[MOC] GONK! (with instructions)

Hi,

I'm a big fan of this model of droid. I was playing to the TFA videogame and saw this droid in the Resistance base. It's not in minifig scale, but it was a really really cool model.

I tried to build it (you can destroy it in the game, and see the bricks used), but has non-existing bricks and illegal techniques sadly. Then, I did this one, which is enough close to the original:

Do you have a picture next to a minifigure by any chance? Would be nice to see how big it is compared to a minifig!

Beautiful, and the technique used to build it is... pure genius! It would be nice not only to see it compared to a minifig, but also together with other lego droids It seems that the proportions would be fine.

In perspective to the elements used, you could realize how oversized it is compared to a minifigure. I think to ever have a GONK droid at right size whilst being representable, Lego would need to make a mold for it.

Though, great job on the GONK droid hachiroku!
