    Review: Paradisa 6419

I like the Paradisa theme very much although I don't have one of these sets. These sets are very well created. The sets I like the most are the villa, lighthouse and the caf

    Lego Star Wars Spring/Summer 07

Thank you very much for the pictures, sam89! These two sets are looking very good! So, after a lot of debates we know now that there actually will be a K-3PO in the Hoth Rebel Base set. Great! I'll surely buy the Hoth Rebel Base. I hope it will be available for a long time and from S@H in Germany, too! I'm interested how the interior of the Republic Cruiser will look like even though I will surely not buy it. (I've not the money and the place to buy all SW sets. So I limit to the episode 4-6 sets because I also prefer the episode 4-6 movies.)

    Spring Valley Ranch

Very nice WW ranch, The Brickster! The plates with the writ on them give the ranch something splendorous. The windmill is really nice. But I would have put it on an extra plate to array it not so near to the ranch building. (The ranch owners couldn't sleep at night when the windmill next to their house makes constantly a big noice.) Does the ranch have any inside life, I mean some rooms with configuration?

    Ideas For new sets(Wild West)

That's nice to read that somebody will create a set after the original set idea of mine. I'm looking forward to see your MOC set, Piranha. Two new set proposals: Wild West Fort Legoredo Outpost a cottage as army outpost including some barrels, a big barrel, a horse, a cannon, two cups and a glass minifigs: captain, sergeant, soldier and robber Wild West Hold-Up At The Spring a little spring with some rocks and a shrub including a horse and a pot minifigs: cowboy and robber By the way: I built a MOC yesterday and so I'll present my set proposal Wild West Hold-Up On The Governor in the near future if I get managed to post pictures.

    Lego Star Wars Spring/Summer 07

Hi, everybody! I know that that doesn't fit in your current discussion about the magnet set, but: Does anyone know when xwingyoda will present us the new Hoth Rebel Base and the Republic Cruiser? I'm very surprised of these sets!

Ideas for new Classic Castle sets

To the question if I favor more historically correct medieval armor and machines of war: The answer is YES. I would be very glad if TLC would release castle sets in the style of the old Classic Castle sets because I liked them very much. I think too much fantasy has no place in real Castle sets. For fantasy fanatics there are themes like Bionicle, Mars Mission, Vikings and Exo Force. Whereas with the Viking and Mars Mission sets it's the same as with the "Castle" sets: More reality and much fewer fantasy would be nicer. But I know that I'm here on EB perhaps the only person who thinks so... Sorry for using the wrong term "apartment" instead of "Tudor House", Berry Syedow. But when posting my ideas I didn't think of the possibility to use historically right expressions. I'll better in future, I hope. That is absolutely correct, Wout. Medieval life didn't only consist of knights and castles but also of all these things we discuss the whole time and much more. By the way, I'll post some new CC set proposals in the next days. What about you? Any ideas?

    Ideas For new sets(Wild West)

OK, you and Brick Miner have convinced me. I'll build one of my WW set proposals. But don't await too much! I will only build the some of the little sets because you needn't so much (special) bricks for them ... perhaps the Wild West Hold-Up On The Governor. The only problem is that I don't know how to post pictures ... and without pictures it would be a bit difficult to show you what I've built, don't you think?! Perhaps somebody would be so nice to tell me how to post pictures. Nevertheless: Everbody of you is invited to take my WW set ideas and create a or some MOC set(s). The only term is that he/she will present the set with pictures and discription on Eurobricks. So, WW MOC creators, come on! I'm interested how you'll interpret my ideas!

Ideas for new Classic Castle sets

I would have liked the crown faction when there wouldn't have been a great deal too much catapults and other action elements. But my opinion is that especially the armor printings are trashy. That's joyful that someone likes my set proposals. But what do you mean with this second sentence? I'm sorry but I can't understand it. I am of the same opinion as you. Castle wall sections, towers and gates would be absolutely necessary to create a medieval town. These sets would also give everybody the possibility to create his medieval town individually. Sets which mainly contain medieval citizens (Men, women and kids!), guards, knights, workers and horses would be necessary, too. Yes, a bigger choice of animals like sheep, cows, deer, etc. would be very nice, not only for CC sets but also for City and Wild West sets.

