 Votes (Foreman, LegoMonorailFan, mostlytechnic) Wonder Woman (Forresto): 1 Vote (KotZ) Superman (Bob): 1 Vote (Asphalt) Batgirl (Tariq j): 1 Vote (Khscarymovie4) Ellie Sattler (LegoMonorailFan): 5 Votes (Rider Raider, jluck, fhomess, Tariq j, Forresto) Legolas Twinleaf (jluck): 2 Votes (Stickfig, Bob) Mad-Eye Moody (mostlytechnic): 1 Vote (Lady K) Day 2: Current Vote Count: Wonder Woman (Forresto), 1 Votes (Foreman) Mad-Eye Moody (Mostly-Technic), 1 Vote (Asphalt) Finn (Foreman), 11 Votes (Forresto, KotZ, Khscarymovie4, mostly-technic, fhomess, Tariq j, Rider Raider, Stickfig, Bob, LegoMonorailFan, Lady K) Day 3; Final Vote Count for Day Three: Mad-Eye Moody (MostlyTechnic) 11 Votes- (Forresto, KotZ, fhomess, Khscarymovie4, Stickfig, LegoMonorailfan, Rider Raider, Tariq j, Asphalt, Bob, Lady K) Oruku Kiray (KotZ) 1 Vote- (MostlyTechnic) Day 4: Current Vote Count: Oroku Kirai (KotZ) 6 Votes (Khscarymovie4, Bob, Legomonorailfan, Tariq j, Lady K, Asphalt) Doc Brown (Rider Raider) 1 Vote (fhomess) Superman (Bob) 1 Vote (Stickfig) Hector Barbossa (Khscarymovie4) 1 Vote (KotZ) Then Rider Raider rolls in with just a few minutes left to add his vote to Oroku; making the total to seven. I have tried to show who we know is town and scum.
  4. Ok. However, in my past time travel experiences it boils down to who supports the towns choice of a lynch and who doesn't. If you had switched and given a reason then no, we would not be asking why you joined the bandwagon as it is quite common on later days. Interesting. A scum would use the 'you voted for townie and I didn't' to try to look good to the town. Makes me wonder if you knew that Oroku was going to flip town. It is called keeping in my character. We are at a cosplay convention in a hotel... that is probably in a town. Why is it bothering you?
  5. We have seven of us left; with two or three scum, that leaves only four to five of us as loyal cosplayers. We really need to be very careful today. I would like to hear why Chell and Hera left their votes individually on different lynches choices vs what the town had decided on. One thought is that one of them knew that Oroku would be revealed as loyal cosplayer and then try to claim innocence due to not suspecting her. That would mean at least on scum on the bandwagon for Oroku.
  6. Here are the final votes from yesterday. Current Vote Count: Oroku Kirai (KotZ) 6 Votes (Khscarymovie4, Bob, Legomonorailfan, Tariq j, Lady K, Asphalt) Doc Brown (Rider Raider) 1 Vote (fhomess) Superman (Bob) 1 Vote (Stickfig) Hector Barbossa (Khscarymovie4) 1 Vote (KotZ) With ten players remaining it takes a majority of 6 to lynch. 2 hours remain. A reminder that not voting will result in a vote-penalty. After this the only vote to come in was Doc Brown to vote for Oroku. I would say that in my time travels from previous cosplay parties and other get togethers, usually there are very few (if any) single votes out side of the days lynch choice; with the exception of the accused voting. Here we have two: Chell who voted for Doc Brown who ended up dead and was revealed to be loyal cosplayer and Hera who voted for Superman. I find these two high on the list of today's suspects.
  7. What the heck? Two night kills this late in our party? I agree about poor decision making on many of our parts; played well for those against us. With Oroku I really suspected her by her poor defense and what seemed as insistence that we just believe she was town; turns out we should have. Two or three scum left is a very unsettling thought.
  8. So clearly we can not trust the cup in front of you....
  9. One more vote is all we need to secure a lynch for today. This late in our cosplay, a no lynch will really hurt town tomorrow. I do find those with still voting single suspicious and will look at them a little more closely tomorrow. If there is a good reason we should not lynch Oroku then it should have been brought up earlier otherwise these single votes are a waste and ultimately hurt town.
  10. If my calculations are correct then we are still missing two votes and we are one vote short of today's lynch. This is what the scum want; to divide us. Where are the Clown and Doc Brown?
