I love the new double joiner parts with axles (dkgray) and the new worm gear (also dkgray)....And panels and wheels... So many new parts....and suspension parts...and its only H1? I think this year will be great for new parts....never saw so many new ones at once?

It is official: I'm in love with the 42025!

Even without stickers it looks great! Can't wait to get my hands on it.

(But it definately has more "face" with all of those stickers!)

Thanks to TB's and TechLug.fr's for all the reviews!

It is a shame that lego did not use a clutch gear before going to small LA which lifts the cockpit.

I wounder if the real plane cockpits shake up and down like what was shown in the video? :head_back:

No working rudder? LEGO came sooo close to creating the most accurate plane they have ever produced, and they leave out the rudder? I don't get it. It would have been easy to add too. That's a bit disappointing.

On the other hand, I wasn't expecting working flaps, and I like that they actually extend out and down, instead of just down. I'm really liking all the white parts, and they will come in handy for a future moc of mine. The new tire size works well with the plane, and should be a nice for future aviation mocs as well.

Overall, a really great set, and probably the only 1H set I will be buying.

This is not the new tire size in the Cargo Plane.

You are correct, they aren't 100% new, and I suppose I should have said "rare" or "fairly new". The tires came out in earlier 2013 sets, and up till now, have only been on the 6022 City Cargo Terminal set (front wheels on the forklift) and 10663 Creative Chest. Now we have them on this plane and the dump truck too. I like these tires, and it's nice to see them in more sets.

BTW, thanks for the great review!

Oh, you're right. I've got my tires confused. I thought I saw some fairly new tires while visiting a friend's bricklink store, and I thought these were them. Now I'm all confused and really curious what tires I saw.

I stand corrected, and thanks for the clarification. Sorry for any confusion I may have caused. :classic:

Back to the regularly scheduled program.

The plane does look ugly without stickers

Well last time I got flamed for daring to say an official model (42008) was butt-ugly, so I decided to keep my opinion on the cargo plane without stickers to myself ;-) Unfortunately, I never apply stickers myself, so I'm a bit disappointed.

Hehe, I read your comment in my mail and I tend to agree.

I have changed my sticker philosophy this year and started applying them. Sets look way better and I figured....why not. If I need the part without stickers, I will order them on Bricklink.

My second review is online as well!

I spoke to Nathanael at Legoword in Utrecht. He mentioned we was working on that review. Looking forward to finding out what he thinks of it
