<"Dragon? He looks more like a worm with wings..."> Arx couldn't help but remark, knowing he would likely be overheard, but hoping he wouldn't. Thormanil shoots him an acknowledging, yet stern, glance, and then addresses Immortalis, "With no offense, this looks like an absolute wasteland."
-
Sorry, something came up and I'll be mostly unavailable until tomorrow evening. Please don't let me hold it up.
-
Arx squeals and recoils at the hit, never having been struck so hard before. "Arx!" Thormanil cries out, a mix of concern and banality shock at seeing his companion brought so close to the edge, "Sit back, buddy, we'll handle this!" Arx does nothing. Thormanil attacks Sam, front row. FWIW, Arx is still only Ice elemental until I equip the Bejeweled Collar.
-
Thormanil and Arx repeat.
-
Thormanil and Arx both attack Gerald from the front row.
-
"Please don't mind Lind, he's not nearly as scary as he comes off. We've got a long trip ahead of us, I'm sure the rest of us would rather not clash with you," he says, diplomatically.
-
Whoops, sorry. As a general rule, I'll always be ready to move forward, unless I say/indicate otherwise Arx and Thormanil turn and greet the Dragonlord, finally. "Sir, it's been a while. We're all ready to take off." Arx nods enthusiastically in agreement.
-
Thormanil arrives late, but quickly decides he likes this elf and her confidence. "Dragons come in many flavors. The ones who think themselves beyond defeat make for nice trophies. Others, you can't help but respect. Arx, well, hopefully he 'n I will end up like our Dragonlord and Smaragdea one day. I'm lookin' forward to meeting the goon who nearly calls himself immortal, though." Eyeing the rest of the party, he stifles a groan as he notices Lind. "I'm Thormanil, by the way, and yeah, this here's Arx. Nice t'meet y'all."
-
Thormanil and Arx make another pre-adventure run through the Marketplace. Already well stocked from their excursion to pursue Baba cut short, they only make one stop. At Fabian's: Imbue Amethyst, Emerald into Bejewelled Collar (2099 - 2*50 = 1999)
-
With a gruff tone, Thormanil acknowledges Pretzel: "That witch is to blame, not you. One day, I'll finally have my chance to right what she's done."
-
Thormanil signs up for Quest #147, chuckling to himself about the prospect of some "Father of all Dragons". Maybe this one would actually pose a threat.

How? You lose all rep with the associated houses when you leave their faction.
-
When you join a house-aligned faction, you lose all rep with the opposing faction's houses. If you leave one of the house-aligned factions, you lose all rep with that faction's houses. Joining Wolfgang doesn't affect your rep with the houses. So you could go Wolfgang -> Crescent/Sungold, but it's very unlikely that you could go Crescent <-> Sungold, as you would have next to no rep remaining. Similarly, you couldn't go Crescent/Sungold -> Wolfgang -> Crescent/Sungold, as, again, no rep left.

I think we're starting to take this whole election thing far too seriously.
-
There's still time to re-cast your vote in such a way as to break that tie.
-
Bantering in the Hall prompted Thormanil to see what all the fuss was about. Politics was never his game, but this rift in the houses was causing quite a stir. With little interest in getting too involved, he scrawled his name on the roster for the Crescent Union, and offered his support for Umbra Shadeaux (4).

Eh, thread said "up until", which, in my interpretation, means 11:59:59 PM the night prior. I'll certainly try to compile a better list by to(morrow)night and sneak it in as an edit, if I'm allowed

I feel bad for letting the Grogmas deadline slip by. I've been sitting on a list of characters Thormy's quested with, but only had a few in mind for particular gifts... Wish I'd gotten back to this in time to pass along more greetings, but you all know how travel goes.

For Lind: Trickster's Mask of the Orc (Changes user's appearance into an Orc, Accessory.) For Guts: Jeweled Crown (When worn, may be mistaken for royalty. QM discretion. High sell value. Headwear.) For Docken: The Primest-of-Ribs (Consume to gain +5 HP) For Arthur and Miirym: Amplifying Bridle (Elemental effectiveness multiplier increased from to triple damage, Accessory, suitable for Dragons.) As opposed to 2x. Alternately, "Collar". Fire breath vs beast = 3x. Fire breath vs plant-beast = 6x For Hoke and Torc: Focusing Bridle (Multi-target attacks by wearer are instead focused onto the original target, at half of the total damage.) Alternately, "Collar". A 20 damage AoE across 3 enemies would instead deal 30 damage to the original target. 10 damage across 10 enemies would deal 50 to one target, etc. And finally, for Monk Pretzel: Tin Helmet (Immunity to confused- and hexed- effects, headwear), to keep the your mind clearer in the future. By my time, I've got a whole 5 minutes til the deadline, so hopefully this sneaks through.

It's kinda my thing, y'know?
-
Father of All Dragons? Sounds like he needs a slayin'. Guess I've got some reading to do!
-
Might have to sign up for that. Can't let you quit QM'ing without ever having been on one of yours. You seem to have developed quite a cult following, after all. Haha It's still early in the Grogmas event, but it clearly highlights the benefits of developing relationships between the other characters in the game beyond "Oh hey, I quested with you once." Am I allowed to wish for a soul for Pretzel, since he clearly sold his first one?

What's the projected duration of stay? I've got some fairly stress free weeks coming up, I can volunteer to run at least a round a day for at least the next 2-3 weeks.
-
/shrug, I'd settle for another power-group to tear through the Fields.