  11. This really bothers me. While I agree on the three or four scum with fourteen loyal cosplayers (baring any neutral), this information is usually discussed earlier during our parties. With only one scum found that could mean three left; I don't like that possibility. This continues to bother me on both the why WW would contact you with vital information such as information from our investigator and the fact that she used the term neutral and then turns up town. I am beginning to wonder now at your miller claim; although it makes sense that as loyal cosplayer you would give us this info day 1; it does not make sense that someone speaking for the investigator would trust you enough to contact you and give vital info. I am now willing to believe you could in fact be scum and took the risk to claim miller and now your sitting back and watching it pay off. You then would have to lynch Moody in order to continue to hide. No. Day 1 votes are always random. He is an experienced cosplayer so a vote on Day 1 against him made sense. And here we have again a very questionable PM contact; none of your examples make sense from the point of someone telling you that Chell is the scum killer. This also doesn't it well with me. Ok so you clarify that you were told Chell was blocked on night 2 so since no kills means Chell is the scum killer. No it doesn't. But why would someone contact you with this information? Legolas was sadly killed on night 1; his vote would have been random like everyone else did. If Chell has been investigated and cleared, then only Chell and the investigator need to know this. If the real town block (sounds like we still have two different ones) feels we need to know something, then they will tell us. Asking equals fishing for info and looks scummy. Strange way to put this; if you are really town then that alone would concern the scum as those without PR still have the power of voting. And you know this. Sorry for the delay; long day(s) time traveling. This sounds like something the scum would say to get out of being lynched. Reasons of your own for Barbossa to be scum? Just long days in the space/time continuum. Care to give a little more reason to your thoughts on who you think is suspicious? Also no one is innocent until cleared by the investigator; and I disagree, I don't think that Doc Brown has explained himself well at all; except with regards to time travel in which he is quite knowledgeable. Ok. So I am getting a very scummy vibe from this. In essence you are saying you are town and Barbossa is scum and we should just believe it? Mine is not fluff (keeping in character for our cosplay); read RL answer to Chell's questioning of my absence, This is how scum win by dividing our votes for a no lynch. Not good fellow cosplayers; we need to unite on a vote. And again you state your town and expect us to believe it. This seals it for my vote. I have seen this tactic at other parties before. Yes this could happen also; I have seen it during my time travels. So which is it? Oroku innocent or guilty scum. I am choosing scum due to the postings of continuing to declare loyal cosplayer and just expecting us to take her word for it. Seems similar to what Mad-Eye did in the end. So I will vote: Vote: Oroku Kirai (KotZ) Sorry for my absence; I hope tomorrow will be better for me with less time spent traveling the depths of space/time.
  12. You are correct in that I have been more absent than present; unforeseen things arising from traveling time and space. I will be able to analyze the data and give my thoughts and vote in a few hours.
  13. This still doesn't really clarify anything; it actually raises more questions. For instance, this thread isn't really transparency since PM can still go on behind closed hotel room doors. And someone with your past party experience should know the difference between a neutral and loyal town cosplayer. I still feel it was a slip of the tongue; worth watching for the future. I never asked who you were in PM with; so why bring it up. Why? If you aren't working together then there is no reason to bring it to her attention. Again I never asked about her private conversations; bringing it up makes you look more and more like you are working with her. Never asked; why mention it. While I appreciate the responses; it brings up more questions and does little to clarify any of my concerns.
  14. This seems to me, from my past experiences in space/time travel, to be hinting to a buddy that they need to restate things to seem less scummy. Why the suggestion for WW? Can't she address this herself with out the power of suggestion? The response is as expected based on the Jokers above suggestion; this comes across as very suspicious, like a pair working together. Which is my concern as well. In a past time and place there were actually two separate scum teams who didn't know of each others existence; so I am very concerned we may be seeing some hint of this.
