  1. ok, thanks for the answer. an other question: your hmmwv are not in scale 1:13 who is needed to match the polish trucktrial rules. did you have used it just for fun on the trtr track or is this an exceptional case?
  2. on youtube you have said that the 62.4x20s tires has insufficent traction. on which ground did you have tested it? rocks, sand or on hard forest ground?
  3. The look of the hmmwv that you built is great and the function of the chassis is good too. This is the Rubicon Frontaxle, right?
  4. two XL for propulsion? is this not a little bit overkill?
  5. Very Cool fun Project or has the June technic Challenge the Theme "Boat"?
  6. looks really gorgeous and heavy
  7. nice moc these tires are looking very good on the 8466
  8. wow, that is really impressive
  9. if jou have the super long Crossaxles from the construction site set is it possible. on old real cranes its working often with ropes. modern Cranes works with a single cylinder who push the first stage out and locking the first stage with the main boom. then will the cylinder locked on the next stage, unlocked on the main boom and the pistonrod will pulled in. is this complete the cylinder will locked on the first stage and the second stage could pushed out.
  10. i have a new video with some Rock Crawling and outtakes i am really satisfied about the offroad performance. Sometimes a gear is jumping over, but this is no big problem
  11. yes that size would be nice too back to the truck The test chassis had make the place free for the final Chassis. The XL and the M motor has found their final place. next step is the platform edit: i think it is nearly ready. The platform is finished and the Battery Box plays the payload and the most unusual holes in the driver cab are closed. i hope it is not to heavy to climb over obstacles. More Pics you can find at the brickshelf folder when it is online edit²: The final Weight is 1382grams and it is a little bit too heavy for a 1 to 12 transmission. a 12 tooth bevel gear was killed directly behind the xl.
  12. how big would be the Tank? i think the minimum of electric parts is the follwing battery box 1x PF-M 2x ir remote 1x ir receiver 1x
  13. thanks now i am satisfied about the offroad performance. maybe the 62.4x20 S tires are a big part of the performance. the grip niveau is much higher than the grip of the bigger Tires. i would be very glad, if the lego group would be release 94.8x 32 tires with the same profile and wheels with a asymetric design like this, to have more space in the Wheels. But i think this time will not come
  14. hi Folks, the Gear problems are solved. i have a little offraod video for you
  15. Thanks, in this model i have a smaller version of it.
  16. looks really great. could it handle offroad terrain?
  17. yes, but i think i have the solve for the problem. here is the concept now i must only find out how i could connect it with the rest of the transmission
  18. thanks, the torque is enough. the problem is a Jumping gear on the front axle The 16 tooth jumps over the 12 tooth when is need high torque in the forward direction. In the reverse direction the gears are going together.
  19. Maybe they all post on Sariels website. Sariel had made a great work with the rubicon.
