    [MOC] Old-style 4-wide cars

I was bored and decided to make some cars like I found in some old Lego catalogs - basic, bricky and 4-wide. In "real" life these could be the 80's european cars. There is a basic sedan, combi, taxi, police and sports version.
  2. Hello, I present my latest model, still in progress - let's say it is a beta version. It is a Martian fighting machine, a scout one - smaller and lighter, than models I'm going to make (hope so) in the future. It is completely made up, I was not copying any particular design. The model is about 35 cms tall and stands quite well, althought is a bit fragile, there is definitely a room for improvements. Like the proper Martian tripod, it has a beam emitter, black smoke discharger (the weapon on the flexible arm from the side) and cage for humans. Unfortunately I ran out of necessary parts, like hoses for tentecles etc, so it is still work in progress. Photos are bit rubbish, but I hope you like the model.

    [MOC] Martian Scout Tripod WIP

Thank you all. Yes, it is inspired by the War of the Worlds. I wanted the tripod to look more "industrial", but also to incorporate "classic" Martian characteristics, like tentacles etc. Also trying to incorporate some biological elements. On this tripod it is done by the trans-neon green pieces, which is too little in my opinion...
  4. Hello, I'd like to show you my last creation, small flatbed carriage. It is loosely based on old Ptdo class carriage from the late 60's. My aim was to build it real 6 wide with small height and compact. Do not have all the proper parts, so the real model isn't same as the studio one. btw: in studio I cannot attach tile to the two modified plates with clips, to make a stair (or stand, don't know the proper word). Anyone knows how to?

    [MOC] Small flatbed carriage

After a long time (I have been busy in work and in home, not much time left for lego) the instructions are done. It's my first work with studio instruction maker, so keep that in mind, please. Instructions are available for free at rebrickable: https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-47818/jirin/small-flatbed-carriage/?inventory=1#comments

Thank you very much. I altered color on tiles to look more weathered and on other parts. I like this version more, what do you think? Now I'm working on instructions

    [MOC] ČD 242 class WIP

Hello, this is my first serious attempt to make a real life thing. The real electric engine is a AC locomotive built between 1975 - 1981. These engines are obsolete and are retiring from their active service with regional trains. 242 class is a member of locomotives of the so called first generation from Škoda company, sharing the nearly unified body with other classes. Very similar engines were delivered for Bulgarian railways. I quite like the appearance, its not beautiful in any means, but it is interesting and very challenging to be built in lego. It is still in WIP and not finished.
  8. Hello, this is my first really serious attempt to build a train car. Also my first time working with studio. It is a simple fictional vintage passenger car with removable roof and simple interior.

    [MOC] Vintage passenger car

Thank you very much :) I moved the vent stack from the centre, now it looks more appropriate. I made two versions, what do you think?
