LDD/Stud.io for mobile?

Hi everyone,

 

This may be a dumb question but is there a way to use LDD or Studio for mobile? I'm wanting to build a MOC that doesn't have PDF instructions, and the only thing available is an lxf file. I don't have a computer, only a mobile phone.
