"Ignored Users" seems not working

A user has been ignored by me for long time and in the list of "Ignored Users", but when he quoted and replied to me I am still notified with a red spot, does it mean it is not working? If it is, please fix it ASAP. it's really a waste of time to read ignored and useless contents.

Please make sure that the user you want to ignore has all of these boxes checked in your ignore list.