  15. Yes due to the extensive time involved in space/time travel I have been less active than normal. Here are my thoughts so far. Ok, so you are claiming to be neutral town member? This usually would me that you are a neutral and can win with the town......but it doesn't make you loyal cosplayer. Now add the fact that you claim the investigative result has been revealed to you as anti-town (and not scum?) really seems off to me. Why would someone contact you if you are a neutral? And then trust you with sensitive information when some neutrals can win with either side? I don't. Not after she has claimed to be a neutral; this could go either way and in the end be very bad for loyal town cosplayers. And now to add to the the weirdness we are having in this get together party, we have another town block claim... And this coming from the miller claim. Two blocker claims with two different results could indicate that someone is trying to infiltrate the real town block and may have already done so. This bothers me as it means that what is going on in the quiet hotel rooms may not be in the best interest of loyal town cosplayers. You say 'she' but Mad-Eye is a 'he'; and again to tell you what the blocker result is vs telling the trusted? town block seems very very off. My main concerns here are that we have conflicting town blocks with conflicting blocker info; so is Moody telling the truth? Or not? If he turns up loyal town cosplayer tomorrow then we need to think about who is saying what from what source. I will, however, give benefit of doubt to the investigative results. Vote: Mad-Eye Moody (mostlytechnic)
  16. I agree; totally confused. I have never encountered a play like this in any of my time travels. So he turns up town and not neutral therefore he was playing at....... I will analyze the data we have from the past two days of votes and then given my thoughts. While a quiet night is a relief for no loss of innocent cosplayer lives it is very curious.
  17. No worries. Take the time you need; this is a great game already and it is only Day 3.
  18. Really ??? Then what are you??? Because you are acting like a scum about to take a walk down a dark hallway....
  19. I have seen it go both ways in the past. As I said, it is way too early for any of this information being even hinted at. Typically this stuff stays hidden behind closed hotel doors; vanilla townies have no need of this kind of info. Which is another reason that Finn's inquire into what role and then claiming to be vanilla town just rubs me the wrong way.
  20. Sorry for my absence; I have been ill from too much cold pizza, warm soda, and the bright lights of this room (RL migraine). Ok so here are my thoughts while trying to catch up. These two post together are very concerning. From my various time traveling experiences, when someone hints that voting them out is going to hurt town this isn't always an indication of a PR of some sort. Vanilla townies hold power by their vote. Exposing a role is only done if lynch is inevitable and there is time to turn it around. Therefore for a response of asking what a role directly is very scummy due the fact that the scum know who is town and who is not. Thus, fishing for info on what role is about to be taken out. If you are indeed part of the town block and have a PR, you just exposed that info to the scum. Yes Finn asking is more than concerning; it is indicative of a newer scum and his buddies are probably going nuts trying to salvage this situation. ???? Really??? Agree with the exception that exposing the town block this early does hurt more than help. Ok......why??? That is what they all say before going down the long dark hallway to the end. Agree completely with this. ???? So now your admitting that your scum as well as who they will target tonight. Again you buddies must be going nuts. So I will vote: Vote: Finn (Foreman)
  21. Thank you Mad-Eye for your response. This is the common dilemma everyone faces on Day 1 of these little get-togethers we have. My experience in my time travels has led to the same conclusion each time; you must do what you think is best, provide a reason, and answer any questions others may have as to your decision. I find him a little less concerning than previously, however I do not agree with either bandwagon choices; and prefer to not risk losing a townie to a lynch today so I will leave my vote where it is.
  22. So what I see here is two main choices appearing for Day 1. Hera: In my past attendance at gatherings like we are here together today, I have had the experience of never seeing a scummy person pull off a Day 1 Miller Claim with great success to survive to the end of our parties. I am therefore inclined to go with experience that this will be the case yet again; however since I am truly mortal just pretending to be able to reincarnate, I could be wrong and this could be a first time. Ellie: From my analysis of this lynch choice, I will note two important points. 1. This is a quick forming bandwagon; with four votes (decent reasoning given), just the timing of the second and third votes coming in so quickly, could be an overlap of space/time or a scummy cosplayer trying to hide with a townie cosplayer. This is yet to be determined, but worth noting. 2. The choice of Ellie seems too convenient for Day 1; yes she did come in second on the miller claim and has shown some contradictions, however, would a real scum stand out like this on Day 1? Maybe yes, maybe no. So for now I will put her in the same category as Legolas and Chell; as yet to be determined, worth noting. Good point, but would this really happen on Day 1? Maybe yes, Maybe no. As to the lynch/no-lynch discussion; I have spent too many gatherings discussing this issue both for and against on Day 1. I would rather gather more information and generating more conversation (and voting is required) so I will vote: Vote: Mad-Eye Moody (mostlytechnic) He usually has good insight and hasn't given his thoughts recently. I am curious to hear what he has to say on today's thoughts.
  23. Ok, so I got lost, bad navigation system in the Tardis: I was trying to look to the future for answers as to who is who in this room we are trapped in with cold pizza and warm sodas, no luck. Glad I brought my own beverage; Andromeda Galaxy Fizzy with extra lava heath boost.
  24. Eleventh Doctor Who here and ready to go!
