Like the TIE and the X-Wing, the new Slave One is a good looking and well priced model but it pales in comparison to the more expensive ones that released before. It looks great, but it still seems very small, kind of like the TIE. If I owned the 20th anniversary model I would skip it and wait for Book of Boba Fett sets to get the new Boba.

It's Star Wars, it's all meant for children. Lego seems to favour live action over animated and there's a whole bunch of live action coming out, so I expect Bad Batch to get the abysmal Rebels treatment.

I vote for #2 and #8.

They're going to spend the entire movie with us assuming that Doc Ock and Green Goblin are the Raimi versions and at the end it will be revealed that they're just a couple of random civilians named Mike Hocks and Tig Pehnis being mind controlled by an underwhelming villain like Mesmero or something

Kingpin is consistently represented as a bigfig in Lego form. The games, the newspaper print, probably the magazines I don't read too. If he appeared in a set, he'd be one.

Dunno if this is the right place, but the Kingpin newspaper in the Bugle got me thinking. What would the set he would appear in realistically look like? Since it's a bigfig set, it would probably be £50-70, meaning 3 to 5 additional figs. Spider-Man is a given, but would they acknowledge his rivalry with Daredevil or base it more on Into the Spider-Verse? Depending on what they do I could see us getting Daredevil again, if it's a more Daredevil focused set then also Bullseye and maybe Mysterio, but if it was more Spider-Verse based then perhaps Miles Morales, Green Goblin and Doc Ock? I don't know what they would do for build. I don't see a building happening, unless it's a Spider Lair type thing, a secret lab or something. Nelson and Murdock or a penthouse or boardroom or something would be too boring and non-action-packed for something I imagine would be very playset-like, which most Spider-Man sets seem to be. So maybe Kingpin with a 6 stud shooter in the back of a monster truck, similar to Bane's vehicle in the Lego Batman Movie sets? Maybe yet another Spider-Man monster truck? Maybe an oversized car (so that Kingpin can fit in the drivers seat)?

My biggest hopes for future Bad Batch sets are Omega which is a given, the mouth print on Echo's helmet being fixed which is moderately likely and Crosshair getting a new helmet mold because the current one really doesn't cut it, but I don't see that one happening unfortunately. Ugh, I'd even begrudgingly take a Mandalorian helmet for him, at least he'd have a rangefinder. I agree that the Imperial shuttle from the trailers does have a good chance of being made.

Even if Daredevil does appear after all, despite She-Hulk being much more likely, the rumoured cast is so stacked that he probably won't get a figure.

Each Bad Batch figure has a torso, face and leg print that perfectly resembles the character. And yet, because the helmets are slightly off and they don't all have backpacks, people are acting like they bear no resemblance to the source material, that they are all "objectively" bad? Boba Fett and every single figure in the armoury has an inaccurate helmet mold too, but you used them as positive examples as to what figures should be. I completely fail to see your internal logic.

Ohh, you mean the Rebels AT-TE? The clones were rough, but they killed it with the Inquisitor.

If they fixed Echo's mouth thing I'd hate the helmet less

And make the fin even more noticeable? No thanks. He needed a new mold, Tech needed a visor that could actually move or at least an additional variant of the helmet where it was down and Echo needed better helmet prints just generally

My first thoughts on seeing the new Gar Saxon head is that it would be perfect for Punisher.

These What If... sets are awful. That colour, urgh.

Wow, look at these incredible Square Enix Marvel Lego sets! They look great! The only reason the builds would be strong is because they resembled bricks so much they became one (Tried to find dark blue bricks but then I couldn't be bothered do I didn't)

Oh great, another uncanny valley can't-decide-if-MCU-or-comic square enix marvel game. Sets based on it would absolutely be a wasted wave. Though the potential builds if they did end up making some would be far more interesting than the garbage we got for the Avengers game, of which the Avengers Tower was the only somewhat decent one.

How could they mess up with Gideon that badly, especially when old man Lando has a face that is basically perfect for him? On the other hand, oh my god, Fennec has completely unnecessary arm printing. Lego loves us. Can't wait to get her in the Book of Boba Fett sets.

Sounds good so far, if anything maybe a bit too detailed. I really don't see how White Vision would need duel molded legs, maybe it will make more sense when we see pictures.

I can't believe how many neutral or unexaggerated Clone expressions we're getting. Totally expected like snarl or something on Boba and varying smiles on the Bad Batch but nope, straight faces on all of them except Wrecker (who honestly could have used a goofier expression but I'm not too mad as it makes the head more reusable for other clones). Love it.

Oof, Armourer looking rough. Printed horns on a normal Mando helmet would've looked better. And the bad angle strikes again! Everyone looks like they have a massive forehead.

If they do another wave those are definitely coming, marvel designers would never miss an opportunity to do a mech.
