  1. The man in the 5 looks kind of looks like a carpenter, but I doubt that's the case since he doesn't look too special (no new moulds/pieces). The King's beard is most definitely separate from the crown/hairpiece, I don't think we need another Abraham Lincoln (cool as it was, I wished for his hat to be on its own). Is the King's gold sword new? Or is it just a gold version of the Hun's sword?

    MOC: Metal Beard's Super Cycle

This is pretty awesome. I'm really liking at the details, especially the double cannons and the shark. The front view is phenomenal.
  3. Or worse, the bow is just printed on the headpiece :( Some more in-depth speculation/observations: Sheriff: Looks like his hat is dark brown variant of the Lone Ranger's, with the printed star of course. It also looks to me like his holster printing on the front of his right leg might continue to the side of the leg? I also want to see the wanted poster more clearly, because it looks like quite the versatile print for Western themes. Alien Trooper: Still hoping the ray gun is a new mold, and isn't that megaphone-style piece like they used for the Evil Mech's blaster. I wouldn't be surprised if it was that piece, though. Also want a clearer view of the head and torso, It all looks very dark from that angle. Unicorn Girl: Based on all the pictures we've seen, I can confidently say she has no holdable accessories. Her "accessory" is her tail, akin to the Lizard Man. I love the fact that it's purple! Also pretty sure her horn is detachable, since looks like the Space Miner's drill bit. Egyptian Warrior: The printing on the new shield looks like... Some sort of inverted triangle? I wonder its significance. Disco Diva: I've warmed up to her, I think. Even though nothing on her looks like a new molded piece, it all looks very cohesive and appropriate. Paleontologist: I'm agree with others in that the non-bone accessory is a fossil; whether it's a new mold or a printed tile, I'm not too sure. Loving the short sleeves. King: Still my favorite of the revealed figures. Stoked for the headpiece. The crown even looks to have a red jewel in it. Such detail! Snake Charmer: Still not a fan of the lime green, but the rest of it looks great. From the looks of it, the turban doesn't have a spot to put a jewel or feather like the Genie. Hmm... Lady Cyclops: Based on the photo, she'll be some sort of gray, and darker than her male counterpart. Still wondering what they're going to do that will make her different from the other Cyclops, because the clubs look like the same color. Maybe she has a second accessory that's hiding behind the wanted poster? Carpenter: I hope he has a handsaw or an actual hammer, or maybe both! Not sure what they'll do with this figure, it could go a lot of ways. Samurai: Looks like they want to update the samurai armor/weapon arsenal? It is possible it's a female figure, which would provide a unique take. Goblin: Hoping for short legs, cool skin color and accessories! Fencer: My guess for a fifth female figure. We just had the swashbuckler with a rapier, so another male with a rapier wouldn't make sense. I wonder what the mask will look like, and I hope the rapier is non-metallic, because then it will at least be a unique color. Evil Wizard: Wondering everything about this fig: color scheme, what his hat, cape, beard and staff will look like, etc... Will he have a dress piece like the Wizard? Hopefully. Galaxy Trooper: Not sure what they'll do with this one. Maybe a new gun? New helmet? Maybe re-using the space-armor mould? And what color... Hot Dog Guy: Probably the figure I'm most excited about that with picture that have yet to be released. Though I expect him to have a headpiece like the Butcher's or something similar, I really want him to have a hot dog hat. Seems really quirky and (possibly) plausible to mold. Maybe the hot dog in his hat is removable? Also hoping for a holdable hot dog bun, though I'm not sure how he would hold the bun, considering the hot dogs themselves fit into hands. Or maybe the hot dog and bun are one combined piece? Or no bun at all?

    LEGO Hobbit 2014

The new sets are on my wishlist for Christmas! I'll buy them even if I don't end up getting them :) The Battle of The Five Armies is a great set, if only for the balista. The building is a little disappointing, but the exploding feature looks cool, so it does have some appeal.
  5. Sheriff: Way better than the Series 1 Cowboy. I love all his prints, though I want to see what his face looks like under his mustache. Alien Trooper: The ray gun looks interesting; I think it may be a new mold, in order to hold that dish piece in that way. His headpiece was unexpected. Unicorn Girl: She looks great. I'm thinking she won't get an accessory though, which is a shame. Not sure what she would have anyway. Egyptian Warrior: I'm not too sure about its historical accuracy, but it looks awesome regardless. I particularly like his new headpiece and shield. Disco Diva: A great counterpart to the Series 2 Disco Dude. Looks like... A dark brown afro, white skates and a golden microphone? Interesting color combo. King: Everything about this figure is detailed, right down to that cape. Looks very close to what I had imagined him looking like. Paleontologist: Ooh, that headpiece looks new, and pretty amazing at that! I'd say her non-bone accessory is a holdable coin, or perhaps a compass? Snake Charmer: LOVE that new cobra, and the new turban looks pretty nice. The rest is only okay for me, and I hope his flute has printing... Lady Cyclops: I imagined a few things for this one: First the superhero, then Leela from Futurama, but this one probably makes the most sense. It looks very similar to the Series 9 Cyclops, so I'm wondering what they did to make her look unique. I'm not against the idea of a Lady Cyclops as long as they don't slap lipstick on her and call it a day. So far, everything looks good. A good mishmash with some decent rehash. This just makes me excited to see the rest of the minifigures :)
  6. I'm thinking the figure between the sheriff and gray/silver thing on the packages is the Goblin. It looks like it's wearing a large helmet or something. Also, the display on the right has some short of fork-like structure on the side facing to the left. Maybe some sort of weapon? I can't really tell... Everything else looks awesome so far. The King and Egyptian Warrior are both amazing.
  7. I must say, I really like what I see so far, if any of it is true. The unicorn girl has a great mask, and what looks like another set of medium blue hands! Always good to see rare and interesting colors. I also just noticed the purple tail! I wonder what her accessory could be, if she has any... And that cobra with the snake charmer! Looks like a new mold and is leagues better than the typical snake as an accessory (looking at you, Egyptian Queen). I'm hoping you can fit it into the Leprachaun's pot, but it looks too big for it. The figure itself is rather basic; I expected a turban and flute, but the flute doesn't appear to have printing, so it's just a brown wand. I'm also not too keen on the lime green outfit, even with the cool torso printing. Still a nice figure overall. The most recently revealed list looks like a bunch of repeats/rehashes with some nice surprises. However, I'm skeptical of its accuracy and the translations even if the list contains the two previously mentioned figures. I just hope the Fencer has a rapier that isn't silver or gold in color. Maybe white or light gray? Maybe the Goblin has short legs? Who knows!
