just spotted this, its using alot of what appear to be Technic parts....but some of the colours used appear to be new?...unless these are Chinese fake/pirated parts:

I would think that they shouldn't be allowed to "pirate" the parts that are less than 25 years old, as they should still have the patent protection, at least in Europe.