    Ideas For new sets(Wild West)

Perhaps, but I don't think I will build one of them. I think I leave that to you and Brick Miner. You two are so excellent set builders that I - with my decent possibilities and availableness of (special) bricks - can't compete with you.

Theme's you'd like to see Lego release

I'd really like some new Wild West sets. The old WW sets were so great that I would like to expand my collection of old WW sets with new WW sets. ... and there are a lot of people who have so many excellent ideas which TLC could release as new WW sets that Lego would never run out with ideas. If you want to read these proposals, write what you think about them and perhaps post other ideas, visit this forum: http://eurobricks.hosting.ipsyn.com/eurofo...opic=9151&st=60

    Ideas For new sets(Wild West)

In addition to my Ghost Train proposal I've got two another ideas for the ghost town subtheme of wild West: Ghost Carriage a dark carriage and a big tree includes a coch horse, a horse, an owl and two bats minifigs: sheriff, ghost cowboy (like the one in Brick Miner's Haunted Pass set) and a gloomy ghost Ghosts including a cactus and some shackles minifigs: three gloomy ghosts And in addition to the "Forest Frontier": WW Lumberjacks' Camp a little cottage next to a river and a landscape with some trees including a camp fire, some camping stuff, a horse, an oil lamp, some felled trees and a raft to transport them on the river minifigs: two lumberjacks, one woman and a ranger What are your ideas about these set proposals? Have you got some other, too?

Would you like electric lighting in your Town sets?

I would like electric lightening in my Town sets but only in the manner of street lamps and train station lamps you can buy as extra set. Otherwise the Town sets would become too expensive and wouldn't go with older Town sets. It should also be 9 V lighting for which you needn't always new batteries but for which you can use a 9 V transformers. Electric signals for the trains would be nice, too.

    Ideas For new sets(Wild West)

The Brickster, I have seen your nice MOC sets, the Snake Oil Wagon, the Fort Jacinto and the Shady Inn Hotel on mocpages.com (http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/29194 http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/30406 http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/30267). That are excellent sets. The Snake Oil Wagon would perhaps go with my Ghost Train proposal to create a ghost landscape. The Shady Inn Hotel would go with Brick Miner's brilliant Haunted Pass to create a ghost city. And the Fort Jacinto would go with Piranha's nice idea of a Mexican Cantina. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now to all of you who browse this forum: How big do you think are our chances that TLC will give us some WW sets in the next years? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Besides, Brick Miner, I forgot to tell you that I can't find your WW MOC sets on mocpages.com. Have you removed them of the server?

    Ideas For new sets(Wild West)

I don't like the new "Castle" sets, they are horrible. (Please read my statement on http://eurobricks.hosting.ipsyn.com/eurofo...?showtopic=9827 , too) I hope you won't bring too much horror to the Haunted Pass, Brick Miner, because otherwise your nice MOC set could be destroyed, I fear. As you redesign your Haunted Pass MOC, three ideas for improvement: -I would like to have instead of the guns or in addition to them some barrels and boxes filled with some things in the merchandiser's shop so that it is more realistic and gets more life -What about a "down-coming" ghost behind the entrance of the hotel which frightens the in coming people? (like in set 6036: http://www.peeron.com/scans/6036-1/) -Did you think of some cobwebs in the buildings? THat would be a nice detail. Besides, what about a ghost train?: WW Ghost Train a ghost train with a steam engine, a passenger car and a cargo car including a big tree, three bats, an owl, some tracks, a horse, cargo stuff, a filled treasure box, an oil lamp and some cobwebs inside the train minifigs: cowboy, the robbers' boss, a robber, a skeleton and two gloomy ghosts

I agree, zouave, that would be an alternative. But I think the term Wild West is more popular and people also know what it is. With "Forest Frontier" they perhaps have their problems, don't you think? A set which could be nice for a "Forest Frontier" would be following: WW Lumberjack a little landskape with some very big trees and a few little trees including two axes, a saw and a horse with a rope and some shackles to draggle the felled trees to the next train stop or river minifigs: two lumberjacks That are great ideas, Piranha! The Mexican Cantina would bring something new to the WW theme. The Gold Panning would be a little minifig set which Lego did also with the old WW sets and which wouldn't be very expensive so consequently everybody could buy it.

