Mark of Falworth Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 Here's my two part entry to the 9th Local challenge of Loreos. Part 1 Part 2 More pictures on Flickr. It's also really easy to follow on Mocpages. Thanks for viewing and have a great day! Quote
Andy D Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 This is very interesting. If I am looking at it correctly, I assume that part. 2 (A Test of Strength) is the result of construction in Part 1. Is that correct? Nice... Andy D Quote
ManInATopHat Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 Very nice builds! God, are you ever a Lego genius... Quote
Carousel Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 Another fantastic work! Mark, thanks for fuelling my unhealthy appetite for your wonderful Mocs. On a side note, the Bridge Tower in the middle of the river oddly reminds me of House Frey, the lords of the crossing, from Game of Thrones. Anyway, keep on making such great scenes! Quote
TheLegoDr Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 These look great! I love the foliage and water effect. I like how the first MOC builds a scene and then the second MOC ends that scene. Very creative. I like the rockwork also being SNOT-worthy horizontally instead of only using one plane. I may have to borrow that idea. Very creative. I had considered mixing light bley with tan before but I never knew how it would look. It looks pretty decent and very unique compared to all of the other light/dark bley combinations. Keep up the good work! Quote
Infernum Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 How do you make amazing MOCs so fast?! I love the water and the tower is awesome! Quote
Chichar Posted March 23, 2013 Posted March 23, 2013 WOW! Very detailed MOCs, Love those towers and the whole layout as well. Genius. Quote
Mr_Malfoy Posted March 23, 2013 Posted March 23, 2013 You sir, are a LEGO genius. Every single detail in these two MOCs is perfect. I particularly like the construction of the tower in the second MOC. Quote
