I continue with new buildings in the village, a small cow farm. This time I tried to go in L with the building, and I raised the floor so that the hayloft fits on the floor.
I need to get something to stick out the window of the hayloft. My roof didn't quite fit, but there is no material for more, so for now it's going like this.
I also made a small corn field for the cows behind the house.
When I get time, I'm going to tear down the old buildings and build other small farms.

Thank you. I know i could do more of castle with bigger bricks, but I try to devote myself to every detail of the creation.
I still have a lot of ideas and would try even better construction techniques, but the problem is that I like big creations - I can't stop at just one 32x32.
I like to see beautiful 32x32 creations made by other members, and that's how I get inspiration for my own creations.
But then I see that there aren't enough bricks, so I make something of my own. I should devote more time to taking better pictures of the creation, but I prefer to build with bricks during that time.
Now it's back to buying bricks until I collect enough to spread the city again.

Tx. will tray to make new one for cows, sheeps and chickens.

After spending almost all the gray bricks, I have no more materials for anything big.
That's why I started building new houses for the village in front of the castle.
The pigger goes first. He has a small garden behind the house, which helps the family.
In front of the house, cows go to the meadow to graze.
Tomorrow I'm building a new house and a cowshed.

TX, will be more , only have to get more bricks and time ;)

The continuation of the new castle goes to the new port. As the city grows, I replaced the old wooden pier with new buildings and a stone pier.
My small town is growing from a small tower to a commercial center and the walls are slowly being demolished to expand the residential and commercial part of the city.
Unfortunately, I'm constantly missing reddish brown, so I changed the colors of the roofs and beams to black.
I built a small tower on the river to protect the dock and the river passage.
These are now old pictures, because I expanded the pier and i am adding details to make it look alive.
This ship is too big for this port, but if there is no better one, this will be good for now ;)
I hope to be able to put up new pictures soon - there is a lot of work on the details, and I am also working on 2 new 32 inside the city - new houses for new residents in this expanding city.

ow I work in the interior. floors, decorations, furniture, then the story goes.

Now I work in the interior. floors, decorations, furniture, then the story goes. I want to create scenes in each room. So that there will be plenty of fairy tales in the castle.
I like to do something that I haven't tried before. But there is so much to learn about building with texture.
Now I see where I made a mistake, but I don't want to build again two weeks of work. Maybe next year and new castle ;) -
A Trebuchet.cro colleague talked me into to start building castles. First I built a small tower a few years ago , and then I expanded to the buildings in the city and the surrounding countryside and port.
After collecting bricks for a long time, I decided to knock down a small tower and make a castle, so that part of the interior can be seen.
The castle is 80 cm high.
We start from the kitchen, then the great hall, the royal bedroom and finally the sleeping princess.
It is planned to raise the walls and to expand the city and the port.

Yes, the plan is to put tiles, but there are a lot of baseplates. I have a city sea with 25 baseplates and a castle river with 5 32x32. So that it will be a big purchase ;) that's why we go a little bit, 1-pirates and then the rest.
-
This is the last version of my pirates, there is still work to be done about the water and the pier. The plan is to build the walls when I collect the blocks and match all the buildings so that they look like they are from the same period and of similar construction. I'm going for the Spanish style. Tiled roofs and the color of the buildings.

My new warehouse next to the market. A corrupt dealer buys weapons that were stolen from the army. His employees check the weapons and prepare to hide the boxes . A chest of gold coins is ready. Upstairs is a lady with her nanny. The side entrance to the warehouse is prohibited for the unemployed. He hides sensitive things there.

Did you remove the wharf and houses in order to make room for the fort?
Thank you ;) Yes, I removed 1 building to expand the fortress, and I added a market. there is still room for 1 16x32, I was thinking of making something like a prison tower. Next to it I also have a lighthouse on 1 16x32.

Our very own @Marooned Marin is based in Dubrovnik - he even uses the forts as backgrounds in his MOC photos:
I now ;) we are in same LUG Kockice from Croatia ;)
We were together at an exhibition in Zagreb 3 months ago, so I saw inlive the other boats he worked on ;) We will se myb we do something from Dubrovnik ;)

6 hours ago, Mister Phes said:You might need to downsize your City and Castle layouts then!
You've done well to create a vibrant, bustling fort. Were you inspired by any of the forts or coastal in Croatia?
Myb i will downsize them ;) Its all from head , and i took some ideas from other builders, tx for inspiration ;) For forts in Croatia i need some other bricks, and new backgroud ;) Dubrovnik have great walls, only i dont have space for him or bricks ;)
-
So this is my new fort, and soon i will get pictures of market, docks and warehouse.
My big problem is that I limited my space for pirates to only 8x2 32 panels.
That's why I can't expand with creations like the city and the castle. There's still a lot of work to do.
When I put the fortress in its place on the shelf, you can see that it is too small compared to the ships and houses in the city. And for that you need to collect a lot of white bricks
The plan is to finally finish this year my MOC of the ship for which I have been collecting parts for 3 years.
As much as I have expanded with the buildings in the port, I do not believe that there will be more space for ships.

Thank you for sharing the link on this topic. I don't know if our pirate is the same as that one, but here are some pictures of how he looks now. I don't know how we got him into the club.
But I know that the children are overjoyed when they see him at exhibitions and that he continues his life in our club.
Will try te repair him to old glory ;) -
At the moment I don't have anything well recorded for Youtube, but on the link you have a lot of my city as I changed it over the years. All the buildings are 100% my creation. So far I have done buildings as inspiration comes to me, from this year every side of the street is from a different city in the world. So far I've done New York, Havana and now I'm doing Amsterdam and the canals.
-
After Havana and New York, I took it easy on Amsterdam. First, I finally lifted the panels from the table, to get the canal and the beach 4 bricks lower. I assembled the canal and made 6 bridges - 2 for trains, 1 road and 3 for pedestrians. The plan is to go to Venice on the other side of the channel. So far I managed to make 2 32, 2 more are needed. Due to the expansion of the buildings, I reduced the warehouse that was at the end of the city. Facades give me a lot of problems since they are quite simple, the only place where you can do more is the fronts of the roofs - you can really do anything. Now comes the details, shops, cafes...