I'm really surprised how the haunted pass will look like when you have redesigned it. (By the way, I personally like your haunted pass very much and don't know what there should be made better because it is perfect, I'd say.) A question to the precarious bridge: What should this set include and when do you want to present it to us?

    Ideas For new sets(Wild West)

The casino and the gamblers and dancers are a very good idea, Asuka, but I would more like them to see in a seperate set than in the WW paddle wheel steamer. What about a WW casino set?!

    Ideas for new City sets

Perhaps you have noticed that in my opinion the most houses which should include shops or things like that should have two floors. The reason for this is that on the one hand only buildings with one floor next to other buildings with one floor look very little and simple. Only snack bars or things like this should/could have one floor. On the other hand buildings with three or more floors would be too big that you can play on the roads between them. These bigger buildings I only would like to see as office buildings, depots or churches, town halls, museums,... . To cut a long story short, some new ideas for city sets: Hotel a hotel (first floor: entrance with revolving door, gate and lounge with comfortable seats and little tables, second floor: two guestrooms, each with a bed, a lttle table with seat and TV, a bath room with shower, basin and toilet bowl) including a black car (With doors!), some suitcases and some glasses minifigs: hotelier, bellboy, man and woman Limousine a comfortable limousine with seats, a little table and a TV inside including a suitcase and two glasses minifigs: chauffeur, man and his woman Telephone box a telephone box, a bench and a tree including a bycicle minifigs: woman

    Ideas For new sets(Wild West)

And here is another idea: WW Paddle Wheel Steamer (perhaps as S@H Exclusive because it would be very big and expensive) a paddle wheel steamer (downstairs: engine room and stockroom, first floor: load floor for cows and horses, upstairs: some passenger cabins and the bridge) with a landing stage and a little depot with little office (where the tickets can be bought, too) including some barrels, boxes, oil lamps, some food, cargo stuff, suitcases, tickets, banknotes, horses and cows minifigs: engineer, captain, two depot workers, a robber, the robbers' boss, sheriff, cowboy and two citizens What about this? Wouldn't a paddle wheel steamer be a nice set?

    Ideas For new sets(Wild West)

I have a new set propsal: WW Dealer's Covered Wagon a covered wagon (with a secret compartment with a safe & co) and a little landscape with some rocks and shrubs including two coach horses, some barrels and boxes filled with cups, glasses, weapons, food and other stuff, some gold and an oil lamp minifigs: dealer, cowboy and two Indians (With dealer I don't mean a drug dealer!) I know this idea is similar to Piranha's first set proposal mentioned in that forum, but nevertheless it is different.

The Brickster, I've seen your nice creations Shady Inn Hotel and Snake Oil Wagon (http://www.maj.com/gallery/brickster4/LegoGraveStone/shadyinn6.jpg and http://www.maj.com/gallery/brickster4/Lego...SnakeOil/4.jpg). Very nice sets. They would fit perfectly to the WW theme: The Shady Inn Hotel to Brick Miner's Haunted Pass as ghost city and the Snake Oil Wagon perhaps to my Ghost Train proposal as ghost landscape. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now to all of you who browse this forum: How big do you think are our chances that TLC will give us some new Wild West sets in the following years?

    Ideas for new City sets

Welcome to Eurobricks, grava2pierre! Yes, when writing down the idea of the Rich People's Villa I had the Paradisa Villa as hidden motive, too. But my set proposal should be much more bigger and, according to the office, a kind of a diplomat's house (very comfortable and expensive appliance). That would be a nice idea, Robiwan. Would you prefer simple parking lots or something like that?: Car Park a car park with a little cottage to buy tickets, some trees, a bench, a barrier and some parking lots including two cars (With doors!), a suitcase and some tickets minifigs: 2 citizens and a car park guard
